The purposes of this research were: 1) to study the effectiveness of customer relationship management influence the customer trust on service quality on private vehicle inspection service in Phra Nakorn Si Ayutthaya 2) to study the customer loyalty influence the customer trust on service quality on private vehicle inspection service in Phra Nakorn Si Ayutthaya. 3) to study the effectiveness of customer relationship management influence the customer loyalty on private vehicle inspection service in Phra Nakorn Si Ayutthaya. The samples in this study were 325 Banpan private vehicle inspection service’s customers in Sena district Phra Nakorn Si Ayutthaya province. The data were analyzed by using frequency percentage mean standard deviation and Multiple Regression Analysis. The results found that the opinion levels on effectiveness of customer relationship management in overall and each aspect was found that the customer engagement customer hearing customer suggestion customer retention and customer prospecting were at the high level. The opinions level toward the customer trust on service quality was found at highest level in overall. The opinions level toward the customer loyalty was found at high level in overall. The result of hypothesis test found that the effectiveness of customer relationship management in customer suggestion customer retention and customer prospecting were influenced the customer trust on service quality. However the customer engagement and customer hearing were not influenced the customer trust on service quality. The customer trust on service quality were influenced the customer loyalty. The effectiveness of customer relationship management in customer engagement customer suggestion customer retention and customer prospecting were influenced the customer loyalty however the customer hearing were not influenced the customer loyalty.

In FinFET-based VLSI designs heat issues from increase of driving current with temperature and self-heating effect profoundly influence the circuit performance and reliability. This work evaluates the performance of FinFET-based combinational circuits considering BTI stress and thermal effect of supply voltage and frequency variations. The proposed simulation framework is applied to selected benchmark circuits implemented with the 14-nm tri-gate bulk FinFET technology. The experimental results reveal that as temperature increases BTI aging delay increasingly worsens yet it is overridden by performance gain from the increase in driving current. We also prove that BTI degradation is dependent on power supply and frequency through their thermal impacts. Further we introduce a DVFS based power reduction approach that scales down the supply voltage of hot circuits to maintain the performance. The results show that power reduction yielded from the proposed technique is larger for all circuits working at higher ambient temperature (as large as 66% in some experimental circuits working at 20 oC above the baseline ambient temperature) with a slight decrease in BTI degradation.

งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการศึกษาและออกแบบที่นอนสำหรับเด็กที่มีความบกพร่องทางสติปัญญา ประเภทดาวน์ซินโดรม และเพื่อเอื้ออำนวยความสะดวกสบายในการใช้งาน โดยมีวิธีการศึกษาจากการทดสอบการเปรียบเทียบระดับความคิดเห็นของครู/ผู้ปกครอง/พี่ เลี้ยง ที่มีต่อที่นอนและอุปกรณ์อื่นๆ แบบเดิม และที่นอนและอุปกรณ์อื่นๆ ต้นแบบที่พัฒนา โดย แยกกลุ่มตัวอย่างทดลอง 2 กลุ่มๆ ละ 1 วิธี และให้ครู/ผู้ปกครอง/พี่เลี้ยง เป็นผู้ประเมินใน แบบทดสอบ นำผลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์หาข้อสรุป วิเคราะห์ และเสนอแนะ ผลการวิจัยได้ทำการศึกษา และวิเคราะห์หาข้อสรุปการพัฒนาที่นอน สำหรับเด็กที่มีความ บกพร่องทางสติปัญญา ประเภทดาวน์ซินโดรม พบว่า เมื่อเปรียบเทียบระหว่างที่นอนและอุปกรณ์ อื่นๆ แบบเดิม และที่นอนและอุปกรณ์อื่นๆ ต้นแบบที่พัฒนากับเด็กกลุ่มอาการดาวน์ซินโดรม พบว่า การเรียนทั้ง 2 วิธี มีผลแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ 0.05 ทุกรายข้อและในภาพรวม ครู/ผู้ปกครอง/พี่เลี้ยง มีความคิดเห็นว่า พฤติกรรมการใช้ที่นอนและอุปกรณ์อื่นๆ ต้นแบบที่ พัฒนาเพื่อช่วยให้ผู้นอนสามารถนอนหลับพักผ่อนได้อย่างสะดวกสบาย โดยเฉพาะการใช้งานที่ สามารถถอดซักได้เมื่อฉี่ ที่นอนมีขนาดสัดส่วนที่เหมาะสม และเมื่อใช้งานสามารถช่วยลดอาการ อ่อนเพลีย หลับไม่เต็มที่ เนื่องจากอาการตื่น ผวา ขึ้นกลางดึก ระดับมากที่สุดตามลำดับ

This independent study was aimed to 1) explore the users’ demographic characteristics 2) level of perception of service quality and 3) comparison of demographic characteristics differences of the perceived service quality at Hua Chiew Thai – Chinese traditional Thai medication. The samples used in the research were 400 service users of Hua Chiew Thai – Chinese traditional Thai medication. The questionnaire was applied for the data collection. The statistics used for data analysis were descriptive statistics including frequency percentage mean standard deviation t-test F-test and the analysis of One-Way ANOVA. When the statistical significance. 0.05 was found multiple comparison test using Scheffes method was applied. The study results revealed that the users who differed in terms of demographic characteristics education level and marital status perceived the overall service quality differently.
