ฤทธิ์ต้านอนุมูลอิสระของสารสกัดจากมะเดื่อ

The study used the fruit of Ficus hispida Linn to separation by maceration and sequential extraction method with hexane ethyl acetate and methanol to crude extracts. Crude extracts were assessed for their antioxidant activities tested using DPPH radical scavenging assay total phenolic contents tested using the Folin–Ciocalteu method The results showed that 1. Phytochemical examination of the extracts of F. hispida alkaloids condensed tannins phenolic compounds triterpenes steroids cardiac glycosides anthraquinones 2. Hexane Ethylacetate and Methanol extracts have the ability to reduce the amount of DPPH. The EC50 values were> 1000 285 and 30 g/ml respectively. 3. Hexane Ethylacetate and Methanol extracts contained phenolic compounds values of 3.09 55.25 and 99.59 mg GAE/g dw respectively.

The potential development of Ficus hispida Linn use to traditional herbs and cancer prevention for generate knowledge and heritage of local wisdom

The study used the bark leaves and fruit of Ficus hispida Linn to separation by Maceration and sequential extraction method with hexane ethyl acetate and methanol to crude extracts. Crude extracts were assessed for their antioxidant activities tested using DPPH radical scavenging assay total phenolic contents tested using the Folin–Ciocalteu method cytotoxic activity against oral cavity cancer (KB) human small cell lung cancer (NCI-H187) and breast cancer (MCF-7) cancer cell lines tested using the resazurin microplate assay (REMA). The results showed that 1. Crude methanol extracts from the fruit exhibited free radical scavenging effect on the DPPH assay with IC50 value of 27 g/ml with the total phenolic contents value of 102.39 mg GAE/g dw of standard BHT. 2. Crude hexane extracts from the bark showed highest inhibited the growth of Vibrio paraheamolyticus crude ethyl acetate extracts from the bark showed highest inhibited the growth of Streptococcus mutans ATCC 27175 and crude methanol extracts from the leaves showed highest inhibited the growth of Vibrio cholerae most with MIC value of 7.80 g/ml. 3. Crude ethyl acetate and methanol extracts from F. Hispida exhibited inhibitory effect against oral cavity cancer (KB) human small cell lung cancer (NCI-H187) and breast cancer (MCF-7) cancer cell lines. These data support traditional uses of F. Hispida in folk medicine

The chemical structures of bioactive compounds of ficus hispida linn

Study the chemical structure of the bioactive compound extracted from the leaves of the Ficus hispida Linn with extraction techniques Sequential Extraction using three organic solvents hexane ethyl acetate and methanol . Phytochemical examination testing antimicrobial activity of crude extracts and fraction of methanol extracts with the four species of microorganisms Vibrio cholerae Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923 Streptococcus mutans ATCC 27175 Vibrio paraheamolyticus and to determine the molecular structure of compounds. The results showed that 1. Crude methanol extract of the leaves of the Ficus hispida Linn show inhibitory microbial species more than crude extracts of hexane and ethyl acetate . 2. Testing antimicrobial activity of methanol extracts fraction was found to inhibit microbial highest F5 show. 3. The molecular structure of compounds crystals are colorless mp. 188-195 0C. Research should further study the molecular structure and biological activity of bioactive compounds in other areas including anti-cancer Antimalarial and antioxidant activity of different parts of the study. The roots leaf flower and fruit seeds to plant information for the selection and to further develop research in the next commercial.

Chemical composition and biological activity of ficus hispida linn

To study the effect biological activity of a fig tree extract using Sequential Extraction and use of fennentation Maceration using solvent 3 types of hexane ethyl acid state and methanol to extract 12 Chanin made. tested oral cancer cells (human mouth carcinoma: KB) lung cancer cells (human small cell lung cancer: NCI-HI87) breast cancer (breast cancer: MCF-7) anti-malarial. (Anti-malaria; Plasmodium falciparum) Microculture Radioisotope Technique used to test anti-tuberculosis (Anti-Mycobacterium. tuberculosis. anti-TB) to the Green fluorescent protein microplate assay (GFPMA). The results showed that extracts of the fig tree has anti-cancer Including breast cancer lung cancer and oral cancer. Extracts of the fig tree does not have anti-tuberculosis and extracts of the fig tree shows some anti-malarial. In further research should study the molecular and biological activity of the fig tree from the roots seeds leaves flowers and fruit to the biological activity ofthe data for a selection of extracts from medicinal plants to make. Purification and further develop research in the next commercial.

Potential of extracts of Ficus hispida linn for controlling germination and Growth of Weed in Rice Field for Increase the value of biodiversity and its sustainable use
Potential of extracts of Ficus hispida linn for controlling germination and Growth of Weed in Rice Field for Increase the value of biodiversity and its sustainable use

The potential of extracts of the Ficus hispida Linn to inhibit germination and growth of barnyardgrass (Echinochloa crus-galli) a common weed in rice. The bark leaves and fruit of F. hispida isolated by the Maceration and extracted by the polarity of the solvent (Sequential Extraction) with organic solvents such as hexane ethyl acetate and methanol when each part of the crude extract was tested the type of phytochemical tested for germinate inhibition root length inhibition stem length inhibition and dry weight inhibition of barnyardgrass and selected extracts with highest inhibition to separation using column chromatography the fractions tested repeating. The results showed that 1. Crude methanolic extracts from the bark leaves and fruit of barnyardgrass at a concentration of 3000 ppm showed highest inhibited percentage of germinate inhibition root length inhibition stem length inhibition and dry weight inhibition. 2. Fractions methanolic extracts from the bark leaves and fruit of barnyardgrass on a separate with column chromatography found that fractions extracts F5 F8 and F2 showed highest inhibited percentage of germinate inhibition root length inhibition stem length inhibition and dry weight inhibition.
