This research aims to study the water hyacinth fiber inside high-density fiber cement board. By using ratio components among cement : fine sand : water hyacinth fiber : water : catalyst accelerated the formations of cement (aluminum sulfate (AI2 (SO4) 3) calcium chloride (CaCl2) sodium silicate (Na2SiO3)) on the ratio 1: 0.2: 0.075: 0.3: 0.03 by weight of total water hyacinth fiber with the steel grating inside. By compressing the mixture cast machine at normal temperature (30 - 35 °C). From the test results the ratio of B4 is the appropriate ratio from the 1st year research result to produce the high-density fiber cement board with the steel grating inside 0.81mm #0.5”. It can pass the TIS 878-2537 standard of Cement Board and good based-on high density and physical properties mechanical properties and thermal insulation. Accelerate the formation of the most suitable cement is calcium chloride (CaCl2).

The research was to develop environmental packaging from composite materials hyacinth fiber rice husk and coconut fiber for temperature preservation to replace the use of foam packaging that cannot be degraded naturally. In the composite materials water hyacinth fiber rice husk and coconut fiber at the ratios 7: 1: 2 1 : 1 : 2 and 1: 1: 1 were extruded by heat using isocyanate glue as a solder and testing the physical and biological properties of composite materials as fiberboard. For testing of temperature preservation of the bio packaging heat transfer test to obtain the bio-packaging for the environment the composite materials of fiber water hyacinth rice husk and coconut fiber at the ratio of 7 : 1 : 2 was the most appropriate type. Since it had a density of 0.7 grams per cubic centimeter strength of 26.76 MPa moisture content of 3.8 percent ages and swelling of 26.63 percent ages. In dry condition at room temperature it could store heat for 2 hours and could retain the cold temperature as shown for the temperatures rising from 4 to 30.7 degree Celsius within 2 hours. This research therefore presents a new alternative method of natural fiber composite materials application for temperature preservation in order to reduce the use of foam containers and increase cost value to natural bio waste materials.

The 5 ratios consist of 0.0 (A1 D1 formulae) 0.025 (A2 B2 C2 D2 formulae) 0.050 0.03 (A4 B4 C4 D4 formulae) and 0.1 (A5 B5 C5 D5 formulae) by weighted all fibers were treated with sodium hydroxide solution (NaOH) at a concentration of 12%. The fiber to solution ratio was 1: 10 boiled in open system at 100 °C for 1 - 3 hours. By compressing the mixture cast machine at normal temperature (30 - 35 °C). Use a density of 0.75 g / cm3. From the test results the ratio B4 is the appropriate ratio. Can pass TIS 878- 2537 Cement Board: high density and physical properties mechanical properties and thermal insulation are good. In the research on “The Costume Creative Design and Accessory Creative Design Green Eco Innovation for Asian Community” the purpose of the study was to create the product design on the costumes and accessories for working ladies and gentlemen. Its main sources were on Thai culture representative of the ASEAN cultures that were inspired by the culture and lifestyle of Thai people. This study has selected Thai population Thai culture Thai lifestyle Thai wisdom Thai basketry and fertility of the central region in Thailand. The samples were additionally selected from the weaving culture and fertility of the rice field in the middle of Thailand. The tools used were based on the descriptive analysis from the structure of basketry obtained from the central region of Thailand. The color analysis was based on the integrity of the rice paddy in the central plains as well as the pattern analysis was from Thai basketry and pattern of rice paddy in the central plains. The fabric used in the design was made of the natural fibers water hyacinth mixed with cotton at the ratio of 30: 70. On the product development the principles of 4P Marketing Strategy and the application of natural colors were carried to obtain the ladies’ costumes and accessory creative design and unique new handbag. From the results the analysis of basketry structure in the central region indicated after making a section for the shape as the balancing curve and circular shapes the lady costumes and accessory creative designs could be successfully fashioned. When analyzing for proper colors on the costumes and accessories the designs based on the fertility of the rice paddy in the central plains together with the cultural prosperity urbanized society and the nature were applied. The appropriate colors chosen to be yellow red and blue were from natural colors of Garcinia Rave and Indigo respectively. Therefore the products of costumes and accessory creative designs could be one innovative green textile that meets the needs of the consumers in the ASEAN communities who are concerning on the sustainable and environmental conservation.
