The purposes of this research were: 1) to develop web-based instruction (WBI) on CAI course using project-based learning technique; 2) to evaluate if the WBI meets an 80/80 efficiency criterion; 3) to compare the students’ learning achievements by pre-test and post-test; and 4) to examine student satisfaction towards the WBI. The sampling group selected by purposive sampling was 30 grade 12 students who registered in the 2nd semester of academic year 2012 at Sarasas Witaed Bangbon School. The research instruments consisted of ten units of WBI; a learning achievement test administered before and after the instruction; and the evaluation form of the student projects. The statistical tests employed to verify the efficiency of the WBI were the E1/E2 efficiency index and t-test. The result of this research found that the efficiency of WBI was 84.56/82.33 which was higher than standard criterion 80/80. There was significantly higher learning achievement of the students in the post-test than in the pre-test at .05 levels. The learners’ opinion after using the WBI was very satisfactory.

The purposes of this research were: 1) to develop Web-Based Instruction (WBI) on “Kingdom of Ayutthaya and Kingdom of Thonburi”กusing student team achievement division technique; 2) to evaluate if the WBI meets an 80/80 efficiency criterion; 3) to compare the students’ learning achievements by pre-test and post-test; and 4) to examine student satisfaction towards the WBI. The sampling group selected by purposive sampling was 25 primary education (grade 5) students in the second semester of academic year 2012 at Wattrithosathep school in Phra Nakhon district Bangkok. The research instruments consisted of two unit of WBI; a learning achievement test administered before and after the learning; and the evaluation form of the student performance. The statistical tests employed to verify the efficiency of the WBI were the E1/E2 efficiency index and t-test. The research result revealed that the efficiency of the developed web-based instruction (WBI) was 84.00/82.80 which was higher than standard criterion 80/80 and comparative of student’s achievement it was found that the student achieved learning progress significantly level of .05. Finally it was found that the learners opinion after using the developed web-based instruction (WBI) was very satisfactory.

การวิจัยเรื่ององค์ประกอบที่มีผลต่อการใช้งานระบบ E-Learning ของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบที่มีผลต่อการใช้งานระบบ E-Learning ของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร และศึกษาลักษณะของตัวประกอบสำคัญที่มีต่อการใช้งานระบบ E-Learning ของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นอาจารย์และนักศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร ทั้ง 9 คณะ โดยแบ่งเป็นอาจารย์ จำนวน 226 คน และนักศึกษา จำนวน 300 คน ซึ่งกำหนดขนาดตัวอย่างตาราง Krejcie&Morgan ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การประเมินตัวแปรรายข้อเกี่ยวกับองค์ประกอบที่มีผลต่อการใช้งานระบบ E-Learning ของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร ตัวแปรทั้งหมด 20 ตัวแปร มีค่าเฉลี่ยระหว่าง 6.10 – 6.04 และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานระหว่าง 0.67 – 0.66 แสดงว่าตัวแปรมีผลต่อการใช้งานระบบ E-Learning ของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนครอยู่ในระดับมาก และแต่ละตัวแปรมีการกระจายของข้อมูล ที่แตกต่างกันมาก 2. การวิเคราะห์ตัวแปรที่สำคัญเกี่ยวกับองค์ประกอบที่มีผลต่อการใช้งานระบบ E-Learning ของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร 1. คุณลักษณะเฉพาะของระบบ 2. การบริหารจัดการการเรียน 3. การส่งเสริมความรู้ 4. เนื้อหาของบทเรียน 5. ความสามารถของคอมพิวเตอร์ 6. การติดต่อสื่อสาร 7. การพัฒนาสื่อมัลติมีเดีย ผลของการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลพบว่า ตัวแปรอิสระหรือตัวพยากรณ์ทั้ง 7 องค์ประกอบดังกล่าว มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อการใช้งานระบบ E-Learning ของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร ระหว่าง 2.69–1.33 ซึ่งมีค่าสัมพันธ์กันในระดับสูง โดยทั้ง 7 องค์ประกอบ มีอำนาจการพยากรณ์ร่วมกันได้ร้อยละ 44 และมีความคลาดเคลื่อนของการพยากรณ์ (Error) เท่ากับ 11.11 จากนั้นนำค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ที่ได้จากการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบนี้ไปสร้างเป็นสมการขององค์ประกอบมาตรฐานทั้ง 7 องค์ประกอบ

The purposes of the research were to create and efficiency validation of computer Assisted for the courses of practiced to reading Creating and Evaluating the Effectiveness of Computer Assisted Instruction Program Subject Manufacturing Processes Chapter 5-8. based standard 90/90 and analyses the leaning achievement of the student after by using computer assisted instruction . The subjects in the study were 25 first year. Diploma students enrolled in Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The Researcher using the experiment by let the students do until test before class And then study by using computer assisted instruction focused on practiced to basic turning . After that let students do the unit test again at the class and calculate to find out the efficiency of the computer assisted instruction. And analyzed the learning achievement of students after study. The research result revealed that the efficiency of the computer assisted Instruction was efficient in standard 90/90 Moreover after learning achievement at significant level of 0.05.
