The purposes of this study were to study 1) personal factors affecting Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (RMUTP) personnel’s happiness at work 2) personal factors affecting the personne’s l work ethics and 3) relationship between the ‘s personnel happiness and ethical behavior at work. 303 samples were selected using the Taro Yamane method. A questionnaire was applied as the instrument used for data collection. Statistics used for social sciences included frequency percentage mean standard deviation t-test and one-way ANOVA. The study indicated that 1. Personal factors were highly related to RMUTP personnel’s happiness at work either in the individual aspect or in the overall. 2. Personal factors were highly related to RMUTP personnel’s work ethics behavior either in the overall or in the individual aspect. 3. Happiness at work was related to RMUTP personnel’s work ethics behavior and resulted in ethical behavior of the university personnel with an average of 65.6%.

The purposes of the study were 1) to study the ethical characteristics of mass communication students in the digital era 2) to study factors influenced to ethical characteristics of mass communication students (MCS) 3) to analyze the confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) of ethical characteristics of MCS based-on Thai qualifications framework for higher education (TQF) 4) to develop and empirically validate the causal model of the factors influenced to ethical characteristics of MCS based-on TQF. The data was collected from 16 experts and 800 simples including mass communication officers and mass communication and communication arts instructors. Data was analyzed by frequency percentage mean standard deviation (S.D.) stepwise multiple regression analysis confirmatory factor analysis and part analysis. The results showed as follows:

The objective of this research is to analyze the content and the principles of Chinese novel “Romance of the Three kingdoms episode 43 : Zhuge Liang disputes with the Southern Scholars; Lu Su denounced the Majority opinion” and to apply this in our working and daily lives. The study found that Romance of the Three kingdoms episode 43 : Zhuge Liang disputes with the Southern Scholars; Lu Su denounced the Majority opinion is about Lu Su Marquis Sun Quan invited Zhuge Liang to meet Sun Quan and join Liu Pei’s army. Whereas Sun Quan received the secret letter from Cou Cou joining him to destroy Liu Pei. Lu Su disagreed on that idea but more than ๒๐ scholars supported Sun Quan to surrender to Cou Cou. However Sun Quan had not decided yet. When Zhuge Liang met Sun Quan’ scholars they insulted Liu Pei and Zhunge Liang but Zhuge Liang replied in smart way; praised Liu Pei as the morality and also abuse the excellency as the immorality disgraceful and surrender to evil thief Cou Cou. All of the scholars replied nothing. When Zhuge Liang met Sun Quan he teased about Sun Quan would defect himself by joining with Cou Cou which made Sun Quan furious. However after Sun Quan understood and learned how to win the Cou Cou he calmed down but was still worried about the plan. Then lady Wu came to Sun Quan and reminded him about his mother’s word; “In Zhou Yu’s counsels your safety find”. According to the story “Romance of the Three kingdoms episode 43 : Zhuge Liang disputes with the Southern Scholars; Lu Su denounced the Majority opinion” there are important principles about self-organization people management and job management. For example the self-organization and the great character that leaders showed as grateful honest kindness modesty generous competent intelligent patience and endeavor. People need to follow these principles to find success in their lives. Morality and integrity can win people. The human management from “Romance of the Three kingdoms episode 43 : Zhuge Liang disputes with the Southern Scholars; Lu Su denounced the Majority opinion” the leaders could control their workers and were honest to them. They strictly punished but also giving compensation as the reward. The leaders always learn the new things and where honest decisive kind neutral supportive to the lower class and learned to share. The important principles form this part is “If you treat people well they willingly work with you”. The job management the leaders from the Romance of the Three kingdoms had the important ethic to perform their management as thinking about the majority always have a plan and held frequent meetings put the right man to the right job where keen listened to the others analytical prepare manpower and governed righteousness for the benefits of the people. The best virtues for job management are working for majority benefits having a plan listening to others and getting the right person in the right job.

The study of ethical behaviors through students perception in the field of business administration in Rajamangala Institute of Technology Bangkok Commercial Campus was a study to find seven ethical behaviors of the students those were : honesty discipline generosity responsibility hard-working self-reliance and gratitude. The purpose of this research was to study seven aspects of ethical behaviors through students perception and compare the ethical behaviors between sex and learning achievement. The sample of this study selected by using simple random sampling technique from students in six majors of business administration field of study. In each major -Accounting Marketing Infonnation System Management Business English and Finance -50 students was selected as sample of the study totally 300 students. A questionnaire was used in collecting data. The findings were as follow : It was found that the ethical behaviors through the students perception was totally in high level. As for each aspect it was in high level 5 ones -gratitude honesty self-reliance discipline and responsibility respectively. For the medium level there were two aspects: hard-working and enerosity. The comparison of ethical behaviors through students perception by sex found that ethical behaviors of male students were totally in the medium level and female students were in high level. When considering in each aspect ofboth sexes the highest means was in gratitude honesty was lower. The total of comparison was found statistically significant difference at the 0.5 level. It was also found that there were four differences in statistical significance at the 0.5 level -honesty discipline responsibility and self-reliance. The comparison of ethical behaviors through students perception by learning achievement found that totally ethical behaviors of students with low achievement (lower than 2.00) were in the medium level. Students with medium achievement (2.00 -2.99) and those with high achievement (3.00 -4.00) were in high level. When considering each aspect of students with low medium and high achievement the highest means was in gratitude and followed by honesty except students with low learning achievement the lower level was discipline. The result of totally comparison was different at the 0.5 statistical significance level. There were two different aspects with statistical significance at the 0.5 level in the aspect of honesty and self-reliance.

The purposes of the research were to study ethical behaviors through business administration’s students perception in the field of in Rajamangala university of Technology Phra Nakhon in the following aspects: honesty discipline favor responsibilities diligence selfhelp and gratefulness. The sample groups were 300 students of Business Administration. The results were as the following: the ethical behaviors were at a moderate level. When compared by gender it was found that there was statistically significant differences at .05. When compared by achievement it was found that there was significant differences at .05.
