The purpose of this study is to develop video media and find the effectiveness of practical fruits vegetable carving and banana leaf teaching to be efficient according to the criteria 80/80 and to study the students satisfaction towards video media of practical fruits vegetable carving and banana leaf teaching. The sample group used were 35 2nd-year undergraduate students Department of Home Economics Business Administration Faculty of Home Economics Technology from the Rajamangala University of Technology. Then divided into groups to estimate assessment form was used for media quality as well as student performance assessment form and also satisfaction assessment form was used data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Inferential statistics. The results showed that video media of practical teaching fruits vegetable carving and banana leaf from 4 videos including 1. Vegetable carving 2. Fruits scooping and peeling 3. Petal folding from banana leaf and 4.Making ware from banana leaves. The overall media quality in terms of content is very good with an average score of 4.80 and a standards deviation of 0.18 The overall video quality is in very good condition an average score of 4.62 and a standards deviation of 0.42 which is effective 81.57/89.55 every performance exceeds the threshold which performs above the set regulative specified criteria of 80/80 the students satisfaction towards video media of practical teaching fruits vegetable carving and banana leaf overall all subjects were in the highest criteria with an average of 4.72 and standards deviation 0.48

The purposes of this research were : 1) the satisfaction of the training course of carved flowers and banana leaves and 2) the relationship between personal satisfaction in training courses of carved flowers and banana leaves. The samples the participants enrolled courses and spent about 80 hours in the Vocational Training Center Bangkok 10 300 engines used in the questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency percentage mean standard deviation and the Chi-Square data were analyzed using a computer program. This research was aimed to 1) To development of reused oasis clay formula suitable for banana leaf products 2) To study the optimum heating time in microwave oven 3) The reused oasis clay of the best tested was used for creating banana leaf product and 4) survey the experts’ satisfaction of the reused oasis clay and the consumers’ satisfaction of the product In this study 5 reused oasis clay formulas were developed. From these one were selected and heat of clay in microwave at time 3 8 13 and 18 seconds. The properties of reused oasis clay were tested by 5 experts. The reused oasis clay of the best tested was used for creating banana leaf product. Then the consumers’ satisfaction of the reused oasis clay for banana leaf products was collected from 120 customers in clay products shop or banana leaf products of Bangkok and suburban area by means of random sampling and the data were statistically analyzed in terms of percentage mean and standard deviation. It was found that the reused oasis clay of the best formula and the optimum heating time in microwave oven was formula at 4 and heating time in microwave oven established were 8 seconds. The properties of reused oasis clay suitable for creating banana leaf product. The experts’ satisfaction of the best reused oasis clay was at ( x = 4.71 S.D. = .169). The consumers’ satisfaction of the reused oasis clay for banana leaf products was at the high level of ( x = 4.20 S.D. = .182).

The purposes of this research were1) to study the process of dried banana leaves’ dyeing with natural dye and scientific dye and 2) to study the results of dried banana leaves’ dyeing with natural dye and scientific dye. Dried banana leaves were bleached by using three formulas as follows: 1. Mix Haiter with water in the ratio 1:1 2. Mix Haiter with water in the ratio 2:1 and 3. Mix Haiter with water in the ratio 3:1. Soak 300 grams of the dried banana leaves for 5 days and record the results. The purposes of this research were to study and explore the relationship between the attitudes toward the preservation of banana-leaf crafts flower works and decoration of fresh flowers of the Faculty of Home Economics Technology students Rajamangala University of Technology and individuals as well as internal and external factors. Research samples were 270 undergraduate students of the Faculty of Home Economics Technology from Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon Rajamangala University of Technology Krung Thep and Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi. The samples were selected by using stratified sampling. The research methods were questionnaires and testing forms. Data analysis was performed by descriptive statistics and inferential statistics.
