The purposes of this survey research were to study (1) personal factors (2) student’s breakfast consumption behavior (3) the relationship between student’s personal factors and breakfast consumption behavior (4) ) relationship between knowledge of breakfast consumption to breakfast consumption behavior of student’s who were studying at College of Hotel and Tourism Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya Trang campus.Sample group was undergraduate Students studying in the 1st semester 2015 academic Year total 250 persons instrument were questionnaires. Percentage Mean Standard Deviation and Chi Square were used in data analysis. Research result found that Students had medium knowledge of breakfast consumption. Students breakfast consumption behavior was medium. When each question was examined fair medium and good were found. Students personal factors which are sex age year of study person who student stayed with had no relationship with students breakfast consumption behavior. Students knowledge of breakfast consumption had positive relationship with students breakfast consumption behavior at statistically difference of .05 significance.

The aim of this research was to study the antibacterial activities of crude extract with hexane from the leaves stems corms and roots of Acrostichumaureum L. by disc diffusion method against the pathogens viz. Bacillus cereus TISTR687 Staphylococcus aureus TISTR1466 Escherichia coli TISTR780 and Salmonella typhimurium TISTR292. The results revealed that the leaves extracts showed antibacterial activity onall of fourtested pathogenic bacteria with the inhibition zone of 9.20 0.37 8.92 0.09 6.62 0.48 and7.82 0.56 mm.respectively. While the stems corms and roots extracts showed antibacterial activity ononly B. cereus with the inhibition zone of 8.02 0.25 8.51 0.21 and 10.87 0.13 mm. respectively. This preliminary screening results demonstrated the potential of the extracts from various parts of Acrostichumaureum L. to be used as antibacterial agent and to be further researched and developed into innovative pharmaceutical and cosmetic products.

The objectives of this research had to study and compare the problem and obstacle of freshmen student who had studying achievements lower than 2.00 in 3 aspects: the student teaching and studying environment aspect variable classified by sex and major. The research group was the freshman students of the Faculty of Science and Fisheries Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya Trang Campus and their studying achievement lower than 2.00. Interviewing was used the research material. The results showed as following: Problems and obstacles which had the most effected to the research group was the student espect for example basic knowledge living adjustment of student lack of motivation and enthusiasm to learn as well as teaching and studying aspect for example lecturer’s inadequate teaching methods respectively. Comparison between problem and obstacle of freshmen student who having studying achievements lower than 2.00 classified by sex and major was found that the different of sex had no statistical significant difference in all and each aspects. In addition the different of student’s major had no statistical significant difference in all aspect. Contrast to in each aspect the studying environment aspect was found statistical significant difference at the level of .05.

The objectives of this research were to study the information seeking method and problems of students at Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya Trang Campus the Faculty of Science and Fisheries Technology. The population in the study included 185 fourth year students who conducted a term-paper. The questionnaires were used to collect data and Cronbach’s alpha was 0.83. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics (frequency percentage and standard deviation). The results showed as follows. Students rated that the university library was the Institutional information resource at the highest level. They mainly used the electronic resources. Students preferred to used the information written in Thai most. The modernity of information was mostly between 1-5 years. Students normally searched for the information 3-5 times a week. There were 3 main problems in seeking information: language was their barriers information was not matched with their needs and information resources were insufficient.
