Continuing Professional Development for Engineers is any structured process or activity that enhances the competence and quality of a person necessary to perform a professional job. The continuing engineering profession is a useful tool for professionals. The objectives of the research is to find a short course approach for the continuous development of the engineering profession to meet the needs of industrial engineers in the current era to have knowledge and ability in technology continuously it is important that all engineers have to attend training to enhance their knowledge. Which the development of the knowledge of the engineer As part of the promotion of license for professional practice at the ordinary level and degree engineer Including the registration as an ASEAN Engineer and APEC Engineer.

The study of the efficiency of fuel consumption by adjusting the fuel injection pressure is basically one optimization method to maximize the engine combustion. In this current study the Honda wave 110 cc. engine has been used to test in particular the fuel injection by adjusting the pressure of injector. To control the pressure of injection was made by automatic valve injectors with three different pneumatic pressure which were 2 2.5 and 3 bars respectively and the similar running distance of 5km. The results showed that at 2 bars the obtained fuel saving was 1020.68 km/L and the speed at 25.23 km/h which corresponded to the highest CO2 emissions during the engine combustion.

Developing women’s clothing design from marigold-dyed linen. The objectives of the project were : 1) to study about linen dying technique with marigold with various kinds of mordant 2) to design and develop women’s clothing from marigold-dyed linen 3) to study the satisfaction of representative samples for the women’s clothing design from marigold-dyed linen. Using simple random sampling method analyzing the data with statistics percentage mean and deviation standard. The sample groups are selected from working women in Dusit District Suan Chitlada Subdistrict and students from Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon in total 100 participants. Research instruments are questionnaire and 2 women’s clothing prototypes one was dyed with natural mordant and the other chemical mordant. The results indicated that most of the samples aged from 25 and above single graduated with bachelor degree are general office workers and students and earn less than 15000 baht. The result also revealed the satisfaction for the women’s clothing design from marigold-dyed linen a design which was dyed with both natural and chemical mordant. The participants are satisfied with the modern design suited for working age and very useful at a high level with means of 4.07 and 4.05 natural and chemical mordant respectively. Considering the overall result the participant tended to be satisfied with natural mordant dyed dress more with a mean of 4.07

This research is the development of an energy - saving water planting kit. The objective is to develop a prototype of an energy - saving water planting kit by applying solar energy as an energy source that is controlled by the Arduino board through a blynk application and study the efficiency of the water culture planting kit. By comparing electricity usage rates between solar energy and electric power from the household. In this study there were 4 experimental sets. The experiment was water cultivation without installation 2 experimental sets and 2 experimental sets were installed using green salad vegetables. In research the 45 days growth period consisted of leaf length and width root length number of leaves and height. There is also a comparison of the efficiency of AB fertilizer and soy milk hormones to reduce chemical usage. The research has shown that the use of the soybean milk hormone provided a high growth rate of Lactuce sativaVar. Longifolla than AB fertilizer. There are many nutrients but only in small amounts. When used as a nutrient for plant growth needs to be changed daily. Considering the economic value using AB fertilizer as a nutrient will be worth more than soy milk hormones. For the installation of the instruction set and the LED lamp was suitable for Lactuce sativaVar. Longifolla growing than not installing the instruction set and the LED lamp. These can save electricity cost of 85 baht per month.

This research aimed to study organizational characteristics and organizational supporters that affect the innovative development of small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The independent variables were organizational characteristics based on McKinsey’s 7S framework (strategy structure systems style staff skills and shared values) and organizational supporters (technology and government support). The dependent variables were guidelines for accounting innovation development. Sizes of the organization were control variables. The sample group in the study consisted of 309 small and medium enterprise entrepreneurs. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (multiple linear regression). The results showed that strategy systems staff technology and governmental support affect the innovative development of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) at the .05 level of significance. According to small and medium enterprise entrepreneurs management accounting innovation and financial innovation were very important to SMEs (X ±S.D. equal 3 . 6 1 ± 0 . 8 2 ) . To develop SMEs’ accounting innovation entrepreneurs need to determine clear strategies policies and goals for innovation manage data systems to be exchanged in organizations and set a motivation system for innovation development. Staff development plans should be created for knowing and understanding innovation. Apart from organization management SMEs need to get government support and adapt technologies to accounting to increase the efficiency of accounting information.
