The purposes of this research were to study the education model and express the guidelines of education management of work-integrated learning (WiL) for tourism industry model. The research method was used by quantitative approach and qualitative approach by studying relevant approaches and theories including the synthesis of documents and researches. Data were collected by questionnaires in-depth interview and group discussion with target persons who are from academic institution business sectors and organization profession of tourism industry. The research findings showed as follows. First the highest level of learners’ work experience benefits and challenge of work-integrated learning (WiL) is to prepare the learners for work in the future. Secondly the key success factor of education management of work-integrated learning for tourism industry is to establish in education cooperation among academic institution business sectors and organization profession of tourism industry. In the part of the essence of educational cooperation is to develop the curriculum program together by providing the opportunity for learners to practice and work in business sectors in accordance with the authentic learning method and the authentic assessment as well. Moreover there should be sharing the experiential learning among instructors learners and experts from business sectors and organization profession of tourism industry to develop the appropriate and modern education management of work-integrated learning (WiL) for tourism industry model.

The purpose of this research was to study the direction of education management in textile and fashion design: education management concepts which effect to labor market (Target Market) with toward industry 4.0 for sustainability which was studied by industrial textile and fashion design faculty Rajamangala Phra-nakhon University of Technology. The sample of this result was used of graduate students manufacturing entrepreneur and lecturer. The research tools were used questionnaires assessment and data analysis by SPSS for window and Microsoft Excel frequency percentage mean and standard deviation were used to analyze the obtained data. The results of the study showed about direction of education management in textile and fashion design: education management concepts which effect to labor market (Target Market) with toward industry 4.0 for sustainability that most of the respondents were graduate students had concerned about the relationship and responsibility as priority which the opinion scored as highest as X ̅ = 4.19 and their Ethics scored as X ̅ = 4.03 The manufacturing and entrepreneur scored high for almost topic; cognitive skills domain scored as( X) ̅ = 4.00 psychomotor domain scored as X ̅= 3.92 knowledge domain scored as( X) ̅ = 3.63 and relationship and responsibility domain scored as X ̅ = 3.59. But the scored of numerical analysis communication and information as medium as X ̅ = 2.83 the lecturer were most concentration about psychomotor domain as scored as X ̅= 4.03 which was the most popular the others domain was high scored; Ethics domain was scored asX ̅ =3.88 knowledge domain was scored as X ̅= 3.80 Relationship and responsibility domain scored as (X ̅ = 3.70) cognitive skills domain scored as (X ̅ = 3.54).

The objectives of this research were 1) to study problem of joint learning for children with learning disabilities and 2) to develop a joint learning management model for children with learning disabilities. This study used a sample group of 74 school administrators 87 teachers and 46 supervisors. Data were collected by questionnaire and analyzed for t-test mean and standard deviation (S.D.). Results revealed that firstly concerning the joint learning management model for children with learning disabilities overall operational condition and need for development were in high level. Considered by item it was found that financial management and procurement were in high level. Secondly comparison of operational condition and need for development in joint learning management for children with learning disabilities between overall results and itemized results was significantly different at the level of .01. Thirdly the joint learning management model for children with learning disabilities consisted of 7 areas: 1) academic administration; 2) management process; 3) Knowledge management; 4) organizational structure and personnel; 5) human resource management; 6) general administration; and 7) financial and procurement management.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีต่อการจัดการศึกษาในมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร จำแนกตามตัวแปรเพศ คณะที่ศึกษาอยู่ และผลการศึกษาเฉลี่ยสะสม ใน 5 ด้าน คือ ด้านความต้องการทางกาย ด้านความมั่นคงปลอดภัย ด้านการยอมรับจากสังคมและได้รับการยกย่องนับถือ ด้านความรู้ความเข้าใจ และด้านสุนทรียภาพ โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างคือนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนครทั้ง 9 คณะ ในภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2553 เครื่องที่ผู้วิจัยใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลครั้งนี้ เป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วน ประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ คะแนนเฉลี่ย ความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่า t-test และ ONE WAY ANOVA ใช้วิธีการเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยรายคู่ โดยใช้วิธี Fisher’s Least Significant Difference (LSD) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีต่อการจัดการศึกษาในมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร โดยภาพรวม มีความต้องการอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยความพึงพอใจสูงกว่าด้านอื่น ๆ ได้แก่ ด้านการยอมรับจากสังคมและได้รับการย่องนับถือ รองลงมาคือด้านความรู้ความเข้าใจ ด้านความมั่นคงปลอดภัย ด้านความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดการศึกษาน้อยกว่าด้านอื่น ๆ ได้แก่ ด้านความมีสุนทรียภาพ การเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีต่อการจัดการศึกษาในมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร จำแนกตามตัวแปรเพศโดยภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ด้านความต้องการทางกาย และด้านความมีสุนทรียภาพมีความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดการศึกษาแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 จำแนกตามคณะที่ศึกษาโดยภาพรวมและตามคณะแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และจำแนกตามผลการศึกษาเฉลี่ยสะสม โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

The objective of this research is to study the goal and direction of creating students at a bachelor degree level to blend in and go along with the planned strategy of the Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon as well as the national plan and national education plan. To research the managing problems at the present time. This research is both a quality and quantity research (Triangulation) Using the Content Analysis method and the Survey Research method. The sample groups are part of the planned strategy of the Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (2005-2010) and the University staff which consists of 324. Results present in the form of a bar graph a descriptive percentage and chi-square table using SPSS program to compile. The level of significance is .05.
