This project Online Consulting System Design and Technology Information service Project for Clinic Technology of Research and Development Institute Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon aims to design consulting system and online technology information services for Clinic Technology of Research and Development Institute Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The in-built system facilitates quick communication get the information and can deliver technology information on demand in order to respond to the service recipients as quickly as possible. Moreover it reduces the coordination process and paper usage able to collect statistics and information as per service recipients need as well as technology and knowledge that are ready to be transferred. The data storage is well-organized by using ASP.NET C # HTML Java and Microsoft Sql Server 2012 in system design. The results of the satisfaction evaluation towards the efficiency of the system from 226 people found that the overall satisfaction was the highest with the mean at 4.68. This shows that online consulting system and technology information service project for Clinic Technology of Research and Development Institute Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon can be used to provide consulting and technology information services to service recipients.

The research aims were 1) to develop and find out the efficiencies of the multimedia computer Instruction program on Information Services and Information Searching for Information Services and Information Searching to be efficient in accordance with defined 80/80 criteria 2) to compare the learning achievement before and after learning of students who studied with the multimedia computer Instruction program on Information Services and Information Searching for Information Services and Information Searching and 3) to find out the students’ satisfaction towards the program. A purposive sampling technique was employed to obtain the subjects of this study who were 30 Engineering students of Electrical Engineering Department Faculty of Engineering Rajamanagala University of Technology Pranakhon. They were registered in the second semester of academic year 2013. For instruments were as follows: the multimedia computer Instruction program on Information Services and Information Searching for Information Services and Information Searching the evaluation form of the multimedia computer instruction program the students’ achievement tests and the questionnaire of students’ satisfaction. After the experiment the scores obtained from the test were analyzed by using percentage mean standard deviation and t-test. The results of the study showed that the efficiency of the multimedia computer Instruction program on Information Services and Information Searching for Information Services and Information Searching was 81.22/83.55 which was higher than the specified criteria of 80/80. The scores of after learning with the multimedia computer Instruction program were significantly higher than the scores of before learning at .05 level. And the students revealed that they were highly satisfied with the program.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและความต้องการพัฒนาให้บริการคุณภาพแก่นักศึกษาของเจ้าหน้าที่ทะเบียน มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร เพื่อพัฒนาการให้บริการคุณภาพแก่นักศึกษา และเพื่อประเมินผลการพัฒนาการให้บริการคุณภาพแก่นักศึกษา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ศึกษาปัญหาและความต้องการการพัฒนารูปแบบการให้บริการคุณภาพแก่นักศึกษาของเจ้าหน้าที่ทะเบียนในยุคดิจิทัล มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม เป็นเพศชาย 124 คน เพศหญิง 146 โดยได้แจกแบบสอบถามที่งานทะเบียน ทั้ง 9 คณะๆ ละ 30 ชุด และนักศึกษามารับบริการในปีการศึกษาที่ 1/2560 ผลการศึกษาความคิดเห็นต่อปัญหาการให้บริการนักศึกษา แยกเป็นรายด้าน คือ ด้านบุคลิกภาพ ด้านกระบวนการให้บริการ ด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์ ด้านการติดต่อสื่อสาร ด้านประชาสัมพันธ์ และด้านการจัดสถานที่สภาพแวดล้อมของสานักงาน โดยสรุปผลความคิดเห็นของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อคณะดังนี้ คณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด คือ ด้านประชาสัมพันธ์ ( = 4.03) และ ด้านการจัดสถานที่และสภาพแวดล้อมของสานักงาน ( = 4.00) คณะเทคโนโลยีสื่อสารมวลชน อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดคือ ด้านกระบวนการให้บริการ ( = 4.47) คณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด คือด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์ของเจ้าหน้าที่ ( = 4.46) ด้านเทคนิคการติดต่อสื่อสาร (= 4.15) และด้านประชาสัมพันธ์ ( = 4.09) คณะศิลปศาสตร์ อยู่ในระดับปานกลางคือ ด้านเทคนิคการติดต่อสื่อสาร ( = 3.49) และด้านบุคลิกภาพ ( = 3.48) คณะสถาปัตยกรรมและการออกแบบ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดคือด้านบุคลิกภาพ ( = 3.77) และด้านเทคนิคการติดต่อสื่อสาร ( = 3.76) คณะเทคโนโลยีคหกรรมศาสตร์ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดคือด้านประชาสัมพันธ์ ( = 4.18) และด้านบุคลิกภาพ ( = 4.13) คณะบริหารธุรกิจ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดคือด้านบุคลิกภาพ ( = 3.94) และ ด้านการจัดสถานที่และสภาพแวดล้อมของสานักงาน ( =3.82) คณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดคือด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์ของเจ้าหน้าที่ ( = 4.16) และด้านบุคลิกภาพ ( = 4.09) คณะอุตสาหกรรมสิ่งทอและการออกแบบแฟชั่น อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดคือด้านบุคลิกภาพ ( = 4.15) ด้านการจัดสถานที่และสภาพแวดล้อมของสานักงาน ( = 3.98)
