This research was to study the current condition of Sunthorn Phus Nirat literature. especially Nirat Mueang Phet in Khlong Krachaeng Subdistrict Mueang District Phetchaburi Province to study the interest of Thai tourists traveling to Khlong Krachaeng Subdistrict Mueang District Phetchaburi Province and to study the guidelines for the use of literature for the benefit of tourism by asking from village scholars community leaders and people in Khlong Krachaeng Sub-District Mueang District Phetchaburi Province. This research is a mixed research which is a quantitative research and qualitative research. The period of data collection is from October 2021 - September 2022 with the population traveling to travel within the Khlong Krachaeng community. Muang District Phetchaburi Province and use the online questionnaire that passed the confidence test. is a tool for collecting 400 sets of data then the questionnaires were analyzed by the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences package (SPSS). The results showed that Demographic data of the respondents found that most of the respondents were female aged 20-30 years single status bachelors degree. General Contractor The average monthly income is 10001 - 15000 baht. Most of them analyze the interest in tourism in Khlong Krachaeng Subdistrict Mueang District Phetchaburi Province emphasizing 1) architecture and ancient sites in Khlong Krachaeng community 2) various palaces such as Ban Puen Palace Phra Nakhon Khiri ( Khao Wang) 3) Lifestyle of people in Khlong Krachaeng community 4) Traditions and culture in Khlong Krachaeng community 5) Natural beauty such as Tham Khao Luang Tham Chan Ton 6) Source of sweets and souvenirs in the community Khlong Krachaeng 7) Source of local products and souvenirs in Khlong Krachaeng community 8) Various art works such as wood carvings stucco work murals and was most interested in the promotion and conservation of Nirat Muang Phet literature in Khlong Krachaeng Subdistrict Mueang District Phetchaburi Province. To provide knowledge in the field of Nirat Muang Phet literature It will increase the interest of tourists who come to travel in the community more. And there should be a public relations event about Nirat Muang Phet literature on important days within the community in order to use Nirat Mueang Phet in the development of cultural tourism in Khlong Krachaeng Sub-District Mueang District Phetchaburi Province.

The objective of this research is to analyze the content and the principles of Chinese novel “Romance of the Three kingdoms episode 43 : Zhuge Liang disputes with the Southern Scholars; Lu Su denounced the Majority opinion” and to apply this in our working and daily lives. The study found that Romance of the Three kingdoms episode 43 : Zhuge Liang disputes with the Southern Scholars; Lu Su denounced the Majority opinion is about Lu Su Marquis Sun Quan invited Zhuge Liang to meet Sun Quan and join Liu Pei’s army. Whereas Sun Quan received the secret letter from Cou Cou joining him to destroy Liu Pei. Lu Su disagreed on that idea but more than ๒๐ scholars supported Sun Quan to surrender to Cou Cou. However Sun Quan had not decided yet. When Zhuge Liang met Sun Quan’ scholars they insulted Liu Pei and Zhunge Liang but Zhuge Liang replied in smart way; praised Liu Pei as the morality and also abuse the excellency as the immorality disgraceful and surrender to evil thief Cou Cou. All of the scholars replied nothing. When Zhuge Liang met Sun Quan he teased about Sun Quan would defect himself by joining with Cou Cou which made Sun Quan furious. However after Sun Quan understood and learned how to win the Cou Cou he calmed down but was still worried about the plan. Then lady Wu came to Sun Quan and reminded him about his mother’s word; “In Zhou Yu’s counsels your safety find”. According to the story “Romance of the Three kingdoms episode 43 : Zhuge Liang disputes with the Southern Scholars; Lu Su denounced the Majority opinion” there are important principles about self-organization people management and job management. For example the self-organization and the great character that leaders showed as grateful honest kindness modesty generous competent intelligent patience and endeavor. People need to follow these principles to find success in their lives. Morality and integrity can win people. They strictly punished but also giving compensation as the reward. The leaders always learn the new things and where honest decisive kind neutral supportive to the lower class and learned to share. The important principles form this part is “If you treat people well they willingly work with you”. The job management the leaders from the Romance of the Three kingdoms had the important ethic to perform their management as thinking about the majority always have a plan and held frequent meetings put the right man to the right job where keen listened to the others analytical prepare manpower and governed righteousness for the benefits of the people. The best virtues for job management are working for majority benefits having a plan listening to others and getting the right person in the right job.

This article aims to synthesize literatures in Educational Robotics and presents key features of systematic literature review and structured meta-analysis of the literature. Population consists of 247 papers from 10 databases ranging from 1996 to 2012. Results show that common problems in Educational Robotics are high cost of tools license and differences in students’ background knowledge. Trends of existing researches focus on development of software and low cost robot training package in order to promote students’ practice in problem-solving skills and teamwork in experience-based learning to enhance self-motivation and experience with real world applications. It was also found from the synthesis that qualitative-based evaluation of tool and learning achievement process was rare even though it is a key factor that indicates quality of learning process.
