The Development and Design Cold Bag’s Product from Rice Husk and Waste of Rice Berry and Black Rice Production. It is intended to bring rice husk in process to produce food in order to take advantage of the product design process and create a cooling pouch Master product for everyday use such as treating the refrigerant of a vaccine or medical medicine. Maintaining the temperature of breast milk is a source of design and development of refrigeration bag products. There are research methods starting from the study of the design of experiments. To be a guide to the implementation of the rice husk to bring out the cold storage plate and bring out the design of the product. The result of the master experiment with cold storage plates. Found that Paddy Husk has the right qualities due to the Density= 0.76 g./cm3 Moisture Absorption= 6.25% cracking resistance Modulus of Rupture: MOR= 7.690 MPa. and Modulus of Elasticity: MOE= 1064.77 MPa. which has a qualified property than Paddy husk from black rice. If you touch the water for a long time it has to absorb water and the inflation inside the skin which is inferior to the rice husk properties. The researchers put the extruded sheets from rice to a cold storage material in the pocket designed with a modern shape a material made of nylon fabric. On-off with zipper there is a strap and a box for inserting the pocket side. The bag has a compression plate from the surface of the 5 side rice to help protect the cold and reduce the use of synthetic chemicals which is environmental friendly.

Rice production technology and cost benefit of smallholder farmer in rice community center : A Case Study Ban Phap, Phapayome District Phattalung Province

This research had objectives for the purpose of studied the rice production technology and cost benefit of farmer members in community rice seed centers (CRSC). The research case study was conducted in Phatthalung province by field surveys combining participatory rural appraisal and structured interview of 35 members during the research period from April 2012-August 2012. The CRSC received contribution grain from government service. The result showed that majority rice community center member were men and in one family had average 2 workers. Their ages between 51-60 years old. The Majority of education were primary school (grade 4). The cultivated area of rice between 11-20 rais. Rice production can generally be divided into the following 10 stages that is soil improvement land preparation crop establishment plantation water management nutrient management pet control weed control harvesting and post harvest. The results of the study found that almost all farmer using private land (69.72 %). The important expense was variable cost 80.25 % Ban-Phab is 3509 bath per rais. Average benefit per rais is 6985.04 bath per rais. The rice break- event point is 317.56 kg per rai. However return on investment explore CRSC Ban-Phab is 99.06 %

The objectives of this research are to propose a linear mixed model (LMM) with spatial correlation for an analysis of rice yields in Thailand to estimate the rice yield in each month of all provinces in Thailand to investigate factors influencing on the rice yields and to construct the maps of rice yields. A linear mixed model (LMM) in which the spatial effects follow the conditional autoregressive model (CAR) is used. The estimated rice yields are used to construct the rice yield maps. The dependent variables are the rice yield in each month of each province. The data are secondary data at a provincial level. The factors considered are rainfall averaged temperatures and regions. The results show that the factors influencing on the rice yields are rainfall averaged temperature and region. The amount of regional effects ordering from largest to smallest values are northestern region southern region western region central region eastern region and northern region respectively. The top ten provinces and months with high yields ranking from largest to smallest values are Ubon Ratchathani in November (1328000 ton) Surin in Novermber (1070000 ton) Si Sa Ket in Novermber (1023000 ton) Buri Ram in November (939400 ton) Nakhon Ratchasima in November (907500 ton) Roi Et in Novermber (852800 ton) Chiang Rai in Novermber (769800 ton) Khon Kaen in Novermber (692800 ton) Maha Sarakham in Novermber (676200 ton) Udon Thani in Novermber (620600 ton) respectively. The rice yeilds maps are easy for readers to identify which areas have high or low yields. They are a useful tool for planning decision making and implementing plans to help rice famers to increase their rice production.
