This research study is a combination of quantitative research and qualitative research. The objectives are: 1) study the present conditions and barriers 2) preparation 3) factors that effect to the preparation 4) find the ways to prepare 5) form to prepare and 6) the format to prepare in ASEAN. There are two types of administrators namely administrators teachers and staff who related to the quantitative data of 285 sets of questionnaires. To collect and analyze data already processed with statistical program R to determine the frequency percentage mean and standard deviation and qualitative information to select 20 people of administrators teachers and staff then verify the accuracy of the content with content analysis. The results showed that the current problems in education: 1) A curriculum does not support the needs of ASEAN community 2) Premises is inadequate and not ready in education management 3.) budget is not enough In the preparation of education management to enter the ASEAN 4) lack of person who in charge of education management 5) Material is inadequate in preparing the study for the ASEAN community. The preparation for ASEAN community 1)to practice English 2) to prepare teachers to enter the ASEAN 3) researchers who are ready to do the research to develop education management 4) sufficient staff are available in English teaching 5) to prepare the budget usage for the ASEAN 6) executives with expertise in education management determinant factor for the promotion of education in preparation for the ASEAN community. The overall image is moderate. The SWOT analysis of strengths and weaknesses is high level. The guidelines of educational policies for ASEAN community is at high level the budget has been prepared adequately for the preparation of education in the ASEAN community is at high level. For qualitative information is about the Rmutp. policy in 4 M. [ man money management and marketing ] for education. There is not ready yet to prepare the English course of nine faculties must train both of teachers and students in English to welcome ASEAN community for being attract the Thai students and foreign students in ASEAN countries.

This research has a purpose. To study the readiness of information technology to support educational communication in the ASEAN community of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon This research is quantitative research with a questionnaire. (Questionnaire) The samples were staffs of the Faculty of Business Administration. Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (40 students). The researcher conducted severalstatistical analyzes including Frequency Percentage and Mean. For the information technology system of the university the classroom is used regularly 70% followed by 30% and the use of intelligent classroom at the Faculty of BusinessAdministration has two rooms only 50% There are only 25 per cent usage for internet accounts.There were 24% of respondents regularly used followed by some 16%. Some respondents said that the Internet was relatively frequent and Wifi does not cover 65% of the networked Internetservices followed by 35% of IT systems. Up to 35 percent indicate that the problem of IT use still hinders the respondents. IT services are available for IT professionals. Respondents are using social media in addition to searching for knowledge. Then there is the use of Facebook Youtube that is constantly searching for new knowledge from the mediawhich is used regularly 50% and use some 50% as well. Learning and sharing online learning resources such as e-learning with foreigners. 55% use the regular use 30% use the online media and 56% use Facebook Online You Tube Live.regular Secondly 14%. Information Technology Infrastructure Services to support communication in the ASEAN community respondents were satisfied with the use of other devices. To access the system. This research aims to study the wisdom on costumes of Thai-Chinese minorities in order to develop and integrate on costumes of Thai - Chinese minorities and transfer technology to target groups by training and workshop. This research is for the purpose of Research and Development. The instruments used in research were included 10 prototype costumes training assessment questionnaire regarding costumes of Thai-Chinese minorities Lao-Song or Tai Song Dam and Zhuang. The sample consisted of 100 interested people from Thai Song Dam Loincloth Weaving Group in Tambon Donmanow No.39 Moo 2 Tambon Donmanow Songpeenong district Suphanburi Province and 2 groups of 20 trainees each from Thai Song Dam group in Tambon Ban Don Amphoe U Thong Suphanburi Province and Thai Song Dam group in Tambon Bang rakam Amhoe Bang rakam Phitsanulok Province. The statistics tools used in data analyzing were frequency percentage mean and standard deviation. The research result in prototype costumes evaluation in a mixing Tai Song Dam weaving and Zhuang style found that most interested people who responded to the questionnaires were female aged 31 to 40 years employee below a Bachelors degree and having an average income 5001 to 10000 baht. These interested people had a positive attitude level in Prototype costume No.10 regarding pattern design application and the overall average were at 4.79 4.78 and 4.28 respectively. The transfer of technology evaluation regarding training workshop on costumes of Tai Song Dam and Zhuang were combined with 2 groups of 20 trainees each from Thai Song Dam group in Tambon Ban Don Amphoe U Thong Suphanburi Province and Thai Song Dam group in Tambon Bang rakam Amphoe Bang rakam Phitsanulok Province. The results showed that most respondents from Thai Song Dam group in Tambon Ban Don Amphoe U Thong Suphanburi Province were female age above 40 years weavers having a primary school certificate and having an average income below 5000 baht. Before initiating the training workshop most trainees had pattern design skills sewing skills and decorating were at moderate level. After the training workshop showed significant improvement in the high level. And most respondents from Thai Song Dam group in Tambon Bang rakam Amphoe Bang rakam Phitsanulok Province were female age above 40 years weavers having a primary school certificate and having an average income below 5000 baht. Before initiating the training workshop most trainees had pattern design skills sewing skills and decorating were at moderate level. Affter the training workshop showed significant improvement in the high level.

In the research on “The Costume Creative Design and Accessory Creative Design Green Eco Innovation for Asian Community” the purpose of the study was to create the product design on the costumes and accessories for working ladies and gentlemen. Its main sources were on Thai culture representative of the ASEAN cultures that were inspired by the culture and lifestyle of Thai people. This study has selected Thai population Thai culture Thai lifestyle Thai wisdom Thai basketry and fertility of the central region in Thailand. The samples were additionally selected from the weaving culture and fertility of the rice field in the middle of Thailand. The tools used were based on the descriptive analysis from the structure of basketry obtained from the central region of Thailand. The color analysis was based on the integrity of the rice paddy in the central plains as well as the pattern analysis was from Thai basketry and pattern of rice paddy in the central plains. The fabric used in the design was made of the natural fibers water hyacinth mixed with cotton at the ratio of 30: 70. On the product development the principles of 4P Marketing Strategy and the application of natural colors were carried to obtain the ladies’ costumes and accessory creative design and unique new handbag. From the results the analysis of basketry structure in the central region indicated after making a section for the shape as the balancing curve and circular shapes the lady costumes and accessory creative designs could be successfully fashioned.When analyzing for proper colors on the costumes and accessories the designs based on the fertility of the rice paddy in the central plains together with the cultural prosperity urbanized society and the nature were applied. The appropriate colors chosen to be yellow red and blue were from natural colors of Garcinia Rave and Indigo respectively. Therefore the products of costumes and accessory creative designs could be one innovative green textile that meets the needs of the consumers in the ASEAN communities who are concerning on the sustainable and environmental conservation.

The survey research aimed to: 1) study the levels of self-development needs in preparation to enter AEC; 2) make a comparison of the students’ needs levels in aspects of personal data; and 3) propose appropriate forms of activities to be used in the development. The subject obtained through stratified random sampling consisted of 321 first-fourth year undergraduates of the Faculty of the Home Economic Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The tool was a questionnaire. To analyse data the frequency percentage mean standard deviation t- test and ANOVA were used. The results were as follows: 1) The overall level of self-development needs was high ( X = 3.75). The needs for selfdevelopment in line with the Thai Qualifications Framework for Higher Education were high ( = 3.89). Moreover the level of needs conforming to Thai Graduate Preferable Qualifications for the ASEAN Community was moderate ( X = 3.46). 2) There was no statistically significant difference ( p<0.05) of the self-development needs level when genders educational levels or academic performances were considered 3) As for the activities it was rated best to use training for the development of cognitive skills numerical analysis communication and information technology skills domain of psychomotor skills and knowledge on ASEAN Community rules and regulations; lecturing for knowledge on ASEAN Community rules and regulations; study touring for knowledge development; camping for ethics and moral interpersonal skills responsibility and language skills; and student inter institutional exchanging for neighbouring countries knowledge development.
