Management of education that corresponds with community culture and creates awareness in cultural conservation must base on the study of human lifestyle and various dimensions of relationship between human and community; namely social structure plan body of knowledge mindset and method of knowledge transfer in the community. Thus the Textile and Fashion Knowledge Center was established to create achievement as an inspiration theme The core concepts of the framework was to be a self-learning center that developed social learning processes and created bandwagon effect that encouraged personal interest. It would create learning society increase motivation that encourages people to access knowledge source participate in educational processand learn on cultural basis.

This Research possesses the purposes that were 1) to study the state of collaboration in quality assurance of Faculty of Home Economic Technology2) to develop the quality assurance administration of the faculty. The tools have been employed in this research were the collection of 82 questionnaires about quality assurance administration and 5 interviews to specialist. The analysis of quantitative data has employed descriptive statistics using mean and standard deviation as the tool of measurement and the results were evaluated in 5 degree of evaluation form and data content analysis has also been performed. The results of this research could be summarized as follows. The major part of the respondents was female (73.17%). The average age was 31-40 years old (29.27%). The education background was Master jDegree with 11-15 years of work experience (45.13%). The respondent were lecturers of the institute (40.25%). in medium degree (42.69%). and have opined that the performance of quality assurance would assess the general work in medium degree (39.02%) and satisfied with quality assurance system in medium level (42.68%). The high degree of collaboration in quality assurance was that the faculty encouraged the collaboration in quality assurance (= 3.62) and the respondent of questionnaire and that the respondent of particlpated in involved task in order to reach the aim of the result (= 3.51) All the questions at collaboration in medium level (= 3.17). The result of developing the quality assurance adminstration of the faculty in research art and culture maintaining academic service and education field show that overa parts were in high level (= 3.49 3.43 3.42 and 3.41). The respondents confronted problems and obstacles in quality assurance and required the development in quality assurance by modifying method of administration with the aim that the participators could avoid the problems and could reduce load of administrative part of the task.

The purpose of this research were to study the needs in the instruction development ot the Faculty of Science and Technology in Raiamangala University of Technology PhraNakhon according to the students and the teachers perception. The study target groups consist of 220 students and 45 teachers. The tool used was the questionnaires. The data anaalysis was the percentagethe mean and the standard deviation. It was found that the needs in the instruction development according to the students perception was the building area at the hign level. and the minimum need was the assessment and evaluation of the instruction.The needs in the teachers perception is the budget management As for the teachers needs it was shown that the administrators should buy sufficient instructional materials and they should find external budget to develop the faculty in various topics effciently. As for general administration their needs were that the administrators should develop the faculty information system to be always up-to-date.

The purposes of the research were to conduct an error analysis in paragraph writing of the students of the faculty of Liberal Arts Rajanangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon to collect information to be used as a guideline for English teaching and learning and for English curriculum development for undergraduate students of the faculty. The simple-random sample group of 36 students was 40% of the total population 88 fourth-year students in the academic year 2010. The tools were a paragraph -writing worksheet and a form prepared to record the frequency of each type of errors ofeach sample The results of the study indicated that among four main types of errors : 1) paragraph format 2) paragraph structure 3) Grammar and sentence structure and 4) punctuation and mechanics it was found that errors in grammar and sentence structure were most frequently found (58.72%). This included 11 types of errors in the order of frequency found as follows: word choice verb forms detelminers sentence fragments prepositions singular/plural nouns verb-tenses run-on sentences subject-verb agreement wrong word order and use of reference terms accordingly.

The objectives of this survey research were to study the information use and information uses problems for Students study of the Faculty of Liberal Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The 230 Samples which were taken simple random sampling by dividing into programs were students that had been studying at Liberal Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The data were collected by questionnaires The Information Use for Education of Faculty of Liberal Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhons Students. The results were analyzed by percentage average value and standard deviation. The results were as follows: 1.Students had middle level in information use for education. For consideration of each aspect students used information for education in every aspect at middle level. The most important aspect were informations up-to-date the next was branch of knowledge form of information and information resources. 2.Students had middle level in information uses problems for education.
