This research is a qualitative research. The objective is to study and analyze information about The pattern of Pha Sin Tin Jok (Traditionally Sarong )Thai Yuan Saraburi cloth including the changes and the existence of the Thakok Thai Sarong Saraburi in the present (2017 - 2018). Using the concept of social and cultural change and the theory of globalization concepts for analysis. Research area is Mueang District and Sao Hai District Saraburi. The research population is Weaving sarongs Sarong user and local sages. Analytical study issues are Clothing culture in Thailand Saraburi Promotion from the government Pha Sin Tin Jok (Traditionally) Sarong Thai Yuan Saraburi style and pattern weavers and wisdom transfer. The research results are Saraburi is a province where Thai Yuan people from Chiang Saen Chiang Rai province Settled in the reign of King Rama I of Rattanakosin Due to war and have inherited the lineage until now. In Sao Hai District Saraburi is the district where most Thai people live and has a unique Lanna cultural foundation Whether language lifestyle food and beliefs In the folk textile Has a unique pattern that has been passed down for over 200 years. Clothing culture in Thailand Saraburi There is also a conservative costume. Especially on special occasions The pattern of Pha Sin Tin Jok (Traditionally Sarong )Thai Yuan Saraburi cloth remains the same style. From the era that migrated from Chiang Saen In addition there are other sarong fabrics that are used in everyday life namely woven sarong muk kai and kan. The research aims to develop the innovation development of fashion bags design and the product design by using silk fabric Napho District Buriram. To introduce the technical innovation development of fashion bags design and development of the product design by using silk fabric Napho District Buriram and to develop Thai Community Product Standard (TCPS.) in Buriram Province. The instruments used in research were interview the comment assessment form and the designs assessment form. The sample consisted of 100 interested people. The statistics tools used in data analyzing were frequency percentage mean and standard deviation. The result of the research found that Ban Napho Community Enterprise Group in Buriram Province produced the silk fabric with complex patterns in various colours and styles. It was local knowledge that was unique and useful in conservation education as well as in development. Ban Napho Group have designed and produced textile products by using silk fabric such as Tailor fabric clothing bag scarf and other but they needed to be continually upgrade the designs in order to modernize. The result in this research regarding to fashion bag design revealed that most respondents from the 100 interested people were female employee aged 31 to 40 years having an average income 5001 to 10000 baht and below a Bachelors degree. For the design assessment the result showed that these interested people had positive attitude level in prototype fashion bag No.5 for pattern design application and the overall average at 84 85 and 86 percentages respectively. The transfer of technology evaluation the results showed that prototype fabric bag No.5 was positive attitude in high level for overall pattern design and decorating at 86 percentages and prototype fabric bag No.6 was at 82 percentages respectively. The research finalized the highest score of prototype fabric bags and 5 phototypes were selected without respectively such as phototype No.1 2 5 6 and 9. They were selected for making the sample in order to introduce the knowledge to the local community.

In the research on “The Costume Creative Design and Accessory Creative Design Green Eco Innovation for Asian Community” the purpose of the study was to create the product design on the costumes and accessories for working ladies and gentlemen. Its main sources were on Thai culture representative of the ASEAN cultures that were inspired by the culture and lifestyle of Thai people. This study has selected Thai population Thai culture Thai lifestyle Thai wisdom Thai basketry and fertility of the central region in Thailand. The samples were additionally selected from the weaving culture and fertility of the rice field in the middle of Thailand. The tools used were based on the descriptive analysis from the structure of basketry obtained from the central region of Thailand. The color analysis was based on the integrity of the rice paddy in the central plains as well as the pattern analysis was from Thai basketry and pattern of rice paddy in the central plains. The fabric used in the design was made of the natural fibers water hyacinth mixed with cotton at the ratio of 30: 70. On the product development the principles of 4P Marketing Strategy and the application of natural colors were carried to obtain the ladies’ costumes and accessory creative design and unique new handbag. From the results the analysis of basketry structure in the central region indicated after making a section for the shape as the balancing curve and circular shapes the lady costumes and accessory creative designs could be successfully fashioned.When analyzing for proper colors on the costumes and accessories the designs based on the fertility of the rice paddy in the central plains together with the cultural prosperity urbanized society and the nature were applied. The appropriate colors chosen to be yellow red and blue were from natural colors of Garcinia Rave and Indigo respectively. Therefore the products of costumes and accessory creative designs could be one innovative green textile that meets the needs of the consumers in the ASEAN communities who are concerning on the sustainable and environmental conservation.

A study on developing textile products from fiber lemongrass has been carried out aimed at processing yarn from lemongrass fiber developing textile fabrics such as clothing hats and shoes and teaching product design and technology to a community. Lemongrass leaves were processed with chemicals to produce a fiber lemongrass then spun to 100% lemongrass yarn with large unsmooth surfaces the used to produce handbag hats and shoes. However for garment fabrics the researchers developed the lemongrass yarn for weaving by mixing cotton in a 60:40 ratio to produce hand-woven cloth. Using hand-woven folk wisdom the Takfa community in Nakhon Sawan produced natural dyes from Bengal Almond leaves a performed surface finishing for a smoother touch. After weaving lemongrass fiber cloth gives off a lemongrass odor but this fades gradually. The physical properties of lemongrass fiber cloth are then tested for strength resistance and abrasion. Processing lemongrass cloth fiber to textile products enables us to produce various products such as clothes bags and hats. In passing technology to the community the residents recognized the advantages and benefits of using the fabric. Further research should investigate mixing lemongrass fibers with other natural fibers improved fiber durability luster of the fiber to increase fiber value or using lemongrass fiber for household products.

This research has been object to development weaving machine design weave dye and Hyacinth paper and Instruct technology give community District Bangsai Amphur Province Ayutthaya which get instruct technology 20 persons. Research result to invention make up weaving machine. Fiber from Water Hyacinth dye Yarh Pa Per from water Hyacinth and product about 11 products. Evaluation from the participants were female aged 35-55. They were workers and earned 500-1000 Baht per month. Before training they had little knowledge. The training contents were correct and up-to-date. The trainers were excellent. The material equipment and documents were the most appropriate. The Participants had good attitude and the designing and developing of water Hyacinth’s was the most appropriate.
