The purpose of this study is to study the 1) Demographic factors affecting the knowledge about the sufficiency economy philosophy of those employed persons in Bangkok. 2) Demographic factors affecting the use of sufficiency economy philosophy in the life of the person employed in Bangkok. 3) The relationship between knowledge about sufficiency economy philosophy and the use of sufficiency economy philosophy in the life of the employed persons in Bangkok. The samples in this research were 540 the employed persons in Bangkok selected by multistage random sampling. The research instrument was test with 10 items and questionnaires of rating scales with 30 items. The statistics used to analyze the data including the number and percentage mean standard deviation t - test for independent sample One-Way ANOVA Scheffe’s test analysis and simple correlation coefficients were statistical method to analyze data. The research found that: 1) Most of the respondents were female aged less than 35 years single status education level Bachelors degree career employees to a private company. The average monthly income of less than 35000 baht Hometown Central region. Have knowledge of the sufficiency economy philosophy at a moderate level. The sufficiency economy philosophy is applied to life at a high level. 2) Demographic factors affecting knowledge of the sufficiency economy philosophy include gender age education level occupation and average monthly income. Comparison results vary statistically significantly at a significant level of 0.05. 3) Demographic factors affecting the use of sufficiency economy philosophy in the life of those employed in Bangkok include gender age marital status education level occupation and average monthly income. Comparison results vary statistically significantly at a significant level of 0.05 4) The relationship between knowledge about sufficiency economy philosophy and the use of sufficiency economy philosophy in the life of the employed persons in Bangkok. The purpose of this Participatory Action Research (PAR) was to study the guidelines for creating recreational activities to promote health for the elderly and to create a practical guide for organization of recreational activities for senior citizens in Thamakham Subdistrict Municipality Mueang Kanchanaburi Kanchanaburi. This research project had a sample group of 40 volunteer participants who were aged 60 or over were able to take care of themselves and were inhabitants of Moo 1 Moo 2 and Moo 5 in Thamakham Subdistrict Municipality Mueang Kanchanaburi Kanchanaburi. The data-collecting instruments for this research were 12 recreational activity programs for promoting health for the elderly and structured interviews of the participants. Data analysis was performed by calculating percentages means and standard deviations. The results of the research project: 1. Most of the seniors were female married have no career have one to three family members and have medical problems. Most of them participated in community activities. 2. Most of the seniors have a medium level of basic knowledge in promoting health for the elderly people. 3. The level of point of view of the seniors about the purpose of creating recreational activities to promote health for the elderly was much more than average. 4. The level of satisfaction of the seniors about managing recreational activities to promote health for the elderly was much more than average. 5. The level of overall satisfaction of the seniors about recreational activities to promote health for the elderly was much more than average. 6. Suggestions were received from the senior citizens that the schedule for the activities should be Monday to Friday between 8.00 A.M. to 12.00 A.M. and that the venues for the activities should be dependent on the organizers and that there should be field trips. 7. Creation of a practical guide containing 12 activities to organize recreational activities for seniors in Thamakham Subdistrict Municipality Mueang Kanchanaburi Kanchanaburi.

This qualitative research explained the tourists attitude and the creation of competitive advantage from customers perspectives as tourist in the medical tourism business. In the depth-interview of tourists the decision making process the expectation and satisfaction of customers in medical tourism were explained and measured based on the understanding of customer and the pre/post experience of the medical tourism service. The objectives of this research were to create the service repurchasing Internet information sharing and the media accessibility for tourists and perspective who would like to travel in Thailand and other related topics concerning medical tourism in Thailand. In conclusion the group of author argues that the information accessibility in this medical tourism to local and global tourists are limited and the business owners and others should play important role to effectively present the idea and concept of the medical tourism to the prospects and the existing customers in order to generate more income and gain more distribution channels. Finally the group of author identify the creation of the competitive advantage of medical tourism by reacting to the customers requests and requirements and also the information providing and accessibility throughout the media channels. Moreover creating the brand image and cooperating with government for the medical tourism theme under the government support in thecurrent national development plan would make substantially different from the existing situation for all of the players in this market.
