This research is to develop an internal inventory management system. Faculty of Liberal Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon To evaluate the results of the use of information systems for managing supplies within the Faculty of Liberal Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon The data was collected between October 2019 and September 2020 as a survey research using questionnaire tools. It consists of 4 parts: 1) general information of the respondents which is demographic characteristics 2) current condition and needs of the parcel management system. Faculty of Liberal Arts University of Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon 3) The efficiency of the procurement management system Faculty of Liberal Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon and 4) satisfaction of the procurement management system. Faculty of Liberal Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon With the sample groups in this research are Support personnel Under the Faculty of Liberal Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon comprised of 21 persons. The data analysis used descriptive statistics for demographic characteristics. The study found that Current conditions and procurement development guidelines Faculty of Liberal Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon Overall and from the bottom to the bottom including parcel payment Parcel picking Accounting for parcel control And material storage respectively efficiency of the parcel management system Faculty of Liberal Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon Overall and each side Very level When sorting the efficiency of the parcel management system in descending order namely the information security aspect of the system. Aspects to meet the needs of system users Functional aspects according to the system function And the ease of use of the respective system and the users satisfaction with the parcel management system. Faculty of Liberal Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon all 4 aspects are procurement Control and distribution of parcels Maintenance And the distribution of supplies to study guidelines for the development of parcel management for parcel workers Faculty of Liberal Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon Classified by problem condition and procurement development approach by collecting data between October 2019 and September 2020 it was a survey research using questionnaire tools which consisted of 3 parts: The respondents which were demographic characteristics 2) problem conditions and procurement development approach and 3) other recommendations. And the parcel officer has to record and maintain the parcel efficiently and can be used all the time. Parcel distribution The damaged parcel is sold in accordance with the regulations. The parcel officer has knowledge and understanding in the process of disposing of parcels correctly.

The Online Equipment Inventory System for Subdivision of Supplies Case study at Faculty of Science and Technology is developed based on web application by using PHP and Laravel framework. The purposes of this system are firstly to systematically manage the database system of the asset equipment in the Faculty of science and technology. Secondly to increase the searching process rapidity and to create the summarize reports in PDF format. Lastly to produce the QR code for verified the asset equipment. This system is consists of the administrators and system users. In the part of satisfied evaluation the system is evaluated by the example target officers group. The overall result of satisfaction score is 4.10 which means the system can fulfill the requirement in a good level. Moreover when considering in each part of satisfaction; 1. design part 2. efficiency and functional part and 3. system satisfaction part the result scores are 3.96 4.18 and 4.06 consequently. In conclusion the Online Equipment Inventory System for Subdivision of Supplies Case study at Faculty of Science and Technology is work properly.

The purposes of this study were to 1 ) study problems of the inventory administration of the Office of the Teacher Civil Service and Educational Personnel Commission in terms of supplying controlling and exterminating the inventory and 2 ) examine solutions to problems to improve of the inventory administration of the Office of the Teacher Civil Service and Educational Personnel Commission to operate more efficiently effectively transparently and verifiably. The research population consisted of 5 0 direct staff members working in the field of office supplies in the Office of the Teacher Civil Service and Educational Personnel Commission. The instruments used for data collection were questionnaires and statistics used for data analysis included percentage mean and standard deviation.
