การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของนักศึกษาครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรมที่ออกไปฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู ในโรงเรียนช่างฝีมือทหาร ในปีการศึกษา ๒๕๕๖ โดยไปฝึกสอน ระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ แผนกช่างซ่อมบารุงเครื่องจักรกล ชั้นปีที่ ๒ จานวน ๙๐.คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตราฐาน เพื่อพิจารณาตามระดับของคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของนักศึกษาที่ฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู ตามความคิดเห็นของสถานศึกษา โดยให้นักเรียนช่างฝีมือทหารแสดงความคิดเห็น ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ทั้ง ๔ ด้านได้แก่ ด้านการสอน ด้านบุคลิกลักษณะ ด้านคุณธรรมและความประพฤติอยู่ในระดับสูงและรองลงมาคือ ด้านวิชาการ อยู่ระดับปานกลาง

การวิจัยเรื่องการพัฒนาชุดการเรียนรู้สำหรับผู้ขอใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพครู เพื่อเพิ่มสมรรถนะด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้กับความเป็นครู มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาชุดการเรียนรู้สำหรับผู้ขอใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพครู เพื่อเพิ่มสมรรถนะด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้กับความเป็นครู กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรบัณฑิตวิชาชีพครู ของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร (ทั้งนี้เนื่องจากมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร ได้รับการรับรองหลักสูตรประกาศนียบัตรบัณฑิตวิชาชีพครู จากคุรุสภาเป็นแห่งแรก) จำนวน 45 คน โดยใช้วิธีเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ประสิทธิภาพของชุดการเรียนรู้สำหรับผู้ขอใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพครู เพื่อเพิ่มสมรรถนะด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้กับความเป็นครู มีประสิทธิภาพ เท่ากับ 88.97/88.43 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ 80/80 ที่ตั้งไว้ 2. ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักศึกษาหลังเรียนด้วยการใช้ชุดการเรียนรู้สำหรับผู้ขอใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพครู เพื่อเพิ่มสมรรถนะด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้กับความเป็นครู สูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. ระดับความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อการใช้ชุดการเรียนรู้สำหรับผู้ขอใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพครู เพื่อเพิ่มสมรรถนะด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้กับความเป็นครู มีค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวมทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก (𝑥̅=4.30S.D.=0.69)

The purpose to this research was to assessment the graduate Diploma Program of Teaching Profession at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon Faculty of Industrial Education of the curriculum used. Research population consisted of graduate students diploma degree graduate their superiors and instructors. Simple random sampling gave the sample size of 549 people were selected from purposive sampling. The research tools were a questionnaire and a focus group discussion recording form. Data analysis employed basic statistics of frequency mean and percentage including content analysis for qualitative data. The findings of this research were as follows: 1) Primary components of the curriculum were suitable at high level. 2) Course structure and content was suitable at high level. 3) Characteristics of lecturers were suitable at high level.4) Instructional and evaluation activities were suitable at high level. 5) Factors contributing to the teaching of the course were also found suitable at high level. On the contrary Journals related to inadequate service and problems of withdrawal teaching materials. However the curriculum development should be updated to suit the needs of society and science is always developing.

The purpose of this research was to study factors affecting the motivations and study the relationship between private intrinsic motivations and extrinsic motivations for teacher occupation under the economic crisis condition. The subjects in this research were 374 graduates of the Faculty of Education from Rajabhat University and Rajamangala University of Technology in the Central Region. The instruments used in this research were questionnaires. The statistics utilized in this data analysis consists of fundamental statistics and the correlation by Pearsons Product Moment Correlation Coefficient and Chi square. The results of the research are as follows : 1. Intrinsic motivations and Extrinsic motivations for teacher ceeupation had esteem responsibilities characteristic development and growth compensation and security the necessity towards teaching profession attitudes towards teaching profession and interesting towards teaching profession were at a high level. 2. There was a significant negative relationship between the garden fathers education and motivations for teacher occupation under the economic crisis condition at the 0.05 level. There was non significant relationships between age grade point average parentail income parentail expenditure mothers education parentail occupation and motivations for teacher occupation under the economic crisis condition at the 0.05 level.
