This research objective was to design the ginger candy compression machine and determine the efficiency and capacity for saving time and labor in pressing ginger candy for community enterprise groups Pim Malaherb Chiang Rai Province. Ginger candy compression machine consists of the main structure namely the extruder and power transmission systems. The machine was designed with two horsepower motors or 1.5 kilowatts to drive the shaft and to rotate the screw through the flange. This study installs the inverter to control the motor speed at 1000±10 1200±10 and 1400±10 rpm. The extrusion die had an average diameter of 9.7 millimeters. The results found that the motors speed that was suitable for compression was a Rotational speed of 1400±10 rpm. When the speed increased the efficiency and the working rate increased too. The amount of ginger stirred was used at 300 500 600 900 1000 1500 2000 and 3000 grams. The maximum efficiency was 90.85 percent. The efficiency increased with the amount of ginger stirred. The ginger candy compression machines engineering economic analysis results found that the machines operating cost was 18063.6 baht per year. When considering the machines operation at 792 hours per year the payback period was 6 months and 11 days.
This research presents the processing of fresh guava into guava juice product. to be kept for consumption and distribution in the local area It is an alternative career path that helps rural farmers earn more. and create additional careers for the family But farmers still lack the correct technology tools and processing methods in each production process. Therefore there was a problem of insufficient cleanliness taking a lot of time resulting in unacceptable quality and the production is low the postharvest engineering research group has conducted research to find suitable guava juicer. This study is based on working principles of food processing equipment in general use. Come as a guideline to develop improve and create prototypes. The original guava juicer was a grater roller squeezer. There is a guava-sized subsystem consisting of a sub-chamber with grated rollers and the waste water barrier system consists of a juice sieve chamber a waste separation room a spiral conveyer and a sweeper set. various parts that come in contact with the guava juice is made of stainless steel The power source uses a 1-horsepower electric motor a single-phase electrical system a voltage of 220 volts. The machine has the ability to block water at a rate of 250 kg / hour. The juice obtained must be filtered out again with a centrifugal bag filter capable of filtering water at a rate of 50 liters/hour. The prototype guava juice machine costs 40000 baht and the centrifugal filter bag costs 5000 baht. With just one such machine each of these machines can produce 28000 liters of guava juice/year (112000 bottles a year) able to get a return in 0.08 years with an average processing cost of 4.48 baht/bottle which is appropriate in engineering economics. In investment use a ready-to-drink guava juice machine. Fresh guava ingredients are available throughout the year and have 200 business days/year.
This research suggests an add-on working compatibly with Google Forms to construct multiple-choice questions (MCQs). This add-on comprises two main components including software for constructing MCQs and a data storage for collecting data used to compose MCQs. I demonstrated effectiveness of the add-on by applying it in the context of repetition online learning in which students could learn relearn and take an exam of which MCQs generated by the add-on. At the last step of this research I suggest using a sentiment analysis method – based on natural language processing and machine learning to find environmental factors and teaching strategies suitable for the repetition online learning.
In Klong Rangsit Pathumthani province where the water entering was filtered by a prototype quality water machine and autonomously controlled by pumps and sensors this research tested improvements to water quality. It employs a total dissolved solid and temperature sensor as part of the consideration of the water quality criterion in accordance with the water quality requirements of the Pollution Control Department and is 99% successful in treating contaminants in water. According to the Pollution Control Departments water quality criteria which are divided into four main categories: very good water quality good water quality degraded water quality and very degraded water quality it is used in the analysis of the division of the four categories of water quality. Machines for producing good quality water to maintain water sanitation during COVID-19 and anticipated flooding across the nation. This is simple to use. Since the made quality water machine prototype has a battery to back up the power for the pump and UV lamp control by filtering water through various stages of a quality water producer prototype it is simple can generate clean water for usage and can be carried. No energy is used and there is no residue filtration effluent. It eliminates 99 percent of water pollutants and has no color.
The purpose of the research is to devise and implement for testing the ability to absorb energy from vibration. The results are obtained from simulating the operating status of small machines. In order to get the mechanical force from the vibrating of the machine by using piezoelectric materials (PZT) It was found that the size of the piezoelectric materials used in each condition affected the energy absorption. There are variables interested in different diameters at 27 and 35 millimeters. The result shows that the dielectric displacement is directly proportional to the force used but is inversely proportional to the size of the cross-sectional area of the piezoelectric material. In addition the ability to absorb energy in one second is 4.51 volts and has a maximum energy of 7.4 x10 -8joules.
