The purposes of this research were to 1 ) study personal factors of food consumption among supportive medical personnel in Bangkok during the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) outbreak situation. 2) Study the perception of information about the Coronavirus Disease 2019 ( COVID- 19) vaccine among supportive medical personnel in Bangkok during the coronavirus disease 2019 ( COVID- 19) outbreak situation. 3) Study the new normal food consumption of supportive medical personnel in Bangkok during the coronavirus disease 2019 ( COVID- 19) outbreak situation. 4) Compare the level of importance for the new normal food consumption approach among supportive medical personnel in Bangkok during the coronavirus disease 2019 ( COVID- 19) outbreak situation classified by personal factors and 5) comparison of importance for new normal of food consumption among supportive medical personnel in Bangkok during the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) outbreak situation classified by the awareness of information on vaccines for the prevention of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). The sample consisted of 400 supportive medical personnel in Bangkok by multistage sampling. The research tool was a questionnaire. The statistics used in the data analysis were frequency percentage mean standard deviation t- test and one-way ANOVA. The results of the study showed that 1) the personal factors of the supportive medical personnel are female aged less than 31 years single status educational status at the bachelors degree level. The sample group works in the position of administrative staff and has an average monthly income of 10001 - 200 00 baht. 2) Supportive medical personnel gave importance to the awareness of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) vaccine the overall was at a high level. 3) Supportive medical personnel focused on the new normal food consumption the overall opinion was at a high level. 4) Supportive medical personnel who have positions in the main medical support and have different average monthly incomes gave different importance to the new normal of consumption by statistically significant at the .05 level. 5) Supportive medical personnel who have different perceptions of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) vaccine giving different importance to the new normal food consumption; and it was statistically significant at the .05 level.

The purpose of this research was to develop innovative cleaning and disinfection products in the situation of COVID-19 and to transfer the production technology of innovative cleaning and disinfection products. The innovative product developed is a semi-liquid alcohol gel. The sample group used in this study was volunteered consisting of 10 people. The research tool was the satisfaction assessment form technology transfer and the development of innovative cleaning and disinfection products in the situation of COVID-19. Data were analyzed using statistical software packages. The statistics used were mean and standard deviation. The results showed that. 1. Innovative cleaning and disinfection products in the situation of COVID-19 developed as an innovation of semi-liquid alcohol gel products. Which has a concentration of 73.0 % v/v 2. Most of the trainees were satisfied with the overall technology transfer. Both speakers places periods facilities knowledge and benefits from receiving services are high. 3. Most of the trainees were satisfied with the technology transfer pattern as well as the duration of the training. Product innovation process Product innovation can be put into practice and product innovation is a guide to careers at a high level.

This research is a mixed-method research which is comprised of a quantitative research and a qualitative research. The Objectives of this research are all in the hotel business and are (1) to study the human resource management (2) to study the human resource management environment (3) to be a guideline for human resource management. This research project had a sample group of 100 personnel working in the hotel business in Bangkok along with interviews with 10 human resources department chiefs. The results of the research project: 1. Most of the respondents were female with a Bachelors degree single status Food & Beverage position and employment duration of working 1 - 5 years. Human resource management of hotel business in Bangkok was overall at a high level in areas of performance appraisal recruiting and selection training and development respectively. Guidelines for human resource management of hotel business in Bangkok was overall at a high level in areas of performance appraisal recruiting and selection compensation and welfare respectively. The personal data of the respondents having different levels of education affected the guidelines of human resource management of the hotel business in Bangkok. There were statistically significant differences at the 0.05 level in 2 aspects that are training/development and performance appraisal. 2. With regards to the human resource management environment of the hotel business the strength was that there was support for employees to promote career advancement. There were good human resource management strategies as well as profitable welfare strategies. The weaknesses were ineffective communication lack of good English language skills and third language skills as well as a high staff turnover rates. During the 2019 corona virus epidemic every hotel had to adjust its strategies for increasing revenues to be able to take care of personnel in its organization. The obstacle was that during the 2019 corona virus epidemic the country was shut down to control the spread of infection transmitted from tourists. As a result the hotels revenue had declined. Then there was a need to reduce the wage rate and to reduce employment for the hotel to survive.

Garlic is an ancient food and medicinal plant that has been used for centuries. The research team was interested in creating a garlic oil extract that could help reduce microbial contamination in the air during the prolonged period of the COVID-19 situation. A prototype sugarcane leaf paper filter was treated with garlic oil extract to improve its air purification properties and to reduce the number of microorganisms. This study investigated garlic oil extracts that were produced by a garlic fermentation process with isolated lactic acid bacteria. The oil was then extracted using steam distillation or maceration with 80% ethyl alcohol. Both these methods demonstrated that they were effective in inhibiting pathogenic microorganisms contaminating isolated from air (Fungi: Penicillium sp. Aspergillus spp. and Rhizopus sp. and Bacteria: E. coil Bacillus subtilis and Staphylococcus sp.) by Agar Diffusion method. It was found that the garlic oil extract distilled from steam was the best choice for further development as a coating for filter paper. Garlic oil extract can be stored at room temperature for at least 15 days after being coated on filter papers. After that the filters with garlic extract-coated filters made by sewing together four folded filter papers could remove the dust of 2.5 sizes as well as HEPA filters but had a disadvantage in filtering dust that was at least 10 PPM. This paper filter prototype was environmentally friendly because it could decompose on the ground within 12-15 days and reduce the spread of infection problems. From overall the prototype of the garlic oil extraction process can be developed at a commercial industrial level to produce large quantities of garlic extract with desired quality tracking features. It helps reducing environmental problems in a sustainable way; reducing waste conserving energy and using environmentally friendly materials.
