The purposes of this research were : 1) to study the level of internal organization factors and the level of total quality management of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon; and 2) to study the influence of internal organization factors that affect affecting the total quality management of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. This was a quantitative research which its samples group was consisted of 277 Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon employees. Data were collected through questionnaire and analyzed by frequency percentage mean standard deviation Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient and multiple regression analysis. The results were found that : 1) the total of internal organization factors and the total quality management of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon were at the high level ; 2) six factors of internal organization factors that affect the total quality management of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon which are style shared values system staff structure and strategy. These factors could explain 84% of variance to total quality management at RMUTP predict the total quality management.

The new management techniques such as Total Quality Management and Lean Management are introduced to the organization for achieving its new mission. The objective of this research is to study the goal and direction of creating students at a bachelor degree level to blend in and go along with the planned strategy of the Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon as well as the national plan and national education plan. To research the managing problems at the present time. This research is both a quality and quantity research (Triangulation) Using the Content Analysis method and the Survey Research method. The sample groups are part of the planned strategy of the Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (2005-2010) and the University staff which consists of 324.
