The purpose of this research was to study the behavior of students of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon in receiving information via online media. The sample consisted of 390 undergraduate students of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon in the academic year 2021 by accidental sampling. The research instrument was an online questionnaire. The statistics used to analyze the data were percentage mean and standard deviation. The results of the study on the behavior of students using online media for information exposure revealed that most of the students used their smart phones to receive information via online media for more than 4 hours on average every day. The behavior of receiving information via online media of students found that the type of online media that students used the most is Line followed by Messenger and YouTube. The purposes of the most exposure to online information are for communication and/or conversation followed by follow-up on current interesting events and for work channels such as online shopping and financial investments etc. The forms of information that most exposed to online media are entertainment followed by general knowledge and news. The content received from online media the most is movies dramas followed by songs lyrics melodies and currently interesting issues.

This research has focused on the efficiency of using online media computer graphics based on concepts and theories of learning networks for students in computer science faculty of science and technology Rajamangala University of technology Phra nakhon because at present the network access can be accessed anytime the researcher has the idea to measure the effectiveness of learning in computer graphic courses. that students will have much interest 1) The population of this study consisted of 30 undergraduate students who attended the Computer Education and Training subject. The instruments utilized to design the lesson included. Tools used to develop lessons consist of a system LMS 2) The tools employed in evaluating quality of the online lesson consisted of the learning management plans a 20-item pre-and post-test an authentic assessment with rubric scores and a students’ satisfaction questionnaire. The nature of the offense of the citizen journalists appearing in the online media can be identified as follows: 1) presenting false news in the online world 2) presenting political violence content 3) presenting erotic content 4) sexual and obscene 5) serious language expression 6) cyber bullying and cybercrimes: youth falling victim to cyber bullying; being threatened to the verge of scary annoyance and anger; being sexually harassed or abusive with obscenity 7) providing defamatory content and 8) providing offensive materials. In addition this article aims to present the ethics related to the offense of citizen journalists.
