The purposes of this study were to study amount modified starch substitution by rice canned mackerel in tomato sauce seasoned with black pepper ratio at 15:85 20:80 and 25:75 percentage. The results showed that the best formulation of product was rice flour (percentage) 20:80 because sauce in can were red orange pH of sauce was = 6. The result of the study showed that the physical and chemical attributes of product canned mackerel in tomato sauce seasoned with black pepper compared with control. Found that canned mackerel in tomato sauce seasoned with black pepper of dark orange more than control. pH = 6.05 – 6.15 were similar moisture protein fat and carbohydrate content but the differences in ash content. The consumer acceptability indicated of target consumer accepted the product consumer need to buy this product 79% like moderately this product 72% and suitable price about 15 bath/can. The product of storage 6 mouths and not detects mesophilic aerobic bacteria and thermophilic aerobic bacteria.

การศึกษาและพัฒนากรรมวิธีการบ่มมะม่วงเพื่อการบรรจุกระป๋อง

This research is conducted in order to increase % yield of mango cannig. It is found that using 1800 ppm ethtlene solution can increase % yield up to 87.5% more than using calcium carbide which could reach 57.25% yield. Next mango canning process is analyzed. In sterilization process two temperature levels.are controlled:103 C for 15 minutes F=1 minute 107 C for 9 minutes F=1 minute physical property of the product is analyzed and found that both temperature levels give the identical results; statistical significance (p 0.05). Canned mango sterilized at 107 C for 9 minutes is selected. Chemical analysis indicates that total soluble solids content is 27.5 Brix pH = 4.6 dietary fiber = 0.43 grams for mango 100 grams

Aluminum Can Recycle Machine
Aluminum Can Recycle Machine

This research report of the Aluminum Can Recycle Machine Project is contrived the experiments at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon by the hydraulic pressure. Nowadays the cans make by luminum material very useful in several liquid packaging industries. When people consumed the liquid inside the cans then the cans are worthless. But the cans can be recycling from the waste material. Although we have to reduce the waste materials to follow our world as improvement. From the reasons that we mentioned we decided to start the Aluminum Can Recycle Machine research project to keep him or her eager to put the cans to the machine for consumer then encourage them by giving something back such as a candy or a rubber etc. The system working by a PLC it controls the hydraulic pressure receives the sensor signals and displays status via the 7-segment panel. The machine accepts the standard beer can and the soda can for 10 cans a time in a slot when consumer put the cans into the can receiver block the machine gives a candy back to a consumer. After a receiver-block has the 40 cans inside the machine pressing the cans at once then releasing it to collector block.

Development of Fruit - Confectionery Products From the Leftover from Fruit - Canning Factories in Small Business Industry

Development of fruit – confectionery products the leftover from fruit – canning factories in small business industry is the second – year continuous project. The aims were to study the product shelf life and to transfer production process to the community and private sectors. The result of shelf – life study indicated that the pH and water activity of Papaya Cream Guava Cream Pineapple Cream Mixed – flavoured fruit (yee) and Banana toffee were 3.78 3.62 3.20 3.48 3.57 3.92 and 0.97 0.97 0.91 0.60 0.51 0.58 respectively. At an 8-week period no microorganism – borne deterioration of the products was found;moreover they were accepted by the consumers. The target group of as participants as planned was trained for a 3 – day period to produce 5 fruit – confectionery products. The training evaluation revealed that the group considered management on instructors teaching materials and laboratories ‘much’ to ‘most appropriate’; whereas training operation was viewed ‘most appropriate’. At the project end it was found that 29.27% 29.27 and 28.05% of the target group made fruit – confectionery for family consumption and as a gift or a souvenir respectively; 9.76% put their products in stores for sale as a supplemental career; 3.65% transferred their knoeledge to others.
