This research is Design and development of banana fiber textiles with graphic printing and decoration Nano innovation to the Economic Communities Commercial The purpose of this research were 1) study the fundamental properties of banana fiber textiles with graphic printing and decoration Nano innovation on products 2) to design and develop products of banana fiber textiles with graphic printing and decoration Nano innovation 3) to produce the women handbags prototypes products of banana fabric with graphic printing and decoration Nano innovation to the Economic Communities Commercial. 4) to assess the opinion of the women handbags products of banana fabric by Questionnaire of user’s 5) to transfers knowledge of product design from banana fabric by printing graphics and decoration nanotechnology innovations. Economic development to commercialization. To be useful in the design and development of the product forward. Research tools are 1) the three graphic design drafts and create five women handbags prototypes product 2) Questionnaire of user’s opinion : an assessment of the design and the satisfaction of users of 25 people to inquiries random coincidence. The results were as follows: 1) Innovative nano-fiber cloth decorated banana fabric can be antibacterial at 99.95% and staphylococcus bacteria klebsiella pneumonia at 99.93% and water reflection / water level of 80 percent water which can be absorbed into the cloth and wet it a bit. 2) The mostly respondents were female aged 21-25 years students earn less than 15000 baht in the inquiry satisfaction of consumers on the use of products from cotton banana fiber with printing. graphic and decorative nanotechnology innovation. All have beensatisfied at maximum average and highest level of satisfaction that with an average 4.91 percent to 98.24 satisfaction is at the highest level. 3) Execution Technology The workshop schedule for the two-day workshop on 17 - 18 September 2559 at the Chedi district office in Suphanburi province 25 people including community enterprise. Various womens groups and interested parties within the surrounding area. Most of the participants were satisfied with the level in most every question.

The objectives of this research were 1. to study the current situation and the management trends of the relationship between business and the public for creative economy. 2. to define and examine innovative models relationship business and the public management for creative economy 3. to introduce innovative models for the relationship between business and the public for creative economy. This is qualitative research using content synthesis and in-depth interviews and Delphi techniques for consensus from 17 experts in the private sector and the public sector who were top and middle management related to the information and communication technology business using a purposive selection. The findings were that: 1. The current situation and the management trends of the relationship between business and the public for creative economy businesses mostly operated under the relevant laws and gave importance to high speed Internet technology development in the world of 5G digital technology for providing high speed mobile Internet services Internet of Things Over-the-Top Services Big Data and Data Analytics Cloud and Infrastructure as a Service including the use of new technologies as the receivingsending channel of the high speed Internet signals which had been continuously developed and could be regarded as a part of using technology to build a relationship. 2. Managing the relationship between businesses and the public for creative economy from the interviews with experts included 1. Creating trust which included exchanging of information the communication focusing on mutual interests disclosure of data between the businesses and the public confidentiality of business collaborative planning fulfilling the commitments working based on the laws educating the consumers both in the private and public sectors. 2. Human resources development which consisted of the development of attitude at work whether it was about interaction building the personality that will create a good relationship technology learning for communication both the private and public sectors educating people about creative economy including human resources development to create new services with modern technology. 3. Development of technology and communication to support the relationship creation of effective communication systems both the private and public sectors information analysis systems for both the private and public sectors business and state databases which weresecure modern Information Technology management modern information and news tracking system and 4. Joint monitoring and evaluation attention including showing respect and honor to each other.

This project presents the simulation of a three-phase generator. The aim is to study and analyze the condition of the generator functions. By simulating the operation of the generator used in factory which use this generator as a backup power source to replace primary power source of electricity-supplier. In this test can start or stop the generator to determine the parameters at that time. The generator is used when the main electrical power distribution error and the generator is disabled when electric power system of electricity-supplier back to normal.

This research aims at studying the product development from Cattail flower paper for community economy by (1) studying the paper making process from Cattail flower (2) testing the efficiency of the paper made of Cattail flower (3) studying the product development process of Cattail flower paper and (4) propagating the knowledge on product made of Cattail flower paper for the community economy to the Women Group for Basketry Product Development in Laem Phak Bia sub-district Ban Laem district Phetchcburi province. The process of paper making from Cattail flower in its mature stage uses soda method in pulping process and hydrogen peroxide in bleaching process. Paper formation process has to be done on grate by (1) using 38 kilograms of fresh Cattail flower which requires pulp separation from the core of Cattail flower providing; 34.2 kilograms of fresh pulp considered as 90%—its average humidity at 51.04%; 3.8 kilograms of fresh core considered as 10% of the total weight (2) boiling in open system at 100 ºC for 3 hours with sodium hydroxide with the intensity at 4% 6% and 8% of its weight (3) bleaching with hydrogen peroxide with the intensity at 10% 20% and 30% of the weight of dried pulp; 2% of sodium silicate; 0.05% of magnesium sulfate; and 1.5% of sodium hydroxide at 100 ºC for 2 hours with the ratio of pulp and water at 1:15 (4) making paper with Thai traditional handmade method with the size of 72×84 centimeters then drying paper in indoor place in order to prevent paper contraction due to short pulp. The efficiency of the paper made of Cattail flower shows that the paper has average standard weight at 168.88 g2/m; average tensile strength at 26.40 N.m/g2; average tearing strength at 3.14 mN.m2/g; average bursting strength at 1.37 kPa.m2/g; average folding strength at 605; average luminance at 39.05%; average water holding capacity of dry weight at 395.65%; and total used bleach pulp at 69.90% of the bleached amount. The product development from Cattail flower paper has 3 types which are designed evaluated and suggested by the experts in accordance with the requirement of community on product development as follows: (1) Paper made of Cattail flower with various patterns; (2) Multi-purpose box made of Cattail flower and; (3) Flower made of Cattail flower paper. During 2 days of the training program the satisfaction of the 30 participants concerning the knowledge on product made of Cattail flower paper for the community economy of the Women Group for Basketry Product Development in Laem Phak Bia sub-district Ban Laem district Phetchaburi province shows that the participants who answer the questionnaire are extremely satisfied.

The objective of this research was to study the strength of community and the way to strengthen community based on self-sufficiency economy. The data were collected through the sample in 145 households at Chalermkiatpattana Village Huay Sat Yai Sub-district Hua Hin District Prachuapkhirikhan Province. The study discovered the following results: 1. The average rating scale of communitys strength of Chalermkiatpattana Village Huay Sat Yai Sub-district Hua Hin District Prachuapkhirikhan Province was at high level (71.5%). When considering the strength factors individually the result was found that; -The rating scale of strength in Learning Process and Religion and Culture were at high level 73% and 81% respectively. -The rating scale of strength in Self-sufficiency Economy of the Community was at moderate level (60.5%). 2. The ways to strengthen community of Chalermkiatpattana village Huay Sat Yai Sub-district Hua Hin District Prachuapkhirikhan Province were based on self-sufficiency economy concerning with 3 factors; Learning Process Religion and Culture and Selfsufficiency Economy of the Community. The results of these factor relationships were; -The relationship of Self-sufficiency Economy of the Community and Learning Process was at high level (r=.794). -The relationship of Self-sufficiency Economy of the Community and Religion and Culture was at high level (r=.729). -The relationship of Learning Process and Religion and Culture was at high level (r=.723). The Self-sufficiency Economy of the Community (r=.950) the Learning process (r=.901) and the Religion and Culture (r=.913) had a high level of relationship with the strength of community.
