The purposes of this research were to compare the differences of the individual characteristics with performance of employees in state- owned enterprises. To study motivation affecting the work efficiency of the employees in the state enterprise unit. To study the principles of good governance affecting the work efficiency of employees in state enterprise agencies. To study of motivation and good governance principles affecting the efficiency of work performance of employees in state enterprise units The sample used in this study was 56 employees of state enterprise organizations in Thailand. 370 people by distributing questionnaires as data for data collection. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency percentage mean and standard deviation t-test f-test (One Way ANOVA). The relationships were used in Pearson s correlation analysis. Multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis results showed that personal characteristics such as gender age education level Income per month job position job duration. There are no significant differences in the efficiency of the performance of the employees in state enterprise units. Motivation affects the efficiency of work performance (quality of work) of employees in state enterprise units at a moderate level. This research aims to study the good governance and the accountants’ performance standards affecting the quality of financial statement reports of the accounting firms in Bangkok the metropolitan areas and the central region. The research samples are executives or bookkeepers of the quality accounting offices in Bangkok the metropolitan areas and the central region. The data from 44 companies is collected. Descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis are used. The study results found that the multiple regression analysis between the good governance and performance on the quality of financial statement reports in terms of comparability (quality4) was statistically significant at a level of 0.01. The significant variables were the use of professional knowledge (standard1) and carefulness (standard2) with statistical significance at 0.05

This research purpose is to study the relationship between good governance and the efficiency of waste reduction and the enterprise performance in the perspective of balanced scorecard. The population studied is 308 successful enterprises that received the Outstanding Corporate Governance Award from the Department of Business Development at the national and provincial levels from 2016 – 2018. The sample group is 179 entrepreneurs and enterprise employees using questionnaires as a tool for data collection. The statistics used for data analysis are percentage mean standard deviation correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The research results showed that good governance participation and cost effectiveness had a positive relationship with the overall enterprise performance. The moral principles had a negative relationship with the enterprise performance as a whole with statistical significance at the level of 0.01. The efficiency of waste reduction had a positive relationship with the overall business performance of the enterprise with statistical significance at the level of 0.01. The good governance accountability and efficiency in reducing waste are positively correlated with overall performance with statistical significance at the level of 0.05 and with the statistical significance at the level of 0.01 respectively

The study aims to study the change leadership that affects the organizational culture and work efficiency of the staffs at the operational level and to study the good governance principles that affect the organizational culture and work efficiency of operational staffs at Commercial Concrete Production Business Unit. The population used in the study is 200 operating staffs at Commercial Concrete Production Business Unit using questionnaires for data collection. The data analysis is conducted using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The result indicates that change leadership affects organizational culture of operational staffs with statistical significance at 0.05 level. It can predict the organizational culture of operational staffs at 16.30 percent. Good governance principles affect the organizational culture of operational staffs with statistical significance at the level of 0.05. It can predict the organizational culture of operational staffs at 29.50 percent. Change leadership affects the operation efficiency of operational staffs with statistical significance at the level of 0.05. It can predict the work efficiency of operational staffs at 13.80 percent and good governance principles affect the work efficiency of operational staffs with statistical significance at the level of 0.05. It can predict the work efficiency of operational staffs at 28.70 percent.

The purpose of this research is to study An Attitude of Applying Buddhist Doctrines to Daily Life of Students Rajamangala University of Technology Phranakorn. The difference ideas knowledge and ability to put the Dharnma in Buddhism into practice in daily life according to the variants and the instrument used in collecting and compiling data is the questionnaire from five faculties 140 for the male and 282 the female 422 in all. For analyzing date to the estimate of percentage arithmetic medium (X) and standard deviation (S.D.) are made by using the statistical package for social science in order to fmd out the value of the attitude in using the Dharnma in Buddhism Ln daily life. It is found that1.
