The purposes of this research were: 1) to develop Web-Based Instruction (WBI) on “Kingdom of Ayutthaya and Kingdom of Thonburi”กusing student team achievement division technique; 2) to evaluate if the WBI meets an 80/80 efficiency criterion; 3) to compare the students’ learning achievements by pre-test and post-test; and 4) to examine student satisfaction towards the WBI. The sampling group selected by purposive sampling was 25 primary education (grade 5) students in the second semester of academic year 2012 at Wattrithosathep school in Phra Nakhon district Bangkok. The research instruments consisted of two unit of WBI; a learning achievement test administered before and after the learning; and the evaluation form of the student performance. The statistical tests employed to verify the efficiency of the WBI were the E1/E2 efficiency index and t-test. The research result revealed that the efficiency of the developed web-based instruction (WBI) was 84.00/82.80 which was higher than standard criterion 80/80 and comparative of student’s achievement it was found that the student achieved learning progress significantly level of .05. Finally it was found that the learners opinion after using the developed web-based instruction (WBI) was very satisfactory.

The objective of this research was to develop a high performance monitoring software for extended database of mobile weather station by using embedded computer. The monitoring system could measure and record temperature relative humidity wind speed and direction rainfall solar radiation and UV index. The software could convert these parameters and sent them from mobile unit to base unit within 60meters distance via 868.0MHz of radio frequency. The embedded computer was used as for database and host of the monitoring software. This software was developed by using LabVIEW with large MySQL database. The software could work perfectly. That is it could monitor and display any parameter in real time in both graphic and numerical data. It could also produce a report in correct format of research information. The Monitor system could work with the embedded computer. The mobile weather station could be used in remote areas with photovoltaic energy system and storage battery specially designed for them.

การวิจัยเรื่ององค์ประกอบที่มีผลต่อการใช้งานระบบ E-Learning ของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบที่มีผลต่อการใช้งานระบบ E-Learning ของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร และศึกษาลักษณะของตัวประกอบสำคัญที่มีต่อการใช้งานระบบ E-Learning ของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นอาจารย์และนักศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร ทั้ง 9 คณะ โดยแบ่งเป็นอาจารย์ จำนวน 226 คน และนักศึกษา จำนวน 300 คน ซึ่งกำหนดขนาดตัวอย่างตาราง Krejcie&Morgan ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การประเมินตัวแปรรายข้อเกี่ยวกับองค์ประกอบที่มีผลต่อการใช้งานระบบ E-Learning ของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร ตัวแปรทั้งหมด 20 ตัวแปร มีค่าเฉลี่ยระหว่าง 6.10 – 6.04 และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานระหว่าง 0.67 – 0.66 แสดงว่าตัวแปรมีผลต่อการใช้งานระบบ E-Learning ของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนครอยู่ในระดับมาก และแต่ละตัวแปรมีการกระจายของข้อมูล ที่แตกต่างกันมาก 2. การวิเคราะห์ตัวแปรที่สำคัญเกี่ยวกับองค์ประกอบที่มีผลต่อการใช้งานระบบ E-Learning ของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร 1. คุณลักษณะเฉพาะของระบบ 2. การบริหารจัดการการเรียน 3. การส่งเสริมความรู้ 4. เนื้อหาของบทเรียน 5. ความสามารถของคอมพิวเตอร์ 6. การติดต่อสื่อสาร 7. การพัฒนาสื่อมัลติมีเดีย ผลของการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลพบว่า ตัวแปรอิสระหรือตัวพยากรณ์ทั้ง 7 องค์ประกอบดังกล่าว มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อการใช้งานระบบ E-Learning ของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร ระหว่าง 2.69–1.33 ซึ่งมีค่าสัมพันธ์กันในระดับสูง โดยทั้ง 7 องค์ประกอบ มีอำนาจการพยากรณ์ร่วมกันได้ร้อยละ 44 และมีความคลาดเคลื่อนของการพยากรณ์ (Error) เท่ากับ 11.11 จากนั้นนำค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ที่ได้จากการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบนี้ไปสร้างเป็นสมการขององค์ประกอบมาตรฐานทั้ง 7 องค์ประกอบ

The main problems of learning skills of a physics I for engineer’s course due to the lack of standard computer assisted instruction multimedia and its abstract nature therein were improved and repelled by using the invented teaching animation modules. Applying the established e-learning multimedia modules to the registered students from many faculties of the Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakorn via the learning management system it found that the improvement recipes have appropriate to increase both the learning skills and their highly attitude to this subject. The improved students by the invented media can effectively apply the contents to the higher levels study of concerning subjects.

The Study on Needs Patterns and Features on Internet Web Board of Bangkok Teenagers aims to find out the needs patterns and features on internet webboard of Bangkok teenagers and comparison of needs patterns and features on internet webboard of Bangkok teenagers by sex age and status on webboard. The sample groups of this study are teenager of Bangkok. They are age between 15-25 years randomly distributed each place of Bangkok for 400 persons.
