The purposes of the study on influence of motivational factors towards on organizational loyalty and performance of operational personnel in health science group in an autonomous university were to 1) study the influence of motivational factors on organizational loyalty among operational personnel and 2) to study the influence of motivational factors on the performance of operational personnel. The questionnaire was applied for data collection with the reliability acquired through Alpha Coefficient of 0.982 which was used to tryout with 30 people and collect data from 124 operational staff in health science group in a state-run university located at Chulapat building (source: Office of Personnel of Faculty of Allied Health Sciences Faculty of Nursing Faculty of Nursing and Faculty of Sports Science January 31 2017). This research is a descriptive research. The data obtained from the researchers questionnaire was analyzed by statistical analysis program including percentage analysis is used to analyze the individual factors mean used for interpreting various data and standard deviation to interpret data in various areas and multiple linear regression for testing the hypothesis as well as Pearson correlation. The research revealed that the hypothesis testing on motivational factors towards organizational loyalty and work performance of operational personnel in health science group in an autonomous university included 1 ) work success 2) work progress 3) acceptance 4) responsibilities and 5) job description while supporting factors included 1) salaries 2) advancement opportunities 3) relationships with others 4) status 5) policy and administration 6) work environment 7) work security and safety which influenced on organizational loyalty and performance of operating personnel in health science group at the 0.05 level of significance. The purpose of this research was to investigate cooling water profile that effect to coefficient of performance of spilt type air- conditioning system. Air conditioner size of 12000 Btu/h was used in this experiment. There are three experiment of cooling water profiles in this work such as water spray water drop and heat exchanger profile. The ambient temperature conditions were controlled at 35 40 43 and 45 oC. The results of this study were found that heat exchanger profile had the highest average coefficient of performance and energy efficiency as 4.94 and 9.15 Btu/Wh which increased as 20.1% and 8.47% respectively when comparing with the normal working.

At present a problem found in the soft candy producing process in the food producing department of Company Case Study is time-consuming roller washing process due to an ineffective washing process. A roller is washed one by one from a total of 10 roller (a set) in one machine. As a result the operation rates of other producing processes have been forced to delay. The objective of this research is to resolve the problem found in the process of roller washing by designing a machine for washing a set of roller per time. The research begins from examining design concepts of roller washing machine from patents and the current quantity of water and stream used for washing before conducting design of a new soft candy type roller washer machine. And eventually the efficiency of new roller washer machine is compared with current one. The findings indicate that the newly developed design can reduce washing period from 24.48 minutes/set to 5.56 minutes/set and increase operation time by 18.92 minutes or accounting for 77.28 percent. Meanwhile water quantity used in the process is reduced from 124.82 liters/set to 28.35 liters/set and stream quantity used in the process is also contracted from 0.83 kilogram/hour/set to 0.18 kilogram/hour/set. This reduction can save expenses equal to 28795 baht/year. As the budget for making new roller washer machine is 53000 baht and payback period is only 1.84 year.

This objective of this research was to study the personal factors and efficiency of transportation system for tourism in Koh Sichang Chonburi Province. The research samples contained the person who related in transportation for the tourism in Koh Sichang Chonburi which were tourists tourism transport entrepreneurs and government departments totaling 412 samples. The data was collected using questionnaires and convenience sampling methodology. After collecting data those were analyzed by using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. he result of the research has shown that tourists are mostly female age between 25-40 years. The tabulation of the mean scores shows the moderate agreement. Also it is found that sample group whose gender and age are different will have no different. Person who related in transportation for the tourism are different will have different attitudes toward the Efficiency of Transportation System for Tourism in Koh Sichang Chonburi Province

This paper presents the results of tests to study the energy efficiency of air conditioners Split 9000 BTU test the air in normal operation and when the tune parts. of Evaporator units use DC power from solar energy. Power of the test in normal operating conditions the air power and average about 820 watts on system configuration and operation of Evaporator units. 645 air watts average power consumption can be reduced up to 175 watts of electricity equivalent to 21.34% of them compare the energy efficiency of the air conditioner from the label number 5 on the test.
