งานวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาอัตราส่วนซูคราโลสทดแทนน้ำตาลทรายในการผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์ น้ำหวานเข้มข้นจากกระเจี๊ยบแดง ศึกษาปริมาณสารสกัดไคโตซานที่เหมาะสมในการยืดอายุการเก็บรักษา ผลิตภัณฑ์น้ำหวานเข้มข้นจากกระเจี๊ยบแดง และศึกษาการยอมรับของผู้บริโภคที่มีต่อการใช้สารสกัด ไคโตซานในการยืดอายุการเก็บรักษาผลิตภัณฑ์น้ำหวานเข้มข้นจากกระเจี๊ยบแดง จากผลการประเมิน คุณภาพทางประสาทสัมผัสผู้ทดสอบชิม 50 คน พบว่า อัตราส่วนซูคราโลสทดแทนน้ำตาลทราย ที่ อัตราส่วน 100 : 0 ผู้ทดสอบให้คะแนนทดสอบชิมคะแนนความชอบเฉลี่ยสูงสุดในด้านกลิ่นรส รสชาติ และ ความชอบโดยรวม เฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับชอบปานกลาง ค่าความเป็นกรด-ด่าง (pH) มีค่าเท่ากับ 3.00±0.01 และปริมาณแอนโทไซยานิน มีค่าเท่ากับ 0.60±0.02 ศึกษาปริมาณสารสกัดไคโคซานที่เหมาะสมในการยืด อายุน้ำหวานเข้มข้นจากกระเจี๊ยบแดง พบว่าสารสกัดไคโตซาน 0.09% ของปริมาณส่วนผสมทั้งหมด สามารถเก็บรักษาได้เป็นเวลานาน 3 สัปดาห์ โดยมีจำนวนจุลินทรีย์ทั้งหมด และจำนวนยีสต์ รา ไม่เกินตาม มาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์ชุมชน และกรมวิทยาศาสตร์การแพทย์กำหนด ศึกษาผลการยอมรับของผู้บริโภคที่มีต่อ การใช้สารสกัดไคโตซานในการยืดอายุการเก็บรักษาผลิตภัณฑ์น้ำหวานเข้มข้นจากกระเจี๊ยบแดง ผู้บริโภค ให้การยอมรับผลิตภัณฑ์น้ำหวานเข้มข้นจากกระเจี๊ยบแดงโดยใช้สารให้ความหวานจากหญ้าหวานกับ ซูคราโลสโดยใช้สารสกัดไคโตซานจากเปลืองกุ้งในการยืดอายุการเก็บรักษา 99% และสนใจซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ 59%

This research is a Qualitative Research in the form of Case Study which aims to analyze learning activities and learning activities model to improve the life quality of the elderly by using schools as a base. This focuses on collecting data from indepthinterviews individually from 15 major informants including group discussionswith related 12 representatives from elderly schools who are the master and haveoutstanding learning activities. The elderly schools include the Elderly School of Plubplachai Sub-district U Thong District Suphan Buri Province the Elderly School of Tumbon Nonglan Tamaga District Kanchanaburi Province and the Elderly School of Yannawa District Bangkok. In addition observation and field notes are used in collecting data. The data was analyzed by using content analysis and occurring phenomena descriptive analysis The results indicated that things to consider about learning activities for improving the quality of life of the elderly by using schools as a base include (1) the background of the elderly school (2) Purpose or intention of learning management (3) the elderly school learning content or curriculum (4) Process patterns or methods of learning management (5) Assessment or impact. These are diverse under the concept of establishing an elderly school and the learning activities are organized by the interests of the elderly and those activities are important for their livelihood. There are 2 characteristics of the learning activity model for improving the quality of life of the elderly which are (1) It is a learning activity model with institution curriculum and lessons. The activity is an activity that encourages networks in community to be speakers to transfer knowledge or lecture and practice via various learning tools. (2 ) It is a learning activity model of the villagers. It is an alternativeactivity for learners. It is an empirical learning model that is demonstrated and then acted such as career development activities ones own well-being activities and other activities. Moreover there are other learning activity models i.e. (1) It is a learning activity model based on what should be known about current lifestyle and world society. (2) It is a learning activity model based on what must be known about benefits and protection. (3) It is a learning activity model based on curious things which response to learning needs based on learners life and cultural basis of the local community. The result of this research is to be a guideline in order to promote operations and enhance the potential of the elderly that are suitable to the context of the area group and expand the learning management by using the elderly school as a base.

The purpose of this research was to study the development of the office of accounting professional services in Thailand with the concept of intellectual capital towards the ASEAN Economic Community. The quality accounting offices were research samples which were representative of quality accounting offices in Thailand that can continue to perform professionally and successfully. Which found that quality accounting offices had applied the concept of intellectual capital It consists of 4 components namely human capital social capital structural capital and spiritual capital. They applied to the operation and management of the quality accounting office If the accounting firms in Thailand have applied the intellectual capital to their accounting firm they will be able to succeed in the accounting profession as well. Therefore based on this research the model for the development of the Office of Professional Accounting offices in Thailand is based on the idea of intellectual capital.

Oil spills in every household caused by cooking are difficult to eliminate when accumulating for a long time. In this study the researchers aimed to develop the remaining coffee grounds for oil absorption. From 2 coffee ground samples types A and B obtained from different coffee shop & coffee grounds type A demonstrated more effective in absorbing vegetable oil. The sample A was thus treated with hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) solution at the concentration of 0.5 1 3 33 50 80 and 100 percentages for 30 minutes and determined for the efficiency in oil elimination. The sample with at least 80 % (v/v) H2O2 showed the most effectiveness in absorbing oil. The coffee grounds that were later treated with pineapple juice fermented Kefir could help increase coffee ground degradation at 51.07 percentages. The Kefir treated coffee grounds packed in an absorbent bag revealed higher effectiveness in oil absorption at least 51.07 percentages compared to the controls that were cotton bag and coffee a harboring at the percentages of 73.85 and 30.04 respectively. This coffee ground bag after thrown into the ground could be decomposed in nature for 52 percentages within 1 month. Due to the oil elimination properties of the coffee grounds that are environmentally and human friendly as well as low cost it is possible to develop the kefir treated coffee grounds for being oil-absorbing products that can come in contact with human skin.

This special project has purposes to 1) To study factors that inspire people to cosplay 2) To create the book and e-book of cosplay inspiration 3) To study people’s satisfaction over the book and e-book of cosplay inspiration and applying the working method for the future use. From this study we found factors that inspire people to cosplay which are 1) watching cartoons and playing video games 2) other people’s persuasion to cosplay with them 3) studying from other Thai and foreign cosplayers 4) joining cosplay activity and other factors. From the survey of satisfaction that we analyzed statistically we found that readers have high satisfaction rate with the average 4.76 (SD=0.57).
