คุณสมบัติเชิงกลของคอนกรีตมวลเบาผสมวัสดุปอซโซลาน
This research study the effect of pozzolanic materials on light weight concrete by replacement cement with fly ash and Meta kaolin which affect the properties of concrete by using pumics aggregate. Coarse in aerated concrete and consider mechanical properties. Aerated concrete replacement cement by fly ash 20% 35% and 50% respectively and meta-kaolin is replaced. From the results it was found that the compressive strength of light weight concrete at 28 days w/b = 0.55 was higher than that of every 14 days of cement and cement cement replacement by fly ash 50% highest value compressive strength. More than all the ingredients replaced with fly ash and Meta kaolin. When considering the flexural strength of replacement cement with 10% by Meta kaolin the maximum flexural strength of 80 ksc was higher than that of control concrete and all other ingradient. Experimental tensile strength at 28 days result found that replacement cement by fly ash at 35% gave the highest tensile strength of 28 ksc and gave higher tensile strength than all other ingradient. From the impact strength test at age 28 days it was found that the replacement cement 35% by fly ash gave the highest impact strength of 92.00 joule than the 20% and 50% respectively and higher impact strength than that of all kaolin. Except for control concrete.

This research aims to study the possibility of steel fibers plastic fiber (polypropylene) fly ash and metakaolin mixed into the concrete. The concrete used in the research of the w / c 0.42 By 0.5 percent in the volume of steel fiber and poly propylene fiber in the amount of 0.25 percent by weight of the concrete. Concrete example of this test consisted of plain concrete(OPC).Concrete mixing materials pozzolan fly ash mixed plastics synthetic fibers of the type poly propylene fiber(FA/PP)concrete mixing materials pozzolan fly ash mixed plastics synthetic fibers of the type steel fibers (FA/ST) concrete mixing materials pozzolan meta kaolin mixed plastics synthetic fibers of kind polypropylene fiber(MK/PP) and concrete mixing materials pozzolan meta kaolin mixed plastics synthetic fibers of the typesteel fibers (MK/ST) by casting a cylindrical sample size 10 x 20 cm. Sample size 10x10x10 cm. cube and sample size 10x10x35 cm. beam. After 28 days and cure water concrete examples to test the strength of the pull compressive strength and flexural strength. And to test the movement of chloride through the concrete with Chloride Migration Test. Then bring the strength of the pull compressive strength flexural strength and the chloride permeability of concrete. Bringing concrete materials pozzolan mixed with synthetic fibers to develop the quality of concrete with improved efficiency and also reduces the porosity of the concrete. And permeability of chloride formed in the concrete (Only in landscape with the sea). The test can tell. Concrete mixing materials pozzolan with synthetic fibers to make a significant impact on the properties of concrete is improved as well. Depending on the type of polyester and the amount of material to pozzolan blended.
Mechanical properties of concrete mixed with reused ceramic tiles reinforced with steel fiber from milling processed
This research study the mechanical properties of concrete mixed with reused ceramic tiles reinforced with steel fiber from milling processed. The compressive strength of all concretes were designed at 300 ksc at 28 days and control slump in the range of 10 ? 2.5 cm. The steel fiber from milling processed was reinforced at 0.50 1.00 and 1.50 by the weight of cement content. The compressive strength Flexural and tensile splitting for all concrete samples were tested compare with control concrete which it as concrete mixed with reused ceramic tiles not reinforced with steel fiber. The results shown that the reinforcing with steel fiber from milling process at 0.5 and 1.0% was affect to the higher compressive strength than control concrete of 2 and 7% but increasing steel fiber at 1.5% was affect to lower compressive strength than control concrete of 6%. Concrete mixed with steel fiber from milling processed at 1.0% have higher splitting tensile strength than control concrete of 16% while concrete mixed with steel fiber at 0.5 and 1.5% have splitting tensile strength equal with control concrete. The flexural strength of these concretes have higher more than control concrete about 9 17 and 11% for reinforcing with steel fiber at 0.50 1.00 and 1.50 respectively. In addition the water permeability of concretes were increased when the steel fiber were reinforced increases too.
Method for working-life enhancement of epoxy-based adhesive
For one-part adhesive systems a long working-life adhesive which can be cured rapidly at processing temperature is required in industrial applications because it provides assembly process versatility. The aim of this research was to study the methods for extending the working-life of an epoxy-based adhesive with anhydride curing agent. This adhesive formulation is used as an underfill material in electronic industry. The scope of this study was divided into two parts: 1) modification of adhesive formulation process 2) determination of the component in adhesive which causes the adhesive viscosity increased at ambient temperature. The results showed that the adhesive working-life extended from 2 hours to 6 hours with reducing formulation process time removing the moisture in filler and reducing fluxing precursor loading in adhesive. In addition the fluxing precursor loading also affects the thermo-mechanical properties of adhesive. For characterization the working-life and thermo-mechanical properties of this formulation were investigated using rheological technique and dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) respectively.
