This research project aim is to discover information about the way constmcts the cogitative patterns of Business Management faculty in coherent of the business firms and for who interested in it. Our investigation by the generic questionnaire to survey the participants to probe the relationships among the data from the eager work forces of the students in Business Management faculty at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon Dhurakijpundit University and persons they want to improve or to certify in higher certificate by surveyed the banks employees and the government services in totally 117 persons Both of qualification and survey researches were used. The researchers need as much information as possible for the complete testing tools with the 6 curriculums to construct the surveying form for 3 target groups. We used descriptive statistic to show the percentage data results. As described the percentage data from the participant data for evaluated and explained the behaviors of requirement to gain knowledge in the field of studies that they needs by usage the average and percentage of statistical analysis The studied result denotes the continuous studying fields of requirement on the curriculums at Business Management faculty by ordered popularization and higher requirement of 3 study-fields: Computer Information System Business English and Management. Mostly they want to take the periods of itudies during 1-12 months or the 1 year courses. Thus the short courses have to introduce for arrangement and preparation for them to get their certification and punctually respond to the consumers.

Managing the bachelor educational level of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon is a mission goal to strengthen on science and technology and capable to recruit form the industrial markets Eventually the applied technologies grow up with the higher managing administration. The researchers stress on human resource developments to make the progress of professional practices which made us interested into find-out the life long studying on working period of the graduated students from faculty of engineering The research objectives are as follows : 1. The alumnis requirements to change and/or to make more than one of the educational certification. 2. Defined the pathways of the higher qualitative educational aims. 3. To study the relationship between the educational framework and the life long studying on working period of the participants around Bangkok city suburb and urban of 300 persons. The results we found that among the requirement to change their certification and to improve their knowledge on professional to require more of the subjects on industrial management field Human relation and the advanced technology subjects on a top of requests. The most requirements from the alumni want to change the certifications to Mechanical engineering to require Mechanical mechanics I Air-conditioning. The highest requirement from the alumni want to change the certifications to Computer engineering field to require the subjects on Data communication Computer network and practice. The more requirements from the alumni want to change the certifications to Electronics and Telecommunication field to require the subjects on Electronic analysis Microware engineering and practice. The highest requirements from the alumni want to change the certifications to Industrial engineering field to require the subjects on Engineering management Maintenance engineering and Production and planning. On remarks among requirements to further study from all participants they want to study on higher degree of education 131 persons or 43.7 percentages of population to improve their performance 93 persons or 31.0 percentages and want to get more benefit from further studies is 76 persons or 25.3 percentages. Applied technologies on the engineering works have continuous and high progress. The researchers want to emphasis with human development for stepping up to professional works in The life long studying on working period of faculty of industry textile and fashion design Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhorl. The research objectives are as follows: 1.To know they want to add more performance or to change from nature of the undergraduate field to others 2.To make the teaching discipllries for gain their standard lffiowledge higher 3.To study the life long studying on working period offacuity students and alumni. Domain of research and the participant groups 1.students who studying at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon 2.Alumni want to change their graduated field to others or gain their performance. The research results found that the platforms are according to require on the life long studying in faculty of industry textile and fashion design have to stress on teaching for gain their performance with technology involvements such as production process coloring process textile printing graphic design and computer cutting forms according to short period not more than 6 months for studying. The discussions from participants point to continue to study for gain their performance first because economics rapidly changing and several firms want the best persons. They have a lot of best knowledge worker and high performance to work with them. The participants require 1-6 months for studying because the competitive workers in the specific working markets.
