This research was to develop the handbook for training conference seminar and study trip of the faculty of Home Economics Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The samples were 100 officers the faculty of Home Economics Technology. Data collection were from study the regulations of the Ministry of Finance and the regulation of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon the interview and questionnaires of the appropriateness of the handbook. Descriptive statistics that are frequency percentage mean and standard deviation was used for data analysis. The result of this study found that: 1. The way of the handbook development for personnel operation in which training conference seminar and study trip of the faculty of Home Economics Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon that should accelerate were the development operation handbook of the process and procedure of the participation conference seminar and study trip both participate inside and outside the department and connect with the human resource management of the university. 2. The result of the appropriateness of the handbook for the participation conference seminar and study trip was appropriateness. The user satisfied the handbook in the high level (𝑥= = 4.13 S.D. = .694) and followed with 4 categories that are the accuracy the appropriateness the possibility and the usefulness in the high level.

The objectives of this research were to study the personal and investment factors affecting decision making for investing in the provident funds of employees at Conference Solution Company Limiteds and its Subsidiaries’ Staffs. The population consisted of 191 staffs from Conference Solution Company Limiteds and Subsidiaries. The research instrument was a questionnaire with using the descriptive statistics Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and Binary Logistic Regression Analysis to test the hypotheses. The results of the study found that Education Income per month work the risk of investment knowledge of fund and the economy influencing the decision making to select to invest in the provident fund of the Conference Solution Company Limiteds and Subsidiaries.’ staffs at the statistically 0.05 Significant level.

The present study aims to examine individual factors that cause difference in perceptions of academic contents presented in conference posters and graphic design factors that affect attraction and comprehension of academic information. Both graphic desing factors and individual factors were tested to draw a set of guideline for appropriate poster and to propose fonmns of conference posters that can attract viewers and convey academic content. Data were collected from the Thailand Research Symposium Expo 2010 hosted by the National Research committee. A team of research assistant had observed behaviors of 197 samples and 45 posters. Results showed 14 communicative factors and graphical design attributes that affect affraction-informal text tvpe formal text type black tect on color background color text on white background transparent text density of content one-column format large picturt color picture graphic picture line graph diagram text below picture and light color background. The research also found that communicative factors and graphic design caused caused certain behavior the sample group. These results could provide useful guideline for future academic poster designs.
