The objectives of this research were 1) to create a game-based teaching media for learning about food selection among junior high school students. 2) To compare the learning achievements of lecture- based teaching with game- based teaching. And 3) to study the satisfaction of junior high school students with game- based teaching materials for learning about food selection. The sample consisted of 34 students studying in Mathayom 2 at Nawaminthrachinuthit Suankularb Wittayalai Samutprakarn School academic year 2022. The samples were selected using Cluster Random Sampling method. The instruments used in the research were the media quality assessment and student satisfaction assessment. The statistics used to analyze the data were mean standard deviation and t-test. The results of the research were as follows: 1) the creation of game-based teachingmedia for learning about food selection found that the suitability of teaching materials as a whole was of a very good quality while the content aspect was also at a very goodlevel and in terms of educational technology the quality was very good in all aspects. 2) The comparison of middle school student learning achievement after using method of lecture-based and game-based for learning in terms of buying food selection. It found out that the learning achievement after using between lecture- based and game- based were different as the statistic level of .05 which lecture-based achievement was lower than thestandard. While using game-based teaching was higher than the standard. 3) To study the satisfaction of junior high school students towards teaching media using games- based instructional media for learning about food selection it was found that the satisfaction of the learners on the teaching media in terms of content was at a good level. As for the media aspect of the game- based format it was at a very good level and the benefitsreceived from the media were at a very good level.

The purposes of this research were 1) to determine the effectiveness of multimedia teaching materials in the course of Basic Cooking Curry and Soup on the topic “Massaman Curry” for Thai Professional Certificate Program Students MSC Thai Culinary School. 2) to assess suitability and the benefits of multimedia teaching materials in the course of Basic Cooking Curry and Soup on the topic “Massaman Curry” for Thai Professional Certificate Program Students MSC Thai Culinary School and 3) to study the students satisfaction towards multimedia teaching materials in the course of Basic Cooking Curry and Soup on the topic “Massaman Curry” for Thai Professional Certificate Program Students MSC Thai Culinary School. The population is 20 students in the Thai Professional Vocational Certificate Program from MSC Thai Culinary School who registered for the Thai Professional Certificate Program at the beginning level. The research tools were multimedia teaching materials practical test appropriateness assessment form the benefits of multimedia and the satisfaction assessment form. The statistics used to analyze the data were mean and standard deviation. The results showed that 1) the effectiveness of multimedia teaching materials in the course of Basic Cooking Curry and Soup on the topic “Massaman Curry” for Thai Professional Certificate Program Students MSC Thai Culinary School. Overall the efficiency was 80.70/89.75 which was higher than the specified criteria.2) The experts have opinions on the suitability assessment and the benefits of multimedia teaching materials in the course of Basic Cooking Curry and Soup on the topic “Massaman Curry” for Thai Professional Certificate Program Students MSC Thai Culinary School Overall it was at the highest level and 3) students were satisfied with multimedia teaching materials in the course of Basic Cooking Curry and Soup on the topic “Massaman Curry” for Thai Professional Certificate Program students MSC Thai culinary school. Overall it was at the highest level.

The population of the study is that students of Home Economics Saowabha Vocational 1st year about 19. The instruments used in this research include multimedialearning assessment tests and questionnaires. The statistics used in this study include E1 / E2 average and the standard deviation. The research found that as follows: 1) students were evaluating during the study a performance fee equal to 80.68 and the assessment report. The performance was 85.74 indicating that the medium of instruction multimedia performance was in accordance with the specified criteria. 2) Student satisfaction with teaching the basics of multimedia creationThe flowers were ; 2.1) the invention of paper roses student was satisfacting the high level.The first two items in order from most to least found that the side with the highest mean score. Therefore the researcher is interested in studying the use of Thai language teaching and learning online media of Chinese learners. A questionnaire was used to collect data form Chinese Learners with Thai Major in Bangkok and Rural Areas. The results are as follow: Smart Phone is the most use device for use online media. Google translate application is the most use online media. The mostly of participants use online media for translation and interpretation. The mostly of participants choose and use their own decision after familiar with media. And the top three most common media usage problems are: First lack of concentration in online class. Second the content of Thai language teaching and learning online media is insufficient to meet expectations. Third the translation application cannot be translated correctly. From the in-depth interviews it was found that The most satisfying online Thai teaching medium is Zoom. The characteristics of Thai online teaching media that are most satisfied with the use are ease of use. And The most important factor in choosing online Thai language teaching materials is the accuracy of the information.

The purpose of this study is to develop video media and find the effectiveness of practical fruits vegetable carving and banana leaf teaching to be efficient according to the criteria 80/80 and to study the students satisfaction towards video media of practical fruits vegetable carving and banana leaf teaching. The sample group used were 35 2nd-year undergraduate students Department of Home Economics Business Administration Faculty of Home Economics Technology from the Rajamangala University of Technology. Then divided into groups to estimate assessment form was used for media quality as well as student performance assessment form and also satisfaction assessment form was used data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Inferential statistics. The results showed that video media of practical teaching fruits vegetable carving and banana leaf from 4 videos including 1. Vegetable carving 2. Fruits scooping and peeling 3. Petal folding from banana leaf and 4.Making ware from banana leaves. The overall media quality in terms of content is very good with an average score of 4.80 and a standards deviation of 0.18 The overall video quality is in very good condition an average score of 4.62 and a standards deviation of 0.42 which is effective 81.57/89.55 every performance exceeds the threshold which performs above the set regulative specified criteria of 80/80 the students satisfaction towards video media of practical teaching fruits vegetable carving and banana leaf overall all subjects were in the highest criteria with an average of 4.72 and standards deviation 0.48
