Talad Noi Community is an ancient Chinese community found since the beginning of Rattanakosin. There are many important historical values in this area but also there are still many problems caused from the prosperity of the urban community leading to the process of swallowing up until disappeared from the development of big cities like all old towns. Therefore these solutions can to be promoted by utilizing the applications to promote minor market community activities. To the development of applications it can be concluded that the overall system users both general users and administrators are at a very good level. In terms of the ability of various systems administrators are satisfied with the user manual of the system that is clear and easy to understand as much as possible. As for working according to various functions in the system administrators are satisfied with setting the password using check and the satisfaction system of users. In addition general users satisfy with the overall systems as their convenience and speed.

This research is a qualitative research. Considering the situation of the elderly in Thailand B.E. 2016 and the study of the context of the community with a tendency to increase the proportion of the elderly population together with the problems and obstacles that there are still needs to participate in recreational activities. In this regard there were 38 key informants chosen by a purposive sampling method for each target group. The selected informants consisted of 30 elderly people between 60-69 years old 2 neighbors 2 community leaders 2 family members and 2 government officials. Due to the outbreak situation of COVID-19 the target group has to be adjusted accordingly. There were only 10 elderly people who were willing to be interviewed by phone. These informants are those who resides in Nang Loeng community Phra Nakhon District and Pom Prap Sattru Phai District Bangkok. The data was therefore collected by telephone interviews. It was found that the elderly’s highest average needs for recreational activities were the top 3 categories accordingly as follows: 1.the category of games sports and play 2. dance and 3. singing and music. The results of the research also showed a clear nature of the activities; that is these three types of recreational activities involved body movement fun activities and those that demonstrated their abilities and skills. It can be seen that these three types of recreational activities involved physical movement as the main component of exercise and dancing as well as gestures and posture while singing or playing music. This helps promote physical health mental health and a good quality of life for the elderly. The result also showed that the activities that the elderly most frequently participated in during the recent period were games sports and plays followed by singing and music and dance. The problems found from participating in recreational activities among the elderly was the insufficiency of equipment and facilities followed by the problem of inappropriate places for participating in recreational activities and the problem of inappropriate activity period. (too little or too much time).

Science and technology consists of 5 steps: 1) preparation and in-depth understanding 2) problem framing stage 3) planning/brainstorming stage 4) prototyping stage and 5) testing and evaluation stage. learning activities The efficiency was 81.28/83.86 higher than the 80/80 criteria. 2) The self-development assessment was at a good level. 3) The students satisfaction with the learning activities based on the concept of design thinking process in conjunction with overall learning management was at a high level.

The research objective is to study the behavior and community perceptions related to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities of WHA Industrial Zone Saraburi. The population is the 400 samples from the communities surrounding WHA Industrial Estate Saraburi consisting of four sub-districts namely Nong Pla Mo Sub-district Nong Pling Sub-district Bua Loi Sub-district and Kochasit Sub-district Nong Khae District Saraburi Province. The questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data. The statistics used were descriptive statistics including frequency percentage mean standard deviation. Inferential statistics were also used. The results showed that most of the respondents were female aged 20-30 years with married status a bachelors degree holder or equivalent a private company employee with the average monthly income of 20001 - 30000 baht and 4-6 family members. On the community behavior it was found that the aspect with the highest average of the community behavior towards Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities of the sample group was acceptance with the mean of 3.55. On the communitys perception of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities it was found that the aspect with the highest average of the communitys perception of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities of the sample group was the information perception of CSR activities with the mean of 3.50. The hypothesis testing results revealed that the communitys behavior and perception were highly positively correlated with the CSR activities of WHA Industrial Zone Saraburi with statistical significance at 0.01.

The development of the application to promote active teaching in the 21st century for the lecturers of the Faculty of Science and Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The development of the application will support the work in terms of the mobile application and web applications. This application was modified on a cloud service system. The application consideration takes into account the design of the user interface and easily use. Moreover this application can support the user via smart devices and through a web browser including access control. In the design and development of the application there are two groups of people working together group 1 Teacher and group 2 student. There is an administrator (Admin) to help manage the data within the application prototype. Based on the user satisfaction assessment of the developed application. It found that the satisfaction assessment of the application users to promote the competence of the Faculty of Science and Technology in organizing active teaching activities for skills development in the 21st century was at a good level with a total mean of 4.14 S.D. value was 0.25.
