The research is aimed to 1) study the level and priority of the factors affecting the delay of construction projects and 2) provide suggestions in relation to the prevention of such delay. The sample is 520 people who were working for different construction projects. They were project managers project engineers field engineers and foremen. The data were collected by using online questionnaires and analyzed to find out mean standard deviation (SD) frequency correlation coefficient and confirmatory factor analysis. The findings reveal two significant aspects. First those who were working in the construction projects concerned about the factors affecting the delay of the projects at high level. Respectively the factors related to design resource external factors and others were taken into consideration. The factor regarding to work performance is regarded affecting the project delay at the highest level. Other factors i.e. the design external factors and others and resource have the affects at the lower level. Second the work-related factors can help prevent the project delay. In other words the construction plan and methods as well as the project management should be well-implemented in accordance with the design. The construction site should be on inspection considering its drawing. Regarding the external factors and others the public voices of those living around the construction site should be taken into consideration. Furthermore the effective use of the resources can be carried out by sufficiently preparing all materials tools and equipment for constructing any project effectively as a consequence.

And propose guidelines for constructingextending or renovating buildings for tourists that are suitable for their lifestyles and livelihoods. Environment and natural resources within the village As well as creating knowledge and understanding for people in the village Including external entrepreneurs who will invest or construct in the village area in connection with the construction extension or renovation of buildings. For tourism Without causing impacts on ecosystems and natural resources within the area. And still able to maintain the identity and way of life of the local fisherman. By the way of conducting research It starts with collecting data which is divided into 2 steps: document gathering and related research. To build up knowledge of issues related to the research topic. And field data collection To obtain information based on the reality of the area that is current. The data was then analyzed based on the research objectives. Which consists of The physical characteristics of the environment and village the use of space people in the village and the architectural styles and of the various types of buildings within the village. As well as limitations on material selection transportation and construction methods within the area of the landless village. After that the conditions that would affect the architectural style and the ways in which the buildings were built renovated or renovated in this village were established. After that the guidelines for the construction extension or improvement of the buildings for sustainable tourist support of the landless village have been determined. From conducting research it was found that Guidelines for constructing extending or renovating buildings for sustainable tourists of the landless village that have been studied It must be taken into account the traditional housing space system of the village. Especially in the front porch area of each house To continue to look close to the traditional terrace area. In order to maintain the identity and the overall atmosphere of the village. For material selection There should be a selection of materials that can be easily transported by sea. It must also be a material that does not leave contaminants into rivers and peat. And in terms of building construction methods within that village Should choose to use construction methods that do not affect the environment. Both in terms of changing the physical condition of the area. Such as a change in the direction of the flow of water or sediment And the noise that will occur during the construction process that may affect the people in the village or the animals living nearby.

The objective of this research is to study the companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand Property and Construction Group on the relationship between corporate governance; namely the percentage of shares held by executives proportion of independent directors size of the board of directors management responsibilities of the chairman and the proportion of attendance at board meetings and 1) the operating result i.e. the return on total assets return on equity return on sales and earnings per share and 2) tax planning including the ratio of tax expenses to accounting profits before income tax and tax rate per total asset. The secondary data collected from the financial statements and the registration statement (Form 56-1) from year 2014 to 2018 in total of 71 companies is analyzed using descriptive statistics including mean and standard deviation and inferential statistics such as correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The research results showed that corporate governance including the shareholding percentage held by management management responsibilities of the chairman and the proportion of attendance at the Board meetings has a positive relationship with tax planning (Tax rate to total assets) with statistical significance at the level of 0.01 and 0.05. There is also a positive relationship between the operating results including the return on total assets and tax planning (Tax rate to total assets) with statistical significance of 0.01.

This research aims to study 1) to develop listening and speaking English students of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon provide higher efficiency 2) to compare the achievement of listening. English speaking students of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon before and after the experiment 3) to enhance the students self-learning of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon using correct sentences to communicate in daily life 4) To produce teaching materials to be used by English language instructors or support staff within the Faculty of Liberal Arts. Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon in preparation for the ASEAN Community in 2015. Experimental study was conducted by using the selfaccess multimedia computer program to practice listening and speaking English skills. The researcher created 3 lessons to take the test in 8 weeks 3 lessons for 1st year Tourism students in Faculty of Liberal Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. There are 30 students enrolled in English 2 in the second semester of academic year 2013. The instruments used in this study were 1) to practice listening and speaking English skills 2) achievement test listening and speaking English. The data were analyzed by percentage. The results showed that the attitude of the students towards self-access computer multimedia practice in listening and speaking English skills. Overall found the average level of attitudes that influence decision making was good in 87.6%. After using the multimedia computer program students have well 84.71% in listening and the attitude of the students towards computer multimedia speaking was good in 85.23%.

The research objective is to study the relationship between environmental disclosure levels corporate governance and the performance of companies listed in the Real Estate and Construction group on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. It was conducted by collecting information from the financial statements the annual reports and the information registration forms (Form 56-1) of 91 companies from 2015 to 2019. Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics were used in data analysis including correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The study results showed that environmental disclosure levels including environmental policy disclosure and other environmental disclosures positively correlate with the rate of return on equity return on total assets with a statistical significance at 0.01 and 0.05 levels. Corporate governance including the percentage of shareholding by the management and the number of the Board of Directors positively correlates with the return on total assets with a statistical significance at 0.01 and 0.05 levels.
