การออกแบบบรรจุภัณฑ์สำหรับอาหารสัตว์เลี้ยงฟันแทะ

This thesis is intended to design of packaging for rodent food. The problems found in the area and observation are that the original packaging is made of plastic. Which plastics are materials that are not friendly to nature and are expensive Packaging is not unique. Cannot separate the type of each product food. Because using all the same graphic packaging and the graphics do not attract enough attention from consumers There is no floor to display products that are suitable and proportional. Is a major cause that requires the design and development of the structure and graphics on the packaging and the display. The results of the research concluded that The packaging structure design has the highest level of satisfaction among the 3 experts. With an average of 4.56. The graphics on the packaging have the highest level of satisfaction among the 3 experts. With an average of 4.56. And the display has a high level of satisfaction among experts. With the average value of 5 and the satisfaction in the consumer packaging is the highest level with an average of 4.06. And the satisfaction in the consumer packaging is at the highest level with an average of 4.17 and consumers are satisfied with the most packaging with the highest level of satisfaction with an average of 4.12. Followed by a small hamster food with the highest level of satisfaction with an average of 4.11 and the third being cookie packaging with the highest level of satisfaction with an average of 3.97. The display has the highest level of consumer satisfaction at an average of 4.06

The objectives of this research were to study personal factors and cat product consumer behavior. To study marketing mix factors related to customer behavior included marketing mix factor related to cat product consumer behavior in Thailand metropolis. This research was combined 2 methods. Quantitative research: The samples were 400 consumers by using questionnaire as tool to collected data. Analyzed by using descriptive statistics to determine frequency percentage mean standard deviation Pearsons chi-squared test statistics on the statistical level significance of .05. And Quality research: The sample are opinion leader vendor and consumer by using Indepth interview to analyze relation between opinion vender and consumer conform to result of quantitative research. The research results revealed as follow: 1) Majority of the samples were female age between 31-35 years old single status tropically had bachelors degree average monthly income level 20001-30000 Baht per month own only one cat main reason for taking care cat to make friend. 2) Majority of the samples were focus on the quality of the cat product. Frequency of purchasing few times per week. Spend more than 500 baht per time. Decission making by themselves. The quatity of purchasing are uncertainty depend on the convenience and purchasing by themselves. The location of purchasing mostly in departmentstore or supermarke at pets department. 3) Marketing mix factors related with cat products consumer behavior were focus on purchasing frequency of purchasing expense of purchasing per time person who is involved quantity of purchasing chanal of purchasing on the statistical level significance of .05 except The place of purchasing frequenly are unrelated. The results of the Quantitative research: the most of opinion of opinion leader vender and consumer werw conform to quantitative research.

Biomass potential of 56 accessions of leucaena as animal and biofuel feedstocks
Biomass potential of 56 accessions of leucaena as animal and biofuel feedstocks

Biomass yield between 56 accessions of leucaena were observed at Suwanvajokkasikit Field Crops Research Station Nakhonratchasima province. Randomized block design was used with 3 replications and 56 accessions as treatments. Leucaena was harvested at 2 years of age. Plant length wood yield branch yield and leaf yield were collected. Averaged plant length was in range of 6.84-11.87 meters with KU19 was highest in length. Five accessions that produced more wood yield were KU15 KU38 KU1 KU19 and KU10. Yield of these accessions were 24.07 21.96 16.71 15.36 and 14.95 t/rai with ash content at 1.43 1.04 1.76 3.66 and 1.34 percent respectively while native leucaena (KU20) had the lowest yield (0.91 t/rai). Branch yield among the accessions; KU1 KU10 KU38 KU 15 and KU19 had the greatest branch yield averaged 3.04 2.76 1.62 1.42 and 1.38 t/rai respectively. While top five in leaf yields were in KU15 KU56 KU45 KU39 and KU19 at 1.12 1.11 0.88 0.87 and 0.86 t/rai respectively.

Nutritive values evaluation of moringa leaves meal for broiler feed ingredient
Nutritive values evaluation of moringa leaves meal for broiler feed ingredient

Nutritive values moringa leaves meal were evaluated and compared with luecaena leaves meal which has similar chemical compositions in order to use moringa leaves meal as broiler chicken feed ingredient. Thirty 3-week old chickens were divided into 3 groups of 10 birds (5 males 5 females) each. Each chicken was randomly fed with experimental diet that was composed with cassava powder (for endogenous nitrogen analysis) powdered moringa Leaves meal and powdered luecaena Leaves meal. The chickens were raised individually in metabolic cage where feed and water were provided ad libitum and both feed intake and feces weight were recorded. Experimental diets and excreta were sampled and subjected to proximate analysis for chemical compositions and gross energy. T-test comparison was used for statistical analysis. Results indicated that nutrients utilization of moringa Leaves meal (utilization percentage of dry matter organic matter protein crude fiber nitrogen free extract energy and metabolizable energy) were higher than those of luecaena Leaves meal (P<0.01). However there was no statistical difference (P>0.05) between moringa Leaves meal and luecaena Leaves meal in utilization percentage of ether extract. Moreover usable energy of moringa leaves meal was also higher than that of luecaena leaves meal (p<0.01). Therefore moringa Leaves meal could be one of potential feedstuffs for use in broiler diet production.

The production of single cell protein from copra meal residue by saccharomyces cerevisiae and bacillus subtilis for development as animal feedstuff
The production of single cell protein from copra meal residue by saccharomyces cerevisiae and bacillus subtilis for development as animal feedstuff

This experiment was conducted to study on single cell protein production from copra meal residue by Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Bacillus subtilis as animal feedstuffs. The experimental design was 4x3 factorial in CRD experiment with two factors were design to experiment. The first factor was comprised of fermented period (0 15 30 and 45 days). While the second factor B was comprised of microorganism type (Saccharomyces cerevisiae Bacillus subtilis and Saccharomyces cerevisiae combined with Bacillus subtilis). The results showed that interaction between factor A and B on pH (4.00-4.53) and percentage yield (29.21-33.80) were highly significantly different (P<0.01). However Incubation temperature were not related between factor A and B. Additional both factor have no effect to incubation temperature (P?0.05). For nutrients composition the group was fermented Saccharomyces cerevisiae combined with Bacillus subtilis showed higher Crude Protein than other treatments (P<0.01). Optimum of period at days 45 showed that crude protein 14.77 percent was significantly (P<0.01) and pepsin digestibility 66.60 percent was significantly (p<0.01)
