The objectives of the study were to develop online article submission system of the Journal of Mass Communication Technology RMUTP and assess the appropriateness of then online article submission system of the Journal of Mass Communication Technology RMUTP. The program used to develop online article submission system using WordPress. The data was collected from a sample of 30 users who was evaluation the system. Data was analyzed by mean and standard deviation (S.D.). The results showed as follows: online article submission system of the Journal of Mass Communication Technology RMUTP was appropriate at a high level.

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the school academic administration of Rajamangala University of Technology Isan 2) to study the correlation between the administrative factors of school academic administration and the university academic administration of Rajamangala University of Technology Isan 3) to study Factors Effecting on the Administration of Academic Affairs of Rajamangala University of Technology Isan 4) to analyze the multiple regression of Factors Effecting on the Administration of Academic Affairs of Rajamangala University of Technology Isan. The sample groups were Teachers and Administrator in Rajamangala University of Technology Isan. The sample groups were 402 Teachers and Administrators selected through Simple Sampling. The research instrument was a 5 level-rating scales questionnaire with the reliabilities of part 2 and 3 were 0.89 and 0.91 respectively. The statistical Techniques employed in data analysis were percentage mean standard deviation Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient and Enter and stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis by using the Computer program. The results were as follows 1. A whole and each part of the University academic administration of Rajamangala University of Technology Isan were high level. 2. The positive relationship of the administrative factors and the school academic administration of Rajamangala University of Technology Isan were high level and significantly at 0.05 3. A whole factors and each part of the academic administration of Rajamangala University of Technology Isan were high level. 4. For the forecast of best factor Enter and stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis it was found that the budget management(x5) characteristics of teachers(x2) University atmosphere(x6) the relationship between University and community (x3) Performance of administrator(x1) and the readiness of University of administration at 0.05 level significance (x4). If showed a stepwise Multiple Regression (R) of 0.80 finally the forecast for the University academic administration was at 64.40 percent. The forecast equations for the University academic administration were as follows: Equation of raw score: Y^ = 0.121+0.234(x5) +0.228(x2)0.113(x6) +0.134(x3) +0.136(x1) +0.112(x4) Equation of standard score: Z^ = 0.297(x5) +0.187(x2) +0.160(x6) +0.163(x3) +0.139(x1) +0.133(x4)

The purposes of this research were as follows : 1) to construct and find an efficiency of classroom action research on academic work development for teachers in Surin province as the 80/80 standardized criterion efficiency 2)to find the effectiveness index of classroom action research on academic work development for teachers in surin province 3)to compare pre-test scores and post-test score all lessons 4)to study the satisfaction of teachers after they join the class 5)to find the retention of the teachers after join the class in two weeks. The sixty teachers were area or simple random sampling selected from teachers on surin province this research conducted duringthe first semester academic year 2011-2012. 1) An efficiency of classroom action research on academic work development for teachers is surin province was 82.19/81.92 which higher than the 80/80 standardized criterion efficiency.2) The effectiveness index of classroom action research on academic work development for teachers in surin province was 0.7145.3) The results of the comparisons of pre-test scores and post-test scores all lessons were significantly different at 0.05.4)The results of the satisfaction of teachers among a classroom action research on academic work development for teachers among a classroom action research on academic work development for teachers in surin province was found to be a high Level(x=4.27).5) The retention of the teachers after join the class in two week was no significantly different at 0.05.

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน ปัจจัยด้านสภาพทั่วไปของนักศึกษา และปัจจัยด้านสภาพแวดล้อมทางการศึกษา ได้แก่ ด้านผู้เรียน การสนับสนุน ทางสังคม ด้านอุปกรณ์และสถานที่ และด้านหลักสูตร เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนสาขาวิชาการบัญชี จำแนกตามสภาพทั่วไปของนักศึกษา และศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยด้านผู้เรียนการสนับสนุนทางสังคม ด้านอุปกรณ์และสถานที่ และด้านหลักสูตร กับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักศึกษา สาขาวิชาการบัญชี คณะบริหารธุรกิจ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร ปีการศึกษา 2551 จำนวน 218 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามปัจจัยด้านสภาพทั่วไปของนักศึกษา และปัจจัยด้านสภาพแวดล้อมทางการศึกษา สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน t-test F-test และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน กำหนดระดับ นัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

The purpose of this study was to expectation toward academic and student personnel services of student in Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The subject was randomly selected from the undergraduate student of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon in the academic year 2007 by using the simple random sampling technique about 350 students. The instruments used in this study were questionnaires on the expectation toward academic and student personnel services. It was divided into eight sections that Curriculum and Teaching Learning process Assessment and Evaluation Academic environment and Library Food services Health services Financial aid Guidance and Counseling Extracurricular activities. The study found out that the students had the most expectation to Academic environment and Library. The second was Assessment and Evaluation. The third was financial aid. And the last was Guidance and Counseling. Exception there was no significant difference between the attitude of the students whose home town in Bangkok and in the rural area toward the expectation for academic and student personnel services.
