This research aimed to study students opinions towards the Cheer and Admission Conference and present a creative recruitment model for students of the Faculty of Science and Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The sample group was undergraduate students of The Faculty of Science and Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon with 376 students studying in 2019. The data collection tools were questionnaires of students opinions on the activities. Cronbachs alpha coefficient was used to examine the whole questionnaires reliability yielding a value of 0.83.
