This study purpose was to investigate the changes affecting the working behavior of non-profit organization personnel. The population used in this study was 64106 non-profit organization personnel: Foundations and associations. The data was collected using a questionnaire from 203 non-profit organization personnel. Statistical multiple regression analysis was used to test the study hypothesis. The study results revealed that there is a correlation between organizational changes including the attitude change change in corporate culture technology change and changes in organizational structure and the working behavior of the personnel of the non-profit organization as a whole including the aspect of helping others consideration for others patience sense of duty and cooperation with the statistical significance at 0.01 level.

The purpose of this research was to study 1) Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon personnel’s opinions towards organizational change from a public to national university and 2) to analytically compare the personnel’s opinions towards the change of organization from a public university to national university. The factors were classified into types of personnel gender age educational level work tenure salary and work department. The instrument used to collect data was a questionnaire; the data collected were then analyzed through frequency percentage mean standard deviation t-test f-test and One-Way ANOVA. Schaeffer Method was applied in case the significant difference was found at 0.05. The results of this research revealed that Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon personnel’s opinions towards the change of organization from a public university to the national university in terms of the structure technology organizational culture and as a person in the overall was at a high level. It was also found that the personnel of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon with different educational levels demonstrated different opinions towards the change of organization from a public university to national university. Also Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon personnel from different faculties of affiliations were dissimilar in opinions towards the change of organization from a public university to national university.

This research is to study the condition problem and needs of the organization in the management of supplies of parcel operators. Personnel under the Faculty of Liberal Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon number 100 people. The data analysis used descriptive statistics for demographic characteristics. And use statistical statistics for the analysis of related factors. The study found that Problem condition and procurement development approach Faculty of Liberal Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon Procurement side Chief supplies officer and the supplies staff have knowledge and understanding in the performance of their responsibilities which are clear transparent fast and prompt to use. Procurement follows regulations at every step. And the parcel officer has to record and maintain the parcel efficiently and can be used all the time. Parcel distribution The damaged parcel is sold in accordance with the regulations.
