การวิจัยเรื่องการพัฒนาชุดการเรียนรู้สำหรับผู้ขอใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพครู เพื่อเพิ่มสมรรถนะด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้กับความเป็นครู มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาชุดการเรียนรู้สำหรับผู้ขอใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพครู เพื่อเพิ่มสมรรถนะด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้กับความเป็นครู กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรบัณฑิตวิชาชีพครู ของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร (ทั้งนี้เนื่องจากมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร ได้รับการรับรองหลักสูตรประกาศนียบัตรบัณฑิตวิชาชีพครู จากคุรุสภาเป็นแห่งแรก) จำนวน 45 คน โดยใช้วิธีเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ประสิทธิภาพของชุดการเรียนรู้สำหรับผู้ขอใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพครู เพื่อเพิ่มสมรรถนะด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้กับความเป็นครู มีประสิทธิภาพ เท่ากับ 88.97/88.43 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ 80/80 ที่ตั้งไว้ 2. ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักศึกษาหลังเรียนด้วยการใช้ชุดการเรียนรู้สำหรับผู้ขอใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพครู เพื่อเพิ่มสมรรถนะด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้กับความเป็นครู สูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. ระดับความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อการใช้ชุดการเรียนรู้สำหรับผู้ขอใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพครู เพื่อเพิ่มสมรรถนะด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้กับความเป็นครู มีค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวมทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก (𝑥̅=4.30S.D.=0.69)

The purpose to this research was to assessment the graduate Diploma Program of Teaching Profession at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon Faculty of Industrial Education of the curriculum used. Research population consisted of graduate students diploma degree graduate their superiors and instructors. Simple random sampling gave the sample size of 549 people were selected from purposive sampling. The research tools were a questionnaire and a focus group discussion recording form. Data analysis employed basic statistics of frequency mean and percentage including content analysis for qualitative data. The findings of this research were as follows: 1) Primary components of the curriculum were suitable at high level. 2) Course structure and content was suitable at high level. 3) Characteristics of lecturers were suitable at high level.4) Instructional and evaluation activities were suitable at high level. 5) Factors contributing to the teaching of the course were also found suitable at high level. On the contrary Journals related to inadequate service and problems of withdrawal teaching materials. However the curriculum development should be updated to suit the needs of society and science is always developing.

The purpose of this research is to study of Student Quality Process in Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakom (RMUTP). There are five investigated aspects namely ; 1) academic 2) Skill 3) Organize 4) Motivation and Attitude and 5) Ethic and Mornlity. The samples were 932 RMUTP students in the academic year of 2006 and the sample size choose by Krejcie and Morgan. The instrument was a questionnaire with 5 level rating scale for each sample. The data were analyzed to determine statistics in terms of percentage frequency means and standard deviation. The result found student Quality Process in Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakom were as follows; Academic of students Quality Process at a high level namely; Faculty of Industrial Education Faculty of Business Administration Faculty of Liberal Arts. Faculty of Engineering and Faculty of Mass Communication Technology. Academic of students Quality Process at moderate level namely; Faculty of Home Economics Technology and Faculty of Architecture and Design. Skill Organize Motivation and Attitude of students Quality Process at a high level of all Faculty. Ethic and Morality of students Quality Process at a high level namely: Faculty of Industrial Education Faculty of Business Administration Faculty of Liberal Arts. Faculty of Engineering. Ethic and Morality of students Quality Process at moderate level namely; Faculty of Home Economics Technology Faculty of Architecture and Design and Faculty of Mass Communication Technology.

The objective of this research was to study present and future desirable characteristics of industrial teachers Consequently developed a role model to encourage desirable characteristics of industrial teachers who graduate from RMUTP. Multi-step randomized population is categorized into three groups defining size from tabel of Krejcie & Morgan. The first group is 120 administrators from government and private vocational schools located in Bangkok Metropolitan and surrounding area. The second group is 291 vocational students. The third group is 165 vocational student possessors. The total number of population is 576. The instrument was a questionnaire for each sample. All data were analyzed to determine statistical results and presented in tubular form. A focus group meeting of 15 lectures from the Faculty of Industrial Education was organized. The group meeting suggested a role model for future desirable characteristics of industrial teachers. The study result showed that most population from those three groups highly agreed in three aspects namely Personality Ethics and morality and Professional skill aspects. The focus group meeting suggested improving the curriculum and also the activities. The activities were needed to improve both curriculum activity and teaching activity of lecturers.
