The purposes of this research were 1) to study organic rice production of Praknamdaeng Community Amphawa Samutsongkhram 2) to investigate explicit knowledge of organic rice plantation in Praknamdaeng Community and 3) to discover guidelines on promotion to grow organic rice for food security of Praknamdaeng Community. The population groups were agricultural government officials and Praknamdaeng’s farmers. The research tool was interview analyzed by content analysis. The results revealed as follows: 1) According to organic rice production of Praknamdaeng Community there were 288 hectares (1800 rais in Thai) rice-growing areas and 90 farmers’ families in villages 2 3 4 and 6. The land was full of clay not flooded and in the downstream irrigation area. The weather was humid because it was near the sea. There were many different types of rice varieties grown in Praknamdaeng Community namely; Khao Leuang Patew Chumphon Pathumthani fragrant rice RD 31 Suphan Buri 1 RD 59 RD 47 Sangyod Maung Phatthalung rice Aromatic Black (Hom–nin) rice and Riceberry rice. Rice farming process was mostly taught by villages’ ancestors or experts through learning by doing and working together. The problem of traditional rice growing was soil degradation. The organic rice cultivation in Praknamdaeng Community began in 2005. Khao Leuang Patew Chumphon the loca rice was highly grown. Nowadays 70 percentage of the land was full of GAP organic rice production. The biggest problem for the farmers in the community was drought. 2) As for the appropriate knowledge of organic rice production in Praknamdaeng Community the rice farming processes between traditional and organic rice growing were not different. In the case of organic rice production bio-chemicals were used as herbicides and pesticides but the amount of chemical substances was reduced and only used in a short period for safe. 3) Due to guidelines on promotion to grow organic rice for food security of Praknamdaeng Community there were some guidelines for the 2 groups: farmers and community. The guidelines for the farmers were 1) the pursuit of knowledge or transfer of knowledge to the farmers 2) establishing the learning center of organic rice production in the community by chemical-free cultivation 3) providing organic rice paddy demonstration plot for learning 4) preparing the local people to understand and be volunteers for organic rice cultivation 5) developing farmer organization and 6) promoting comprehensive marketing. The guidelines for the community were 1) in the aspect of the quality of life organic rice consumption has to be promoted for the local people and for food security in the future 2) in the aspect of promotion of farmer career organic rice products can be more value-added make pride and more money for the community 3) systematic community enterprise management 4) support for the networks of producers food processing and distribution of organic rice among other communities and provinces. In the aspect of food security the farmers firstly focus on farmer career stability because they consider it as one of the important careers to produce food to the society. Moreover standard qualified products and suitable demand and supply are included.

At present the electrical power system has growth and more complicate. Because of the development of the economics and society. An increasing the demand of power transmission line system would be resulted in the stability and reliability. The Flexible AC Transmission System devices: (FACTS) is the equipment which can control the flow of real power. In addition it can gladly encourage the stability and reliability of the power transmission line system. This research proposed the impact of placing power electronics device to increase stability and reliability of power system in order to study the impact of Flexible AC Transmission System devices: (FACTS) devices for the resulting to stability of power system. UPFC devices model which consisted of Static Synchronous Compensator and Static Synchronous Series Compensator that worked as independent voltage source for technique to proposed control the flow of real power and reactive power as well as voltage bus in power system. Testing Simulation power flow control of 5 buses by placing unified power flow control indicated the effective compensation of real power and reactive power in power system.

Sidecars are one kind of vehicles which Thai peoples widely use and also be useful in daily life such as a commercial carrying and transport carrying. the purpose of this project is to increase more safety of carrying and utilization by reserching and developing the stability of sidecars. This approach is to use the 3rd phases set of width adjustable (confirm with legality) is composed first series of small phases second series of midium phases and third series of large phases in order to find each phases of the differences in the stability of sidecars. At the same time this experimentation occured the Pitch angle the Yaw Angel the Resistance in riding and brake and finally the speed of sidecar. Many conclusions are to get the most suitable stability of sidecars. Based on this methodology will be the most suitable stability of sidecars which can develop and design sidecars get more efficiency and capability of carrying later. The result of the stability sidecars testing in case of no carrying was found that increase of wheeltrack directly effects the Yaw Angel increased and conversely Sideslip angle reduced. In case of carrying with passengers was found that the increase of mass directly effected on the increasingly resistance of left hand and right hand. In case of commercial carrying that was similar to the testing carrying with five passengers due to the weight distribution got near to front wheels similarly was found that the increase of wheels base directly effected on the Sideslip angle increased and conversely the Pitch angle reduced. In case of commercial carrying which reduced the speed while cornering directly effected on the Sideslip angle reduced. For the bend testing by braking with the rear brakes and 1.1 m wheel track caused the Pitch angle the Yaw Angle and the Sideslip angle was less was found that was the most suitable stability of sidecars. And conversely for the bend testing by braking with the front brakes or braking with the front and rear brakes jointly caused the Pitch angle the Yaw Angle and the Sideslip angle was more was found that is not insecurity to keep the suitable stability of sidecars.

Banana flour (BF) was to use a stabilizer in coconut milk ice-cream (CMIC) in order to add value for Thai fruit; Banana. BF was varied at 4 levels as follows; 0.1 0.3 0.5 and 0.7%. Data from various treatments were analyzed using non-parametric test with the software. Mean and standard deviation were compared using The LSD based on sig at p value < 0.05. The panelists were accepted CMIC which use BF 0.5%. The physical specifications include stickiness 705.43?6.16 cps %Overrun 47.600.11 %solubility 25.50.12 at ambient temperature for 30 min pH 5.980.02 and total soluble solid 20.50.43. The chemical specifications include %protein 1.78 %fat 6.06 %carbohydrate 18.94 %moisture 72.76 %ash 0.46 and could be stored at -20 C for 3 days. CMIC was not found microorganisms that cause food to be rotten.

The purpose of this research were 1) to study the application of sufficiency economy philosophy in business small and middle 2) to compare the sufficiency economy philosophy levels of business on economic social environment culture good governance and Balanced Scorecard 3) to compare the sufficiency economy philosophy performance among business with different grade levels. The samples were small and middle business in Bangkok and near Bangkok. The sample size with 350 answered the questionnaires with and another group with 15 business were interviewed. The research instruments were a set of questionnaire with a reliability of 0.9210 and an interview form . The data form the questionnaires were analyzed by frequency distributions percentage mean standard deviation and one way ANOVA and the data from interview form were analyzed by frequency distributions. The findings of the study were: I) Sufficiency economy philosophy application among small and middle business were high sequently form their practices as follows: economic social good governance and Balanced Scorc Card 2) Performance on sufficiency economy philosophy application in business of small and middle were significantly different at 0.05 level when comparing in different aspects. 3) Sufficiency economy philosophy performance level of business in each grade levels were not significantly different at 0.05 levels.
