The research results found 4 points that is; (1) career stability (2) knowledge (3) services (4) awareness and self-esteem value During the research process of training course curriculum found that there are three courses that is English training course for hospitality industry Excellent Services technique for customer impressive course using technology “Amadeus” system for booking and ticketing in tourism and hospitality industry. These courses become a set of learning handbook and trained to the target group service working to learn and have knowledge up-skilled and have a positive thinking to work in service industry. In term of earning credit from these courses into the education system in form of transfer credit by using knowledge and experiences the results from research seminar can be conclude into two ways (1) transfer credit from the course that has certificate or do not have any certificate still can transferred within the guarantee from institution (2)transfer credit from certified course should be specify with the exactly total houses studying or have a test and evaluate the learning outcomes from the courses.
This research presents the processing of fresh guava into guava juice product. to be kept for consumption and distribution in the local area It is an alternative career path that helps rural farmers earn more. and create additional careers for the family But farmers still lack the correct technology tools and processing methods in each production process. Therefore there was a problem of insufficient cleanliness taking a lot of time resulting in unacceptable quality and the production is low the postharvest engineering research group has conducted research to find suitable guava juicer. This study is based on working principles of food processing equipment in general use. Come as a guideline to develop improve and create prototypes. The original guava juicer was a grater roller squeezer. There is a guava-sized subsystem consisting of a sub-chamber with grated rollers and the waste water barrier system consists of a juice sieve chamber a waste separation room a spiral conveyer and a sweeper set. various parts that come in contact with the guava juice is made of stainless steel The power source uses a 1-horsepower electric motor a single-phase electrical system a voltage of 220 volts. The machine has the ability to block water at a rate of 250 kg / hour. The juice obtained must be filtered out again with a centrifugal bag filter capable of filtering water at a rate of 50 liters/hour. The prototype guava juice machine costs 40000 baht and the centrifugal filter bag costs 5000 baht. With just one such machine each of these machines can produce 28000 liters of guava juice/year (112000 bottles a year) able to get a return in 0.08 years with an average processing cost of 4.48 baht/bottle which is appropriate in engineering economics. In investment use a ready-to-drink guava juice machine. Fresh guava ingredients are available throughout the year and have 200 business days/year.

Data was collected for 2015 to 2020 and analyzed using descriptive statistics such as frequency percentage mean and standard deviation. Likewise this research also used inferential statistics including Pearson’s Correlation Analysis and Multiple Regression Analysis. The findings were Corporate Governance; Proportion of Independent Director (PID) had positively correlated with Profitability including the Return on Total Assets (ROA) the Return on Equity (ROE) and the Gross Profit Margin (GPM). The correlations were statistically significant at 0.01 and 0.05 levels. Besides Corporate Social Responsibility; the Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) and the Disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility Activity (DCSRA) had also positively correlated with Profitability including the Return on Total Assets (ROA) the Return on Equity (ROE) and the Gross Profit Margin (GPM).
The objectives of this study were to investigate inventory management with logistics systems affecting balanced scorecard (BSC) and to study the balanced scorecard (BSC) affecting organizational sustainability. The population used in this study was under the supervision of the Thai Auto Parts Manufacturers Association. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument for collecting data from accounting executives accounting staff and other related line staff. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics such as mean standard deviation and percentage and inferential statistics including Pearsons Correlation Coefficient and Multiple Regression Analysis. The major findings indicated that 1) Inventory management with a logistic system positively effected operating results. 2) The performance of the organization had a positive effect on the sustainability of the organization. The study showed that agencies or organizations that rely on inventory storage manage their warehouses better when the logistics system plays a role in managing various systems within the warehouse. Organizations do not have to store excess inventory resulting in liquidity. Reduced Inventory costs also result in lower total costs. The selling price can be set lower than the competitors. Businesses earn more profits which positively affects the balanced scorecard (BSC) in all four organization perspectives. When the balanced scorecard (BSC) continues to improve the organization will grow sustainably.
