Product design and development of the cutting tools complete set
This research is to study the cutting tools product in reverse engineering for turning milling and drilling included Tool holder Arbor and Insert tool. It is sampled the imported cutting tools from three areas worldwide composed with Sweden United State of America and Japan. The study emphasis in Arbor 136 mm. (6 tooth) Arbor 63 mm. (4 tooth) the changeable Insert tool typeTool bolder 20 mm. and Tool holder for turning. The result is found that Tool holder materials has the mixture of 0.387-0.437 %C hardness is 39.36-53 HRC which was full hardening. The price of Arbor (6 tooth) surveyed from four brands maximum is 22350 Baht and 2.41 times of price differentiation. The price of Arbor (4 tooth) surveyed from two brands maximum is 19000 Baht and 0.1-0.5 times of price differentiation. The price of Tool holder surveyed from three brands maximum is 14300 Baht and 0.15-0.55 times of price differentiation. And the price of Tool Holder for turning surveyed from four brands maximum is 1900 Baht and 0.5-1 times of price differentiation. The provider set up Tool holder and Insert tools will not be compatible together for marketing strategy. There are not much key player providers so there is no strong competition. The provider forces to distribute a set of 10 Insert tools and the most of Tool holder is Hardening and quenching not less than 39 HRC. The metal removal might be necessary use high technology and precision CNC Milling Machine. Therefore the study will lead to design and produce the prototype of cutting tools complete set which is compatible with Insert tools in all processes for turning milling and drilling. This cutting tools complete set differentiates from others because it helps to reduce costs reduce times and work comfortable. The development of compatible cutting tools complete set is the approach to reduce costs and times of work decrease maintenance costs and it will be the foundation to development of multi-function cutting tools complete set in place of the imported cutting tools.

This research was the basis for the design and development of home furnishings. Plastic woven from strands The woven plastic house hunters Si district seeking offense. The bulk sample from the production community in Angthong to represent the group of 50 people the researchers used a random sample quota (Quota Sampling) to obtain the desired characteristics of the sample. Then accidental sampling (Accidental Sampling) to the full amount required at the point of data collection and consumer groups. The research group defines a consumer as a representative group of 100 researchers by means of random sampling accident (Accidental Sampling) using questionnaires. The research found that The consumer and producer is of the opinion that the same approach in product form. The variance from the statistical products one is different with the two and there is a difference with the three products including the two have differences with the three significant at 0.05 number. three topics including the proper shape the suitability of woven pattern the suitability of the paint used on the products one has different products and the two products three. Significant at 0.05 Number 1 are beautiful and there is no difference between the three topics are appropriate for your size proportion appropriateness of materials used as components the adequacy of benefits. The analysis assessed consumer satisfaction with the products of home furnishings. Woven from plastic The woven plastic house hunters Si district seeking offense that overall consumer satisfaction with the product level. In the subsection are satisfied with the products good deal as well.
The design and development problem in wear house and decoration group for one Tumbon one product production group (OTOP), mini and medium SMEs in pathumthani province.
This research aimed to study and analyse conditions and problems in designing and developing household and decorative products of One Tambon One Product (OTOP) small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Pathumthani province. The informants were 4 OTOP entrepreneurs and 205 OTOP SMEs. The research was conducted by means of interviews observations and questionnaires. The data was statistically analysed using frequency percentages mean and standard deviation. The results showed that conditions and problems in designing and developing household and decorative OTOP products ranged from home-based production site a lack of knowledge in product design and development transportation creativity artistic relations product specifications marketing to product design and development laws. Four entrepreneurs from these groups of products: lotus-fiber flowers silk flowers and bamboo lamps were found to have the problem of dyeing materials whilst those from the group of Thai/Japanese clay flowers had the problem of clay. The researcher had analysed piloted and concluded the problems and then passed on product development techniques to the entrepreneurs. It was found that they could use the given knowledge to make beautiful products and they satisfied with the reducing cost of production.
