This research aims to 1) study current conditions trends in change management transformational leadership and service innovation in the future for hotel business survival in Southern Andaman provinces and 2) present survival model of hotel business in Southern Andaman provinces. The research methodology used in the study was Qualitative research by using the Delphi technique with 19 experts and added with quantitative research which the sample was 400 Thai consumers. The research results revealed that the current conditions of the hotel business in Southern Andaman provinces in the past most of the consumers were foreigners but from the effects of the epidemic causing change in consumer behavior. At present and in the future there will be more Thai consumers. Therefore business owners need to plan to support on Thai tourists by focus on natural attractions and increase in safety measures from the epidemic. Transformational leadership would focus on inspiration motivation. Service innovation in the future would focus on marketing innovation and reduce exposure. Survival model of hotel business in Southern Andaman provinces consist of 1) competitiveness 2) adaptability and 3) efficiency. Survival model of hotel business in Southern Andaman provinces checked by index of congruence (IOC) by 5 experts and found that index of congruence was greater than 0.50.

The objectives of this research were to study the stress intensity in run-flat metal wheels and to design a new type of run-flat wheels that can be used in a small armored regular truck. Experimental methods and finite element methodologies were applied in the research process. The results obtained by comparing the strain values from the two methods demonstrated the consistency of both methods. The differences in stress values were in 10 -16 percentages which could confirm the capability to analyze the stress distribution and deformation of run-flat by a finite element method. Proven processes and procedures in Pre-processing with SolidWorks Simulation were utilized to design run-flat wheels and a reverse engineering process was next used to create wheel rims and design the cross-sectional shape of new run-flat wheels made of composite materials which have an important reactant; a polymer group and aluminum oxide powder added to enhance the strength. The designed parameters consisted of 1) the width of the run-flat wheels 2) the internal and external radius in which the internal radius depending on the size of the wheel rim and the outer radius which is a variable that determines the height of the run-flat wheels 3) the design of a lockset for tightening the run flat wheels to the wheel rims 4) materials used in the structure of the run-flat wheels and 5) tire pressure. The run-flat wheels designed and built into three-piece parts were designed for ease of wheel assembly or disassembly out of the wheel rims. By analyzing the intensity of stress accumulated in a conventional run-flat wheel (run-flat metal wheel) the stress generated in a run-flat wheel did not exceed the limit of the Yield stress and had a safety value between 3-5 times for new run flat wheels with a maximum stress of 26 MPa. Sizing and cross-sectional dimensions of run flat wheels thus resulted in stress which was in the range that could be withstood and acceptably employed. It was also possible to reduce the height of the flat wheels to make the rear flats lower and increase the width of the run flat wheels which would help distribute more weight to the wheel rims.

The purposes of this research were 1) to study personal factors and family factors of High school students at Prakhanongpittayalai School. 2 ) To study food consumption patterns of high school students at Phrakhanongpittayalai School according to the new normal. 3) Comparison of food consumption patterns according to the new normal of high school students at Phrakhanongpittayalai School classified by personal factors. 4) Comparison of food consumption patterns according to the new normal of high school students at Phrakhanongpittayalai School classified by family factors. The sample was obtained by random sampling of 300 students from high school students at Phrakhanongpittayalai School and using online questionnaires as a research tool. The data were analyzed by using frequency percentage mean standard deviation t-test and one-way analysis of variance. The results revealed that 1) most of the samples are female age 18 years old studying in Mathayom 6 earning between 100- 150 baht per day. The housing types are townhouse apartment or flat. The number of family members is more than 3 people. The education level of their parents is lower than a Bachelors degree and work as employees with an average family income of 15000 – 30000 baht per month. 2 ) Food consumption patterns of high school students at Prakanongpittayalai School according to the new normal found that the overall level was at a high level. When considering each aspect it was found that the aspect with the highest mean was the perception of food consumption according to the new normal followed by the aspect of food consumption characteristics of the family according to the new normal and the least aspect was the food type selection according to the new normal. 3) Comparing dietary patterns of high school students at Prakanongpittayalai School according to the new normal classified by personal factors it was found that gender age educational level parental income per day and housing characteristics were significantly differed in opinions on consumption patterns at the . 05 level. 4) Comparison of dietary patterns according to the new normal classified by family factors found that the occupations of parents and the average family income per month haddifferent effects on the new normal dietary patterns of high school students at Phrakhanongppittayalai School. There was a statistically significant difference at the .05 level except for the number of family members and their parents’ education were not statistically different at the .05 level.

The objectives of this research are to study the Development of Souvenirs from Soap Carving as Dipping Vegetables. the researcher aimed to investigate the target group’s satisfaction on Souvenirs from Soap Carving as Dipping Vegetables. The researcher examined five methods of soap making from plentiful soaps and then the researcher designed one drafting of soap carving method and determined the size of container for containing carved soap types of vegetable patterns of leaf patterns of flower dipping sauce container and dyeing colors. Then these aforementioned details of soap carving were considered by five experts and they chose the method of soap making and overall patterns for developing of a carved soap product as a souvenir adapting the technique of dipped vegetable carving. After that the products were the instrument for observing target’s group satisfaction amount 100 participants. The data were analyzed as means percentage and standard deviation. The results revealed that. Most experts have chosen the soap type no.5 given that soap texture is fine smooth sticky. The Almost of experts chose the 8 inches diameter of sphere containers. The vegetables that were chosen for carving were long cucumbers cucumbers carrots eggplants Thai eggplants white eggplants white turmeric and long beans. For the leaves carving the patterns of leaves were grooving and stencil. The patterns of flowers carving were single layer flower pattern alternating flower pattern and long shaped flower pattern. Along with the pattern of container carving for chilling paste was the container with lid pattern and the colors for soap painting was batik dyeing color. The satisfaction level of the target group toward the product The highest level of an average of 4.82 for the elegance of the product. The creativity of the materials is at the highest level of an average of 4.74. The value and utility of the product for a souvenir are at the highest level with an average of 4.90.

Run flat wheels for small armored regular trucks have been re-developed by transformation from the original metallic material to compound materials polymer group materials as important raw materials then added with aluminum oxide powder to achieve higher strength and wear resistance. The research was performed by using reverse engineering processes including designing and analysis with finite element methodology with the SolidWorks Simulation program and comparing the analyzed results with outcome experiments. Several variables used for the design and analysis were 1) the optimal width of the run flat wheel at the parts both attached to the wheel pan and contacted with the inner rubber surface 2) internal and external radiuses. The internal radius is depending on the size of the wheel pan and the external radius is a variable that determines the height of the Run flat wheel. 3) the shape designed to prevent wearing of the inner tire surface of the run flat wheel and the shape of the run flat reel in the part contacted with the wheel pan. This wheel pan part is such uneven inclined area which is difficult to hold. 4) a design locking kit for tightly fastening the run flat reels to the wheel pan 5) the material used to create the run flat wheel and 6) tire pressure. The run-flat wheels were then designed and constructed in a modular form of 3 parts for ease of the wheel pan assembly. In designing pattern the assembling run flat reels had to be fit into the characteristics of a small armored regular truck wheel pan convenient to assemble with a wheel pan and tightly attached without looseness or deformation when impacted. The run flat reel gripping device has been redesigned to lock all three run flat parts together. It brought up the impact resistance from body weight was at 50 km/hr.
