The objective of the study Studying the context and potential product development of the local wisdom community of Bang Bon Herb Group According to the royal initiative Sufficiency Economy to the Pracharat market. To study the development pattern of Moringa oil herbal products local wisdom of Bangbon Herbs Group according to the Sufficiency Economy Royal initiative to Pracharat market. And to strengthen the community in converting community products to the public market in accordance with the government policy. The study method used to collect data by constructing a questionnaire. And collect information in conferences according to various occasions. Population and sample groups used in this study were General public and folk healers Traditional Medicine in Bang Bon District Bangkok. The sample of 70 people was obtained by simple randomness. The instrument for data collection was a questionnaire for knowledge management local wisdom on Moringa herbs. This questionnaire consists of 4 sections. Part 1 is general information for respondents. Part 2 is information about knowledge management local wisdom Part 3 factors and other opinions. About Thai herbs Part 4 other suggestions Take the analyzed data the basic statistics for analysis were percentage mean (x̄) standard deviation (S.D). The results of the study were as follows. 1. In spite of the copyright law in Thailand where distributing or obtaining a copyrighted work without the permission of the copyright holder is against the law illegal streaming and downloading of music is dramatically increasing. This changing behaviour of consumers has an incredible impact on the music industry as a whole. Our paper analyses the influence of intellectual property infringement on Thailand’s music industry income. The research tools employed in this study are a questionnaire and an in-depth interview to enable analysis. We found that after the evolution of musical technology in the 1990s internet-based music consumption has become significantly more popular and increasingly consumers are streaming sharing and discovering digital music all across the globe including in Thailand. With this new development of digital music the dynamics of the music industry have been affected significantly both in terms of income and number of entrepreneurs. Multiple regression analysis results show that the amount of unauthorized downloading of copyrighted music has a negative effect on Thailand’s music industry income. In contrast the number of property disputes from illegal downloading of copyrighted music has a positive effect on this industry income. The results suggest that entrepreneurs should pay attention to warranty information on products and prices and security of financial transactions in order to encourage consumer authorized online purchasing. In addition law enforcement can help achieve the goal of decreasing online music piracy.

The purpose of this research was to study the development of the office of accounting professional services in Thailand with the concept of intellectual capital towards the ASEAN Economic Community. The quality accounting offices were research samples which were representative of quality accounting offices in Thailand that can continue to perform professionally and successfully. Which found that quality accounting offices had applied the concept of intellectual capital It consists of 4 components namely human capital social capital structural capital and spiritual capital. They applied to the operation and management of the quality accounting office If the accounting firms in Thailand have applied the intellectual capital to their accounting firm they will be able to succeed in the accounting profession as well. Therefore based on this research the model for the development of the Office of Professional Accounting offices in Thailand is based on the idea of intellectual capital.

In this study on Intellectual heritage of embroidery for Khon costumes the author had two objectives: 1) to research the origins and development of Khon costumery over time and 2) to understand the methods materials and patterns used in the creation of various articles of a Khon performers dress—with the desire both to preserve and revive traditional methods of creating Khon costumesThese objectives were accomplished by 1) researching primary documents from domestic and international 2) interviewing experts in the design of Khon costumes mural painters and other visual artists 3) studying old photographs and video footage of Khon dance-drama in relation to Khon costumes today 4) studying related art forms 5) comparing remnants of Khon costumes from different periods of time with those made in the present. The study found that: The formal features of Khon costumes were based on the real daily wear of the noble classes in ancient societies but whose characteristics were enlarged to suit the demands of theater. For the most part the designs on Khon costumes were originally developed from those on fabrics imported to Thailand from India and later transformed into vine leaf and flower figures. Both the methods and materials used in creating Khon costumes today are less intricate than those of the past resulting in costumes of less quality than their predecessors. The beauty of Khon costumes depends on the proportions of each individual piece. The design of their patterns requires an attention to detail and elaborate embroidery. Today there are renewed efforts to revive these older values by Her Majesty Queen Sirikit.

งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการศึกษาและออกแบบที่นอนสำหรับเด็กที่มีความบกพร่องทางสติปัญญา ประเภทดาวน์ซินโดรม และเพื่อเอื้ออำนวยความสะดวกสบายในการใช้งาน โดยมีวิธีการศึกษาจากการทดสอบการเปรียบเทียบระดับความคิดเห็นของครู/ผู้ปกครอง/พี่ เลี้ยง ที่มีต่อที่นอนและอุปกรณ์อื่นๆ แบบเดิม และที่นอนและอุปกรณ์อื่นๆ ต้นแบบที่พัฒนา โดย แยกกลุ่มตัวอย่างทดลอง 2 กลุ่มๆ ละ 1 วิธี และให้ครู/ผู้ปกครอง/พี่เลี้ยง เป็นผู้ประเมินใน แบบทดสอบ นำผลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์หาข้อสรุป วิเคราะห์ และเสนอแนะ ผลการวิจัยได้ทำการศึกษา และวิเคราะห์หาข้อสรุปการพัฒนาที่นอน สำหรับเด็กที่มีความ บกพร่องทางสติปัญญา ประเภทดาวน์ซินโดรม พบว่า เมื่อเปรียบเทียบระหว่างที่นอนและอุปกรณ์ อื่นๆ แบบเดิม และที่นอนและอุปกรณ์อื่นๆ ต้นแบบที่พัฒนากับเด็กกลุ่มอาการดาวน์ซินโดรม พบว่า การเรียนทั้ง 2 วิธี มีผลแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ 0.05 ทุกรายข้อและในภาพรวม ครู/ผู้ปกครอง/พี่เลี้ยง มีความคิดเห็นว่า พฤติกรรมการใช้ที่นอนและอุปกรณ์อื่นๆ ต้นแบบที่ พัฒนาเพื่อช่วยให้ผู้นอนสามารถนอนหลับพักผ่อนได้อย่างสะดวกสบาย โดยเฉพาะการใช้งานที่ สามารถถอดซักได้เมื่อฉี่ ที่นอนมีขนาดสัดส่วนที่เหมาะสม และเมื่อใช้งานสามารถช่วยลดอาการ อ่อนเพลีย หลับไม่เต็มที่ เนื่องจากอาการตื่น ผวา ขึ้นกลางดึก ระดับมากที่สุดตามลำดับ
