This research aims to develop Thai herbal formulas for household cleaning products and reduce the use of chemicals by using kaffir lime herbs to extract essential oils by using a method of squeezing from the bark. The result is a dark green essential oil with a pleasant aroma when mixed with liquid hand soap and natural residues such as water extracted from silkworm cocoons to add moisture and lye to remove it. Reduce the use of chemical flavoring agents the use of coloring chemicals the use of moisturizing agents and the use of degreasers. In this research the formula for hand washing liquid soap using 80 ml. of essential oil from kaffir lime peel is the right amount resulting in liquid hand soap with a pH value of 7.3 which is the value that is in the standard for mixed liquid soap products. TIS 1403-2551 can inhibit the bacteria Staphylococcus aureus (S.aureus) a bacterium that can cause diarrhea in humans.

During the epidemic of the coronavirus covid-19 single-use plastic containing products were in high demand across the community and may not be cost effective to recycle. However repurposing such materials can reduce their environmental impact for instance plastic foam waste can be made into pots for planting different types of plants and trees. By mixing the foam with a suitable cement in a ratio of 1:1 a large range of pot diameters from 4.5-10 inches can be produced suitable for both indoor and outdoor planting requirements. These pot products suitable for growing plants of all sizes are durable unbreakable water tight. Therefore it is a product that repurposes the leftovers from the community and may even add value. This strategy helps reduce the problem of waste and in particular encourages replenishment of green space to nature and the environment which also helps to combat global warming.

The in-built system facilitates quick communication get the information and can deliver technology information on demand in order to respond to the service recipients as quickly as possible. Moreover it reduces the coordination process and paper usage able to collect statistics and information as per service recipients need as well as technology and knowledge that are ready to be transferred. The data storage is well-organized by using ASP.NET C # HTML Java and Microsoft Sql Server 2012 in system design. The results of the satisfaction evaluation towards the efficiency of the system from 226 people found that the overall satisfaction was the highest with the mean at 4.68. This shows that online consulting system and technology information service project for Clinic Technology of Research and Development Institute Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon can be used to provide consulting and technology information services to service recipients.

This research aimed 1) to study the current situation and problems in research 2) the factors that affect the standards and qualification of university lectures 3) analysis find the ways to promote the research and research standard Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. This research is a combination of quantitative and qualitative research. The research tool is a questionnaire and personal interview . This research tool has been validated by experts to improve quality. 285 sets were used to collect quantitative and analyzed processed by computer. The qualitative data are 20 possible combinations of the content analysis and interpreting descriptive. The results showed that there are 1-2 research paper of university lecturer Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon in the past five years’ experience the percentage is 54.03 the overall policy and research management is moderate level by policymakers need to keep in practice. On the other hands the factors that contribute to the research were average level namely honorary researcher honorable certificate was at a high level. For the guidelines on research to achieve the standards was average level. The qualitative data is found that the administrators must support promote assist the research and facilitates everything required to provide adequate funding for university lecturer who are interested in doing research and to provide research trainers experience expertise and related fields in order to conducting a variety of research and encourage to promote the research in publish both of home and abroad.
