This research study is Study of Current Problems Obstacles to the work of the academic faculty. To analyze the factors that affect the potential success of the work of the academic faculty. And to formulate a strategy to build the capacity to do the work of the academic faculty. Faculty of Liberal Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The researchers mixed Quantitative and Qualitative Research Questionnaires were used to collect data from administrators faculty the Faculty of Arts. The results showed that Current conditions in the academic faculty have discussed the barriers. Have success in the academic performance of 83.33. The lower third of the academic performance of 80.00. And four consultants to advise on the Academic Performance 76.67 percent. And the two taught 75.00 percent. The factors that affect the potential success of the work of the academic faculty. Overall the high level (= 4.48 SD = 0.65).The five factors that make success in academic performance. Situated at the highest level (= 4.81 SD = 0.40). The second is the time to do academic work at the highest level (= 4.79 SD = 0.47) and quality of academic performance. The purposes of this research were as follows : 1) to construct and find an efficiency of classroom action research on academic work development for teachers in Surin province as the 80/80 standardized criterion efficiency 2)to find the effectiveness index of classroom action research on academic work development for teachers in surin province 3)to compare pre-test scores and post-test score all lessons 4)to study the satisfaction of teachers after they join the class 5)to find the retention of the teachers after join the class in two weeks. The sixty teachers were area or simple random sampling selected from teachers on surin province this research conducted duringthe first semester academic year 2011-2012. 1) An efficiency of classroom action research on academic work development for teachers is surin province was 82.19/81.92 which higher than the 80/80 standardized criterion efficiency.2) The effectiveness index of classroom action research on academic work development for teachers in surin province was 0.7145.3) The results of the comparisons of pre-test scores and post-test scores all lessons were significantly different at 0.05.4)The results of the satisfaction of teachers among a classroom action research on academic work development for teachers among a classroom action research on academic work development for teachers in surin province was found to be a high Level(x=4.27).5) The retention of the teachers after join the class in two week was no significantly different at 0.05.

H.R.H. Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn had graciously presided the opening of Phrom Mongkol and Mongkol Arpha Buildings at the Faculty of Business Administration Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon on March 25th 2013. In this great occasion the university has assigned the Institute of Research and Development a responsibility in holding an exhibition of academic research and innovative works of both academic staff and students under the title of “Rajamangala Phra Nakhon Academic Exhibition” in combination with other events. The Rajamangala Phra Nakhon Academic Exhibition held a total of 34 works divided into 2 sections: 1) 16 research works that received Gold Award from Thailand Research Expo 2012; and 2) 18 academic research and innovative works from various departments of the university. The H.R.H. Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn had kindly visited the exhibition area which brought immeasurable grace and the greatest of blessings to all administrators academic staff support staff and students of the university. We all had higher morale to produce research academic and innovative works with good quality to continuously develop our society.

This research is aimed to study the conditions and obstacles of academic work productivity the knowedge and understanding of rules and regulations to achieve academic position the opinions on the academic work productivity and the need to support the academic work productivity of the lecturers of the Faculty of Liberal Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. It is a descriptive research. The research instrument is questionaire. The population are 73 lecturers from the Faculty of Liberal Arts. The statistics used in this research were percentage average mean and t-test. The results were as follows: 1. LecturersBackground : most lecturers are female44.5 year of age in averagemarried having instructor status holding Masters degree and training on academic works for 1.9 times a year. As for the type of their works they are instructional documents which have been done by themselves. 2. In term of knowledge and understanding of rules and regulations in achieving academic position: most of the lecturers of the Faculty of Liberal Arts understand the rules and regulations at the point of 11-15. The average point is 11.72. 3. The attitude for the academic work: the reason for acadenic work productivity is the need to study by themselves. The reason why they do not want to make an academic work is lack of motivation. 4. The obstacles in making the academic work: they were engaged with other works. 5. As for the need to be supported in making the academic work the lecturers required the Faculty to provide them with various means of communications such as the announcement newsletter website Circular letter with x = 4.60. 6. T-test result was found that different sex has different obstaclest at .05 level. The obstacles which are statistically different at 0.05 are overloaded works and lack of facilities.

This study Data statistics were percentage mean and standard deviation in terms of knowledge and understanding of rules and regulations in achieving academic position the lecturers of Faculty of Liberal Arts understood the rules and regulations at the medium level The reason why they did not want to make an academic work was the lack of motivation. The obstacle in making the academic work mostly was because they were engaged in other works. As for the need to be supported in making the academic work the lecturers required the faculty to provide them with various means of communications. T-test result showed that different obstacles significantly differ between different sex at .05 level.
