การศึกษาอุณหภูมิการเผาเปลือกหอยลาย เพื่อเพิ่มสมบัติของอิฐมอญผสมวัสดุรีไซเคิลจากเปลือกหอยลาย
This research is to study the recycling of residue clams shell from Mahachai Samutsakorn Thailand. This waste was collected from canned clams industry and it can be recycled as the composition of Mon brick instead of the rice husk. The study of clams shell composition found that Calcium was main composition as 98.50%VS. The moisture and ash content was 0.88% and 58.27%TS respectively. The works methodology is using ash from clams shell incinerated at temperature 900 1000 1100 and 1200oC in 5 hours respectively instead of rice husk in Mon brick processing. The fabrication of Mon brick was in size 5x5x5 cm adding ash from clams shell intead of rice husk. The result found that increasing the temperature to incinerate clams shell ash instead density and compressive strength increased while moisture and water absorption deceased. When Mon brick was fabricated in standard size at 6x15x3.5 cm the changed material characteristics was in the same trend as previous size. Mon brick in standard size adding 100% clams shell ash instead of rice husk had density 2.63 g/cm3 moisture content was 2.86% water absorption at 1 and 24h was 17.40 and 20.16% respectively and compressive strength was 0.52 MPa. These characteristics was according to standard of Engineering Institute of Thailand. It can reduce the cost of rice husk in Mon brick factory 28800 bath/year while the waste from canned clams factory could be reduced 20.94%.

The research project investigated the effects of CoO additive on dielectric ferroelectric physical and mechanical properties of modified Bi0.5(Na0.81K0.19)0.5TiO3 ceramics were investigated. The samples were synthesized by solid state reaction technique where powders were calcined at 850 °C for 4 h and ceramics were sintered at 1050 °C for 4 h which difference heating rate controlled i.e. 100 300 and 600 °C/h for. The ceramics of BNKT/x wt.% CoO was added CoO by various x=0.00 0.10 0.20 0.30 0.60 and 0.90. Phase formation was determined by X-ray diffraction technique (XRD). The X-ray diffraction analysis of the ceramics suggests that all samples exhibited a perovskite structure. The dielectric properties under room temperature and various temperatures were also determined. Dielectric measurement data showed that the additive and heating rate controlled influenced dielectric constant and dielectric loss. Furthermore the hysteresis loop behaviors slightly changed with increasing the CoO contents.

The purpose of this project is to study the mechanical and physical properties of recycled roofing materials. The pulp extracted from the UHT beverage boxes to get aluminum foil mixed with low density polyethylene. This can be used engineering and is an option to reduce the amount of UHT boxes left over to roofing sheets. In experiment 3 aluminum foil medium size and fine then hot and extruded with 68 and 10 bar compression then cut into test pieces. To test mechanical and physical properties in accordance with the test standards: Torsion Testing Tensile strength Impact resistance Heat resistance water absorption and density testing. Compare the mechanical and physical properties of the material; different sizes of aluminum foil and compressive strength. To bring the best materials to the product. From the tests it was found that the properties of recycled composite materials From the box UHT beetroot This is made of coarse aluminum foil. 18.23 MPa bending strength 10.66 MPa tensile strength 110.987 J / m2 impact resistance 52.40 Shore-D Hardness 0.62 % Water Absorption 0.70 % Thickness Swelling 1.086 g/m3 Density 0.031 m2.K/W Thermal Resistance and 0.291 W/mK Thermal Conductivity is the best mechanical properties. Due to the large aluminum foil it can be used for high strength. Which is higher than the aluminum foil of a smaller size.
