Economic development from foundations It is one that is considered and used in economic development throughout. Promoting community products is one way to help people in the country especially rural people live a better life. Today more emphasis is placed on the standard of community products. Including promotion. Therefore the packaging for community products should be easy to create which the villagers may create themselves. They are made from cheap raw materials or easily found in the community such as agricultural residues. There is a lot left over. It is also used to lessen the papaya. The research in the past research of the researcher to obtain information. About the papaya fiber. Can form sheet. The line in the basket. And in the fiber inside the papaya soaking time. When we peel the outer shell and the flesh in the decayed. The fiber is connected to the net It can be made into paper. If we develop paper production process using papaya fiber. Control the size and quantity of fibers. Has a good collider helps in adhesion. We can produce cardboard from papaya plant fibers. And the fiber in the mesh. Can also be used as a liner (Liner) with the nature of the current. Also can be sealed on corrugated paper. To get a beautiful textured paper (Texture) unique. Suitable for packaging boxes to promote the sale of community products. As well as other products as well. Research indicates that Physical properties of paper from papaya plant fibers. The paper is different. From the test it was found that the paprika plant fiber paprika on the plate and seal the skin. Physical properties are not suitable for processing into packaging. Because of the high thickness and fold lines do not match. Because the fiber is hard surface seal. When folding so frame And broken easily. Packaging of papaya plant fiber packaging. The paper is different. From the tests all three types can be packaged well because of the high strength of the fiber. There are also beautiful patterns. Can increase the value of the product as well. But the package of papaya fiber that is sealed with papaya fiber. The fiber is crisp in the body when folding. Fiber is broken. The satisfaction in paper packaging from papaya plant fibers. Based on three case studies the user satisfaction was assessed. Cardboard from papaya plant fibers up unprotected skin. Satisfaction was at the highest level. Cardboard from papaya plant fibers up the sheet and seal the skin. The satisfaction of the sample was at the highest level. And the corrugated paper seals the skin with a sheet of papaya. The satisfaction of the sample was at the highest level.

This research allows the researchers to collect data from the farmer is more easily and finely into 4 groups of experiments with 3 nanotechnology formulas: 1. ZINC OXIDE 2. SILVER NANO and 3. ZINC OXIDE and SILVER NANO with 50:50 percentages each. The silk used in the experiment was “Nang Noi” which is popularly silkworm variety in every household in Surin province. When experimenting must clean the house and rinsing the container with DI WATER for aperiod of 7 months 2. This research is divided into 4 groups. Group 1: Silkworm feed normal methods without the use of nanotechnology. Group 2 silkworms feed with Nano substances such as ZINC OXIDE SILVER NANO ZINC OXIDE and SILVER NANO in 15 percentage concentration. Group 3 silkworms feed with Nano substances are ZINC OXIDE SILVER NANO ZINC OXIDE and SILVER NANO with 30 percentage concentration. Group 4 silkworms feed with Nano substances are ZINC OXIDE SILVER NANO ZINC OXIDE and SILVER NANO with 45 percentage concentration 3. The Results and comparison of silkworm rearing using nanotechnology the best formula feed is formula 1. When feeding Nano-sprayed on mulberry leaves using 3% 15% zinc silver and silver zinc it is found that the growth of worms in each age was good growth and not being a disease. Moreover Silkworms are slightly better and more alert than normal farming. The length in ages 3 - 4 - 5 is going in a better direction. Amount of eating mulberry leaves in each age. As usually eating more in ages 2 and 3 after passing the silk production process and testing the quality of silk fibers in the laboratory were found that the silk fibers are smooth not lacking toughness: Tenacity at 3.06 4.60 and 4.60 respectively and also result in fiber amount increase and also the color of the silk fibers is golden quite clear beautiful and consistent color. 4. When technology transfer to the Silkworm farmer business groups of Surin Province as workshop for 3 days. Most participants are satisfied with the highest levels in all questions.

This research aimed to develop compound of prototypes polymer bio-composites from cassava starch (CS) reinforced with agriculture residue the rind of durian fruit. Cellulose extracted from durian rind using hot sodium hydroxide and bleaching treatment with hydrogen peroxide. The removal of lignin and hemicellulose components from durian rind were investigated by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). Cassava starch bio-composite films were prepared by solution-casting technique which includes 0-50 wt% of durian rind (DR) or durian rind cellulose (DRC) as reinforcement agent and urea/glycerol (GU ratio = 50:50) as plasticizer. The physical and chemical properties of thermoplastic starch (TPS)/DR and TPS/DRC bio-composite films were investigated. The percent elongation at break of bio-composite films were increased when compared to control CS film. From 15TPS/DR (80/20) films showed increase the elongation at break from 7.28 to 14.00% when compared to CS control films. While 15TPS/DRC (80/20) bio-composite films exhibited that the highest elongation at break to 77%. Durian fiber (DR or DRC) loading decreased the water absorption of plasticized bio-composite films. Furthermore incorporation of DRC in composite can be enhanced film stability in water better than DR. Therefore the effect of DRC reinforcement agent on TPS bio-composite films can improve water resistance and mechanical properties especially in terms of flexibility. Finally the waste of bio-composite films was degraded completely in soil burial test.

This research aimed to develop paper from oil palm empty fruit bunch (Fb) oil palm mesocarp (M) and paper mulberry (P) with chitosan coating to be used as single-use paper bag for dry food products. The optimal pulp preparation conditions for Fb M and P fibers were boiling in 25 25 and 15% NaOH solution at 170 170 and 100°C for 3 hours respectively. The optimal H2O2 concentrations for bleaching of Fb M and P pulps were 40% 40% and 0.2% respectively. The obtained pulps were used to prepare papers with the basis weight of 109 g/m2 . The papers consisted of Fb M and P pulps at ratios of 70:0:30 (FbP) 0:70:30 (MP) and 35:35:30 (FbMP). It was found that FbP paper showed superior physical and/or mechanical characteristics than those of MP and FbMP. FbP papers were then coated with chitosan solutions (0.2-0.6%) to further improve their mechanical properties and reduce their water absorption characteristics. The optimal concentration of chitosan was 0.4%. This study showed that all three types of pulps could be used to produce papers that had equal or superior mechanical- and water adsorption properties as compared to those of commercially available paper bags made from wood pulp.

The research was to develop environmental packaging from composite materials hyacinth fiber rice husk and coconut fiber for temperature preservation to replace the use of foam packaging that cannot be degraded naturally. In the composite materials water hyacinth fiber rice husk and coconut fiber at the ratios 7: 1: 2 1 : 1 : 2 and 1: 1: 1 were extruded by heat using isocyanate glue as a solder and testing the physical and biological properties of composite materials as fiberboard. For testing of temperature preservation of the bio packaging heat transfer test to obtain the bio-packaging for the environment the composite materials of fiber water hyacinth rice husk and coconut fiber at the ratio of 7 : 1 : 2 was the most appropriate type. Since it had a density of 0.7 grams per cubic centimeter strength of 26.76 MPa moisture content of 3.8 percent ages and swelling of 26.63 percent ages. In dry condition at room temperature it could store heat for 2 hours and could retain the cold temperature as shown for the temperatures rising from 4 to 30.7 degree Celsius within 2 hours. This research therefore presents a new alternative method of natural fiber composite materials application for temperature preservation in order to reduce the use of foam containers and increase cost value to natural bio waste materials.
