The purposes of this research were 1) to study the personal student factors of a vocational certificate type of Home Economics Phetchaburi Vocational College 2) to study the importance and the decision to study for a vocational certificate type of Home Economics Phetchaburi Vocational College 3) to study relationship between the personal factors and the importance of the decision to study for a vocational certificate type of Home Economics Phetchaburi Vocational College. The sample used were 148 students who are studying in vocational certificate type of Home Economics Phetchaburi Vocational College. The instrument used in this thesis was questionnaire. The statistics based on the data analysis include percentage frequency values average standard deviation and Chi Square. Analysis of statistical data by a computer program. The results showed that 1) the personal student factors of a vocational certificate type of Home Economics Phetchaburi Vocational College were no effect for the decision to study in general. 2) the learners pay 7 sides attention to the study for a vocational certificate type of Home Economics Phetchaburi Vocational College in general were rated at high level. When considering each side it was found that every side was rated at high level. Shortage average form most to least is career the college environment learner development activities teachers curriculum and media materials and equipment that support teaching. 3) the relationship between respondents’ general information and decision to study for a vocational certificate type of Home Economics Phetchaburi Vocational College found that gender related with media materials and equipment that support teaching age related with college environment and field of study related with image of college is statistically significant at the 0.05 level. The relationship of grade point average (GPA) and revenue of learners per month didn’t relate 7 sides with the decision to study for a vocational certificate type of Home Economics Phetchaburi Vocational College is statistically significant at the 0.05 level.

The aims of this Guidelines for the Development of Teaching and Learning Models in the Department of Fashion and Apparel Design Faculty of Home Economics Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon were to compare the department of fashion and apparel designs teaching and learning outcomes and to find guidelines for the development of teaching and learning management styles in the department of fashion and apparel design. To gather feedback on teaching and learning satisfaction from current students enrolled in the 2020 academic year faculty members and alumni a convenient random sampling of 104 people willing to participate in the online survey was used. Cronbachs alpha coefficient was 0.980 which was quite confident. Four external experts provide feedback on the training. The frequency percentage and mean were used to analyze the data. The results were summarized as follows: The majority of those who responded were alumni (50.96 %). The average degree of satisfaction in teaching was at its highest (mean 4.23). Other components of the situation were excellent. (mean 4.12) curriculum (mean 4.11) learning facilities and infrastructure (mean 4.03) and educational aid were the averages (mean 3.85). In the department of Fashion and Apparel Design the average satisfaction with teaching and learning was compared. There was no variation in classification based on the respondents status. The population is 2 7 4 students studying in the Home Economics Certificate Program at Phitsanulok Vocational College in the first semester of the academic year 2 0 2 1 by using a specific selection method. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency percentage mean standard deviation chi -square and one-way analysis of variance.The results of The results showed that 1 ) students in the Home Economics Vocational Certificate Program Phitsanulok Vocational College is mostly female. The original qualification was lower secondary education with a cumulative GPA in the range of 2.01 - 2.50. The students are currently studying at the Vocational Certificate Level 3 in the field of Food and Nutrition and all of them live in Phitsanulok Province. 2) Most of the families have a total monthly income of 5001 - 10000 baht with their parents being general laborers and students coming from medium-sized families while parents have a high school education. And students are the roles in the choice of studies. 3) Students give importance to choosing to study in Home Economics Vocational Certificate Program Phitsanulok Vocational College. Overall its at a high level. When considering each aspect in descending order it was found that the measurement and evaluation aspect had the highest mean followed by the instructor and the least was the environment and facilities.For the students current educational level it was found that there was a relationship with the choice of study in the Home Economics Vocational Certificate Program Phitsanulok Vocational College by classification according to student development activities statistically significant at the .05 level. 5) In terms of different socio- economic factors it is important to choose the Home Economics Vocational Certificate Program Phitsanulok Vocational College. The relationship was not significantly different at the .05 level.

This research has the following objectives: 1) To study the basic data of freshman orientation activities. 2) To determine conditions and problems of organizing freshman orientation activities within the Faculty of Home Economics Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. 3) To find guidelines for organizing creative freshman orientation activities within the Faculty of Home Economics Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The sample were students in the Faculty of Home Economics Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon who were studying in 1st–4th year of a Bachelors degree academic year 2020. The sample were calculated based on the Taro Yamane method and selected by stratified sampling obtained a total of 305 students. The research tool was a questionnaire. The statistics used in the study were frequency percentage mean and standard deviation. The statistical data was analyzed by using a computer program. The research results indicated the basic data from general information as follows: 1) The word of command by the Head of The National Council for Peace and Order on measures to prevent and solve the problems of quarrels among students 2) the announcement of the Office of the Higher Education Commission on organizing freshman orientation activities and cheer meetings in higher education institutions 3) student manuals rules regulations and announcements of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakorn related for the use as the basic data for researching were found that both government policies and university policies focus on supervising the organization of freshman orientation activities to be in good order and legally in the scope of Thai morals and manners. The overall condition of organizing freshman orientation activities within the Faculty of Home Economics Technology was at a high level. The overall problems of organizing freshman orientation activities within the Faculty of Home Economics Technology were at a low level. For the model of organizing creative freshman orientation activities within the Faculty of Home Economics Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon it should be proceeded as follows: 1) Operational planning – There should be student activities planning in every academic year and a manual for organizing freshman orientation activities. 2) The process of organizing freshman orientation activities: The implementation results should be reviewed mutually with students of all programs. 3) Organizers: Organizers should be supervised in proper dressing / personality / attitudes for organizing freshman orientation activities. 4) Facilities for organizing activities: There should be adequate facilities for all participants to be able to access convenience and useful services. 5) Quality of organizing freshman orientation activities: Activities organized should be consistent with the objectives of freshman orientation activities.
