The objectives of this research were : 1) study the management of academic affairs of private elementary Sarasas Affiliated Schools in Bangkok Area 2) to study the effectiveness of the enhancement of the twelve principal values of Thai people according to the policy of National Committee for Peace and Order of private elementary Sarasas Affiliated Schools in Bangkok area and 3) study the relationship between the management of academic affairs and the effectiveness of the enhancement of the twelve principal values of Thai people according to the policy of National Committee for Peace and Order of private elementary Sarasas Affiliated Schools in Bangkok area. The research sample was composed of 421 school administrators and educational personnels selected through the simple random method. The research instrument was a rating-scale questionnaire. The data were analysed for percentage mean standard deviation and Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The research indicated that: 1) the management of academic affairs of private elementary Sarasas Affiliated Schools in Bangkok area as a whole was at high level; 2) the effectiveness of the enhancement of the twelve principal values of Thai people according to the policy of National Committee for Peace and Order of private elementary Sarasas Affiliated Schools in Bangkok area as a whole was at high level; and 3) the relationship between the enhancement of the twelve principal values of Thai People according to the policy of National Committee for Peace and Order and the management of academic affairs of private elementary Sarasas Affiliated Schools in Bangkok area was in the highly positive direction at the significance level of .01.

The objectives of this research were to study: 1) the participative educational administration of foundation education schools under Elementary Education Office Samut Prakarn Area 1 2) the academic affairs effectiveness of foundation education schools under Elementary Education Office Samut Prakarn Area 1 3) the relationship between participative educational administration and academic affairs effectiveness of foundation education schools under Elementary Education Office Samut Prakarn Area 1. The sample were 315 administrators and teachers under Elementary Education Office Samut Prakarn Area 1 by system random sampling method. The instrument was a questionnaire asking about participative educational administration and academic affairs effectiveness of foundation education schools. The statistics for data analysis were frequency percentage mean standard deviation and Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The research results revealed that: 1) the participative educational administration of foundation education schools under Elementary Education Office Samut Prakarn Area 1 as a whole was at moderate level. Considering by aspects found that they were at moderate level; 2) academic affairs effectiveness of foundation education schools under Elementary Education Office Samut Prakarn Area 1 as a whole was at moderate level; 3. the relationship between participative educational administration and academic affairs effectiveness of foundation education schools under Elementary Education Office Samut Prakarn Area 1 as a whole and by aspects were positive at .01 level of significance.

This research was aimed to 1) study the influence of transformational leadership and 2) to investigate the communication styles towards teamwork of academic employees at Aksorn Charoenthat Company Limited. This is descriptive research collecting data through a questionnaire constructed from reviewing relevant documents. 142 Aksorn Charoenthat Company Limited employees responded to the five-scale questionnaire divided into 4 parts with the total of 52 items. The collected data were statistically analyzed by percentage mean (μ) standard deviation (σ 2) multiple regression analysis to test multiple linear regression and Pearson Correlation Coefficients. The results of the hypothesis test on the influence of transformational leadership and communication styles towards teamwork of academic employees at Aksorn Charoenthat Company Limited showed that (1) the correlation coefficient analysis between the leadership and the teamwork were positively related and statistically significant at .01 level; (2) the correlation coefficient analysis between the communication styles with the teamwork of Aksorn Charoenthat Company Limited employees was positively and statistically significant at .01; and (3) the transformational leadership and communication styles influenced the teamwork of Aksorn Charoenthat Company Limited employees statistically significant at .05 (R = .724) and (R = .668).

This research is aimed to study the conditions and obstacles of academic work productivity the knowedge and understanding of rules and regulations to achieve academic position the opinions on the academic work productivity and the need to support the academic work productivity of the lecturers of the Faculty of Liberal Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. It is a descriptive research. The research instrument is questionaire. The population are 73 lecturers from the Faculty of Liberal Arts. The statistics used in this research were percentage average mean and t-test. The results were as follows: 1. LecturersBackground : most lecturers are female44.5 year of age in averagemarried having instructor status holding Masters degree and training on academic works for 1.9 times a year. As for the type of their works they are instructional documents which have been done by themselves. 2. In term of knowledge and understanding of rules and regulations in achieving academic position: most of the lecturers of the Faculty of Liberal Arts understand the rules and regulations at the point of 11-15. The average point is 11.72. 3. The attitude for the academic work: the reason for acadenic work productivity is the need to study by themselves. The reason why they do not want to make an academic work is lack of motivation. 4. The obstacles in making the academic work: they were engaged with other works. 5. As for the need to be supported in making the academic work the lecturers required the Faculty to provide them with various means of communications such as the announcement newsletter website Circular letter with x = 4.60. 6. T-test result was found that different sex has different obstaclest at .05 level. The obstacles which are statistically different at 0.05 are overloaded works and lack of facilities.

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the school academic administration of Rajamangala University of Technology Isan 2) to study the correlation between the administrative factors of school academic administration and the university academic administration of Rajamangala University of Technology Isan 3) to study Factors Effecting on the Administration of Academic Affairs of Rajamangala University of Technology Isan 4) to analyze the multiple regression of Factors Effecting on the Administration of Academic Affairs of Rajamangala University of Technology Isan. The sample groups were Teachers and Administrator in Rajamangala University of Technology Isan. The sample groups were 402 Teachers and Administrators selected through Simple Sampling. The research instrument was a 5 level-rating scales questionnaire with the reliabilities of part 2 and 3 were 0.89 and 0.91 respectively. The statistical Techniques employed in data analysis were percentage mean standard deviation Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient and Enter and stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis by using the Computer program. The results were as follows 1. A whole and each part of the University academic administration of Rajamangala University of Technology Isan were high level. 2. The positive relationship of the administrative factors and the school academic administration of Rajamangala University of Technology Isan were high level and significantly at 0.05 3. A whole factors and each part of the academic administration of Rajamangala University of Technology Isan were high level. 4. For the forecast of best factor Enter and stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis it was found that the budget management(x5) characteristics of teachers(x2) University atmosphere(x6) the relationship between University and community (x3) Performance of administrator(x1) and the readiness of University of administration at 0.05 level significance (x4). If showed a stepwise Multiple Regression (R) of 0.80 finally the forecast for the University academic administration was at 64.40 percent.
